We study the Hom-type generalization of infinitesimal bialgebras, called infinitesimal Hom-bialgebras. In particular, we consider infinitesimal Hom-bialgebras arising from quivers, the sub-classes of coboundary and quasi-triangular infinitesimal Hom-bialgebras, the associative Hom-Yang-Baxter equation, and homological perturbation of the comultiplications in infinitesimal Hom-bialgebras. The relationships between infinitesimal Hom-bialgebras, Hom-Lie bialgebras, and the classical Hom-Yang-Baxter equation are also studied.
In this paper, we construct a bialgebra theory for associative conformal algebras, namely antisymmetric infinitesimal conformal bialgebras. On the one hand, it is an attempt to give conformal structures for antisymmetric infinitesimal bialgebras. On the other hand, under certain conditions, such structures are equivalent to double constructions of Frobenius conformal algebras, which are associative conformal algebras that are decomposed into the direct sum of another associative conformal algebra and its conformal dual as $\mathbb{C}[\partial]$-modules such that both of them are subalgebras an…
We propose a definition of multiplier infinitesimal bialgebra and a definition of derivator Lie bialgebra. We give some examples of these structures and prove that every bibalanced multiplier infinitesimal bialgebra gives rise to a multiplier Lie bialgebra.
In this work, the partially and totally hom-coassociative ternary coalgebras are constructed and discussed. Their {infinitesimal} bialgebraic structures are also investigated. The related dual space structures and their properties are elucidated.
We introduce the categories of infinitesimal Hopf modules and bimodules over an infinitesimal bialgebra. We show that they correspond to modules and bimodules over the infinitesimal version of the double. We show that there is a natural, but non-obvious way to construct a pre-Lie algebra from an arbitrary infinitesimal bialgebra and a dendriform algebra from a quasitriangular infinitesimal bialgebra. As consequences, we obtain a pre-Lie structure on the space of paths on an arbitrary quiver, and a striking dendriform structure on the space of endomorphisms of an arbitrary infinitesimal bialgeb…
As an algebraic meaning of the nonhomogenous associative Yang-Baxter equation, weighted infinitesimal bialgebras play an important role in mathematics and mathematical physics. In this paper, we introduce the concept of weighted infinitesimal Hopf modules and show that any module carries a natural structure of weighted infinitesimal unitary Hopf module over a weighted quasitriangular infinitesimal unitary bialgebra. We decorate planar rooted forests in a new way, and prove that the space of rooted forests, together with a coproduct and a family of grafting operations, is the free $Ω$-cocycle i…
The (co)associative, partially (co)associative and totally (co)associative $3$-ary (co) algebras and infinitesimal bialgebras are constructed and discussed. Their trimodules and matched pairs are defined and completely characterized. The main structural properties and relations are also deduced and analyzed.
We equip a matrix algebra with a weighted infinitesimal unitary bialgebraic structure, via a construction of a suitable coproduct. Furthermore, an infinitesimal unitary Hopf algebra, under the view of Aguiar, is constructed on a matrix algebra. By exploring the relationship between weighted infinitesimal bialgebras and pre-Lie algebras, we construct a pre-Lie algebraic structure and then a new Lie algebraic structure on a matrix algebra. We also introduce the weighted associative Yang-Baxter equations (AYBEs) and obtain the relationship between solutions of weighted AYBEs and weighted infinite…
In this paper, we define a new coproduct on the space of decorated planar rooted forests to equip it with a weighted infinitesimal unitary bialgebraic structure. We introduce the concept of $Ω$-cocycle infinitesimal bialgebras of weight $λ$ and then prove that the space of decorated planar rooted forests $H_{\mathrm{RT}}(X,Ω)$, together with a set of grafting operations $\{ B^+_ω\mid ω\in Ω\}$, is the free $Ω$-cocycle infinitesimal unitary bialgebra of weight $λ$ on a set $X$, involving a weighted version of a Hochschild 1-cocycle condition. As an application, we equip a free cocycle infinites…
Motivated by the classical comatrix coalgebra, we introduce the concept of a Newtonian comatrix coalgebra. We construct an infinitesimal unitary bialgebra on a matrix algebra and a weighted infinitesimal unitary bialgebra on a non-commutative polynomial algebra, via two constructions of suitable coproducts. As a consequence, a Newtonian comatrix coalgebra is established. Furthermore, an infinitesimal unitary Hopf algebra, under the view of Aguiar, is constructed on a matrix algebra. By investigating the relationship between weighted infinitesimal bialgebras and pre-Lie algebras, we erect respe…
Infinitesimal bialgebras were introduced by Joni and Rota. An infinitesimal bialgebra is at the same time an algebra and coalgebra, in such a way that the comultiplication is a derivation. Twenty years after Joni and Rota, Aguiar introduced the concept of an infinitesimal (non-unitary) Hopf algebra. In this paper we study infinitesimal unitary bialgebras and infinitesimal unitary Hopf algebras, in contrary to Aguiar's approach. Using an infinitesimal version of the Hochschild 1-cocycle condition, we prove respectively that a class of decorated planar rooted forests is the free cocycle infinite…
The notion of a Hom-Leibniz bialgebra is introduced and it is shown that matched pairs of Hom-Leibniz algebras, Manin triples of Hom-Leibniz algebras and Hom-Leibniz bialgebras are equivalent in a certain sense. The notion of Hom-Leibniz dendriform algebra is established, their bimodules and matched pairs are defined and their properties and theorems about their interplay and construction are obtained. Furthermore, the concept of BiHom-Leibniz dendriform algebras is introduced and discussed, their bimodules and matched pairs are constructed and properties are described. Finally, the connection…
We introduce a Hom-type generalization of quantum groups, called quasi-triangular Hom-bialgebras. They are non-associative and non-coassociative analogues of Drinfel'd's quasi-triangular bialgebras, in which the non-(co)associativity is controlled by a twisting map. A family of quasi-triangular Hom-bialgebras can be constructed from any quasi-triangular bialgebra, such as Drinfel'd's quantum enveloping algebras. Each quasi-triangular Hom-bialgebra comes with a solution of the quantum Hom-Yang-Baxter equation, which is a non-associative version of the quantum Yang-Baxter equation. Solutions of …
A class of non-associative and non-coassociative generalizations of cobraided bialgebras, called cobraided Hom-bialgebras, is introduced. The non-(co)associativity in a cobraided Hom-bialgebra is controlled by a twisting map. Several methods for constructing cobraided Hom-bialgebras are given. In particular, Hom-type generalizations of FRT quantum groups, including quantum matrices and related quantum groups, are obtained. Each cobraided Hom-bialgebra comes with solutions of the operator quantum Hom-Yang-Baxter equations, which are twisted analogues of the operator form of the quantum Yang-Bax…
Motivated by recent work on Hom-Lie algebras and the Hom-Yang-Baxter equation, we introduce a twisted generalization of the classical Yang-Baxter equation (CYBE), called the classical Hom-Yang-Baxter equation (CHYBE). We show how an arbitrary solution of the CYBE induces multiple infinite families of solutions of the CHYBE. We also introduce the closely related structure of Hom-Lie bialgebras, which generalize Drinfel'd's Lie bialgebras. In particular, we study the questions of duality and cobracket perturbation and the sub-classes of coboundary and quasi-triangular Hom-Lie bialgebras.
The purpose of this paper is to study twistings of Poisson algebras or bialgebras, coPoisson algebras or bialgebras and star-products. We con- sider Hom-algebraic structures generalizing classical algebraic structures by twisting the identities by a linear self map. We summarize the results on Hom-Poisson algebras and introduce Hom-coPoisson algebras and bialge- bras. We show that there exists a duality between Hom-Poisson bialgebras and Hom-coPoisson bialgebras. A relationship between enveloping Hom- algebras endowed with Hom-coPoisson structures and corresponding Hom- Lie bialgebra structure…
The purpose of this paper is to generalize to $\mathbb{Z}_2$-graded case the study of Hom-Lie bialgebras which were discussed first by D. Yau, then by C. Bai and Y. Sheng. We provide different ways for constructing Hom-Lie superbialgebras. Also we define Matched pairs, Manin supertriples and discuss their relationships. Moreover, we study coboundary and triangular Hom-Lie bialgebras, as well as infinitesimal deformations of the cobracket.
In this paper, first we show that there is a Hom-Lie algebra structure on the set of $(σ,σ)$-derivations of a commutative algebra. Then we construct dual representations of a representation of a Hom-Lie algebra. We introduce the notions of a Manin triple for Hom-Lie algebras and a purely Hom-Lie bialgebra. Using the coadjoint representation, we show that there is a one-to-one correspondence between Manin triples for Hom-Lie algebras and purely Hom-Lie bialgebras. Finally, we study coboundary purely Hom-Lie bialgebras and construct solutions of the classical Hom-Yang-Baxter equations in some sp…
In this paper, we introduce a new definition of a hom-Lie bialgebra, which is equivalent to a Manin triple of hom-Lie algebras. We also introduce a notion of an $\mathcal O$-operator and then construct solutions of the classical hom-Yang-Baxter equation in terms of $\mathcal O$-operators and hom-left-symmetric algebras.
The aim of this paper is first to introduce and study Rota-Baxter cosystems and bisystems as generalization of Rota-Baxter coalgebras and bialgebras, respectively, with various examples. The second purpose is to provide an alternative definition of covariant bialgebras via coderivations. Furthermore, we consider coquasitriangular covariant bialgebras which are generalization of coquasitriangular infinitesimal bialgebras, coassociative Yang-Baxter pairs, coassociative Yang-Baxter equation, double coalgebras and dendriform coalgebras. We study some of their properties and relationships with Rota…
We describe $L_\infty$-algebras governing homotopy relative Rota-Baxter Lie algebras and triangular $L_\infty$-bialgebras, and establish a map between them. Our formulas are based on a functorial approach to Voronov's higher derived brackets construction which is of independent interest.
We study a twisted version of the Yang-Baxter Equation, called the Hom-Yang-Baxter Equation (HYBE), which is motivated by Hom-Lie algebras. Three classes of solutions of the HYBE are constructed, one from Hom-Lie algebras and the others from Drinfeld's (dual) quasi-triangular bialgebras. Each solution of the HYBE can be extended to operators that satisfy the braid relations. Assuming an invertibility condition, these operators give a representation of the braid group.
A braided bialgebra is called primitively generated if it is generated as an algebra by its space of primitive elements. We prove that any primitively generated braided bialgebra is isomorphic to the universal enveloping algebra of its infinitesimal braided Lie algebra, notions hereby introduced. This result can be regarded as a Milnor-Moore type theorem for primitively generated braided bialgebras and leads to the introduction of a concept of braided Lie algebra for an arbitrary braided vector space.
From the definition and properties of unital hom-associative algebras, and the use of the Kaplansky's constructions, we develop new algebraic structures called 2-hom-associative bialgebras, 2-hom-bialgebras, and 2-2-hom-bialgebras. Besides, we devise a construction of hom-left symmetric dialgebras and discuss their main relevant properties.
The aim of this paper is to define and study Drinfeld twists for monoidal Hom-bialgebras. We show that a new Hom-bialgebra could be constructed by changing the coproduct of a monoidal Hom-bialgebra via a Drinfeld twist, and this construction preserves $R$-matrixes if there exist one. Moreover, their representation categories are monoidal isomorphic.
Rota-Baxter systems were introduced by Brzeziński as a generalization of Rota-Baxter operators that are related to dendriform structures, associative Yang-Baxter pairs and covariant bialgebras. In this paper, we define Rota-Baxter systems on Hom-associative algebras and show how they induce Hom-dendriform structures and weak pseudotwistors on the underlying Hom-associative algebra. We introduce Hom-Yang-Baxter pairs and a notion of covariant Hom-bialgebra. Given a Hom-Yang-Baxter pair, we construct a twisted Rota-Baxter system and a (quasitriangular) covariant Hom-bialgebra. Finally, we consid…
In this paper, we first introduce the definition of a Hom-Poisson bialgebra and give an equivalent descriptions via the Manin triple of Hom-Poisson algebras. Also we introduce notions of $\mathcal{O}$-operator on a Hom-Poisson algebra, post-Hom-Poisson algebra and quasitriangular Hom-Poisson bialgebra, and present a method to construct post-Hom-Poisson algebras. Finally, we show that a quasitriangular Hom-Poisson bialgebra naturally yields a post-Hom-Poisson algebra.
We introduce the new concept of braided Hom-Lie bialgebras which is a generalization of Sommerhäuser-Majid's braided Lie bialgebras and Yau's Hom-Lie bialgebras. Using this concept we give the unified product construction for Hom-Lie bialgebras which can be seen as a Hom-Lie version of Bespalov-Drabant's cocycle cross product bialgebras. Some special cases of unified products such as crossed product and matched pair of braided Hom-Lie bialgebras are investigated. As an application, we solve the Agore-Militaru extending problem for Hom-Lie bialgebras by using some non-abelian cohomology theory.…
In this paper we introduce the notion of Hom-pre-Lie bialgebra in the general framework of the cohomology theory for Hom-Lie algebras. We show that Hom-pre-Lie bialgebras, standard Manin triples for Hom-pre-Lie algebras and certain matched pairs of Hom-pre-Lie algebras are equivalent. Due to the usage of the cohomology theory, it makes us successfully study the coboundary Hom-pre-Lie bialgebras. The notion of Hom-s-matrix is introduced, by which we can construct Hom-pre-Lie bialgebras naturally. Finally we introduce the notions of Hom-O-operators on Hom-pre-Lie algebras and Hom-L-dendriform al…
We study Hom-bialgebras and objects admitting coactions by Hom-bialgebras. In particular, we construct a Hom-bialgebra M representing the functor of 2x2-matrices on Hom-associative algebras. Then we construct a Hom-algebra analogue of the affine plane and show that it is a comodule Hom-algebra over M in a suitable sense. It is also shown that the enveloping Hom-associative algebra of a Hom-Lie algebra is naturally a Hom-bialgebra.
In this paper, we first introduce the notion of Hom-left-symmetric conformal bialgebras and show some nontrivial examples. Also, we present construction methods of matched pairs of Hom-Lie conformal algebras and Hom-left-symmetric conformal algebras. Finally, we prove that a finite Hom-left-symmetric conformal bialgebra is free as a $\mathbb{C}[\partial]$-module is equivalent to a Hom-parakähler Lie conformal algebra. In particular, we investigate the coboundary Hom-left-symmetric conformal bialgebras.
Hom-bialgebras and Hom-Hopf algebras are generalizations of bialgebra and Hopf algebra structures, where associativity and coassociativity conditions are twisted by a homomorphism. The purpose of this paper is to define a Gerstenhaber-Schack cohomology complex for Hom-bialgebras and then study one parameter formal deformations.
The purpose of this paper is to give a general survey of Hom-bialgebras, which are bialgebra-type structures where the identities are twisted by a morphism, and to extend the concept of quasi-bialgebra to Hom-setting. We provide some key constructions and generalize the concept of gauge transformation and Drinfeld's twists to this type of generalized quasi-bialgebras. Moreover, we provide an example of twisted quantum double.
In this paper, we study Hom-Lie bialgebras by a new notion of the dual representation of a representation of a Hom-Lie algebra. Motivated by the essential connection between Lie bialgebras and Manin triples, we introduce the notion of a Hom-Lie bialgebra with emphasis on its compatibility with a Manin triple of Hom-Lie algebras associated to a nondegenerate symmetric bilinear form satisfying a new invariance condition. With this notion, coboundary Hom-Lie bialgebras can be studied without a skew-symmetric condition of $r\in\mathfrak{g}\otimes \mathfrak{g}$, naturally leading to the classical H…
In this paper we define a new cohomology for multiplicative Hom-associative algebras, which generalize Hochschild cohomology and fits with deformations of Hom-associative algebras including the structure map $α$. It is a generalization of the known Hochschild-type cohomology for Hom-associative algebras defined by Amar, Ejbehi and Makhlouf. Moreover, we provide various observations and similarly a new cohomology of Hom-bialgebras extending the Gerstenhaber-Schack cohomology for Hom-bialgebras given by Dekkar and Makhlouf.
In this work, the hom-center-symmetric algebras are constructed and discussed. Their bimodules, dual bimodules and matched pairs are defined. The relation between the dual bimodules of hom-center-symmetric algebras and the matched pairs of hom-Lie algebras is established. Furthermore, the Manin triple of hom-center-symmetric algebras is given. Finally, a theorem linking the matched pairs of hom-center-symmetric algebras, the hom-center-symmetric bialgebras and the matched pairs of sub-adjacent hom-Lie algebras is provided.
The notions of transposed Hom-Poisson and Hom-pre-Lie Poisson algebras are introduced. Their bimodules and matched pairs are defined and the relevant properties and theorems are given. The notion of Manin triple of transposed Hom-Poisson algebras is introduced, and its equivalence to the transposed Hom-Poisson bialgebras is investigated. The notion of $\mathcal{O}$-operator is exploited to illustrate the relations existing between transposed Hom-Poisson and Hom-pre-Lie Poisson algebras.
Rota-Baxter operators and bialgebras go hand in hand in their applications, such as in the Connes-Kreimer approach to renormalization and the operator approach to the classical Yang-Baxter equation. We establish a bialgebra structure that is compatible with the Rota-Baxter operator, called the Rota-Baxter antisymmetric infinitesimal (ASI) bialgebra. This bialgebra is characterized by generalizations of matched pairs of algebras and double constructions of Frobenius algebras to the context of Rota-Baxter algebras. The study of the coboundary case leads to an enrichment of the associative Yang-B…
In this paper, we first introduce the notion of a 3-Hom-Lie bialgebra and prove that it is equivalent to a Manin triple of 3-Hom-Lie algebras. Also, we study the $\mathcal{O}$-operator and construct solutions of the 3-Lie classical Hom-Yang-Baxter equation interms of $\mathcal{O}$-operators and 3-Hom-pre-Lie algebras. Finally, we show that a 3-Hom-Lie algebra has a phase space if and only if it is sub-adjacent to a 3-Hom-pre-Lie algebra.
The purpose of this paper is to define an $α$-type cohomology, which we call $α$-type Chevalley-Eilenberg cohomology, for Hom-Lie algebras. We relate it to the known Chevalley-Eilenberg cohomology and provide explicit computations for some examples. Moreover, using this cohomology we study formal deformations of Hom-Lie algebras, where the bracket as well as the structure map $α$ are deformed. Furthermore, we provide a generalization of the Grand Crochet and study, in a particular case, the $α$-type cohomology for Hom-Lie bialgebras.
Basic definitions and properties of nearly associative algebras are described. Nearly associative algebras are proved to be Lie-admissible algebras. Two-dimensional nearly associative algebras are classified, and its main classes are derived. The bimodules, matched pairs and Manin triple of a nearly associative algebras are derived and their equivalence with nearly associative bialgebras is proved. Basic definitions and properties of nearly Hom-associative algebras are described. Related bimodules and matched pairs are given, and associated identities are established.
