We consider maximal non-$l$-intertwining collections, which are a higher-dimensional version of the maximal non-crossing collections which give clusters of Plücker coordinates in the Grassmannian coordinate ring, as described by Scott. We extend a method of Scott for producing such collections, which are related to tensor products of higher Auslander algebras of type $A$. We show that a higher preprojective algebra of the tensor product of two $d$-representation-finite algebras has a $d$-precluster-tilting subcategory. Finally we relate mutations of these collections to a form of tilting for these algebras.
The category of Cohen-Macaulay modules of an algebra $B_{k,n}$ is used [JKS16] to give an additive categorification of the cluster algebra structure on the homogeneous coordinate ring of the Grassmannian of $k$-planes in $n$-space. In this paper, we find canonical Auslander--Reiten sequences and study the Auslander--Reiten translation periodicity for this category. Furthermore, we give an explicit construction of Cohen-Macaulay modules of arbitrary rank. We then use our results to establish a correspondence between rigid indecomposable modules of rank 2 and real roots of degree 2 for the assoc…

This paper presents a geometric model of the Auslander-Reiten quiver of a type A quiver together with a stability function for which all indecomposable modules are stable. We also introduce a new Catalan object which we call a maximal almost rigid representation. We show that its endomorphism algebra is a tilted algebra of type A. We define a partial order on the set of maximal almost rigid representations and use our new geometric model to show that this partial order is a Cambrian lattice.
The higher APR tilting modules and higher BB tilting modules were introduced and studied in higher Auslander-Reiten theory. Our objective is to consider these tilting modules by the corresponding simple modules, and show that the tensor product of higher APR (BB) tilting modules is a higher APR (BB) tilting module.
In 1996, Doty, Nakano and Peters defined infinitesimal Schur algebras, combining the approach via polynomial representations with the approach via $G_r T$-modules to representations of the algebraic group $G = \mathrm{GL}_n$. We study analogues of these algebras and their Auslander-Reiten theory for reductive algebraic groups $G$ and Borel subgroups $B$ by considering the categories of polynomial representations of $G_r T$ and $B_r T$ as full subcategories of $\mathrm{mod} \thinspace G_r T$ and $\mathrm{mod}\thinspace B_r T$, respectively. We show that every component $Θ$ of the stable Ausland…
We build a bijection between the set $\sttiltΛ$ of isomorphism classes of basic support $τ$-tilting modules over the Auslander algebra $Λ$ of $K[x]/(x^n)$ and the symmetric group $\mathfrak{S}_{n+1}$, which is an anti-isomorphism of partially ordered sets with respect to the generation order on $\sttiltΛ$ and the left order on $\mathfrak{S}_{n+1}$. This restricts to the bijection between the set $\tiltΛ$ of isomorphism classes of basic tilting $Λ$-modules and the symmetric group $\mathfrak{S}_n$ due to Brüstle, Hille, Ringel and Röhrle. Regarding the preprojective algebra $Γ$ of Dynkin type $A…
This paper gives a Schur-Weyl duality approach to the representation theory of the affine Hecke algebras of type C with unequal parameters. The first step is to realize the affine braid group of type $C_k$ as the group of braids on $k$ strands with two poles. Generalizing familiar methods from the one pole (type A) case, this provides commuting actions of the quantum group $U_q\mathfrak{g}$ and the affine braid group of type $C_k$ on a tensor space $M\otimes N \otimes V^{\otimes k}$. Special cases provide Schur-Weyl pairings between the affine Hecke algebra of type $C_k$ and the quantum group …
If $A$ and $B$ are $n$- and $m$-representation finite $k$-algebras, then their tensor product $Λ= A\otimes_k B$ is not in general $(n+m)$-representation finite. However, we prove that if $A$ and $B$ are acyclic and satisfy the weaker assumption of $n$- and $m$-completeness, then $Λ$ is $(n+m)$-complete. This mirrors the fact that taking higher Auslander algebra does not preserve $d$-representation finiteness in general, but it does preserve $d$-completeness. As a corollary, we get the necessary condition for $Λ$ to be $(n+m)$-representation finite which was found by Herschend and Iyama by usin…
We describe the combinatorics of the cell structure of the tensor category of bimodules over a radical square zero Nakayama algebra. This accounts to an explicit description of left, right, and two-sided cells.
We construct a faithful categorical representation of an infinite Temperley-Lieb algebra on the periplectic analogue of Deligne's category. We use the corresponding combinatorics to classify thick tensor ideals in this periplectic Deligne category. This allows to determine the objects in the kernel of the monoidal functor going to the module category of the periplectic Lie supergroup. We use this to classify indecomposable direct summands in the tensor powers of the natural representation, determine which are projective and determine their simple top.
Let $A$ be an $n\times n$ matrix and let $\vee^k A$ be its $k$-th symmetric tensor product. We express the normalized trace of $\vee^k A$ as an integral of the $k$-th powers of the numerical values of $A$ over the unit sphere $\mathbb{S}^{n}$ of $\mathbb{C}^{n}$ with respect to the normalized Euclidean surface measure. Equivalently, this expression in turn can be interpreted as an integral representation for the (normalized) complete symmetric polynomials over $\mathbb{C}^n$. As applications, we present a new proof for the MacMahon Master Theorem in enumerative combinatorics. Then, our next ap…
We describe the combinatorics of the multisemigroup with multiplicities for the tensor category of subbimodules of the identity bimodule, for an arbitrary non-uniform orientation of a finite cyclic quiver.
We prove that the tensor product of a simple and a finite dimensional $\mathfrak{sl}_n$-module has finite type socle. This is applied to reduce classification of simple $\mathfrak{q}(n)$-supermodules to that of simple $\mathfrak{sl}_n$-modules. Rough structure of simple $\mathfrak{q}(n)$-supermodules, considered as $\mathfrak{sl}_n$-modules, is described in terms of the combinatorics of category $\mathcal{O}$.
This paper is the first one in a series of three dealing with the concept of injective stabilization of the tensor product and its applications. Its primary goal is to collect known facts and establish a basic operational calculus that will be used in the subsequent parts. This is done in greater generality than is necessary for the stated goal. Several results of independent interest are also established. They include, among other things, connections with satellites, an explicit construction of the stabilization of a finitely presented functor, various exactness properties of the injectively …
We describe graded commutative Gorenstein algebras ${\mathcal E}_n(p)$ over a field of characteristic $p$, and we conjecture that $\mathrm{Ext}^\bullet_{\mathsf{Ver}_{p^{n+1}}}(1,1)\cong{\mathcal E}_{n}(p)$, where $\mathsf{Ver}_{p^{n+1}}$ are the new symmetric tensor categories recently constructed in \cite{Benson/Etingof:2019a,Benson/Etingof/Ostrik,Coulembier}. We investigate the combinatorics of these algebras, and the relationship with Minc's partition function, as well as possible actions of the Steenrod operations on them. Evidence for the conjecture includes a large number of computation…
Permutation group algebras, and their generalizations called permutation centralizer algebras (PCAs), play a central role as hidden symmetries in the combinatorics of large $N$ gauge theories and matrix models with manifest continuous gauge symmetries. Polynomial functions invariant under the manifest symmetries are the observables of interest and have applications in AdS/CFT. We compute such correlators in the presence of matrix or tensor witnesses, which by definition, can include a matrix or tensor field appearing as a coupling in the action (i.e a spurion) or as a classical (un-integrated)…
