As a partial converse we obtain conditions which allow one to construct a large number of such operators. Based on the description of the structure of compact Hankel operators over $G$, generalizations of the classical Kronecker, Hartman, Peller and Adamyan-Arov-Krein theorems are obtained. We show that there is a one to one correspondence between these operators and range operators. We show that if $F$ is a $σ$-Dedekind complete Banach lattice then, every almost limited operator $T:E\rightarrow F $ is weakly compact if and only if $E$ is reflexive or the norm of $F$ is order continuous.
