英文摘要:
A class of algebras called down-up algebras was introduced by G. Benkart and T. Roby. We classify the finite dimensional simple modules over Noetherian down-up algebras and show that in some cases every finite dimensional module is semisimple. We also study the question of when two down-up algebras are isomorphic.
Let $A=A(α, β)$ be a graded down-up algebra with $({\rm deg}\,x, {\rm deg}\,y)=(1,n)$ and $β\neq 0$, and let $\nabla A$ be the Beilinson algebra of $A$. If $n=1$, then a description of the Hochschild cohomology group of $\nabla A$ is known. In this paper, we calculate the Hochschild cohomology group of $\nabla A$ for the case $n \geq 2$. As an application, we see that the structure of the bounded derived category of the noncommutative projective scheme of $A$ is different depending on whether $\left(\begin{smallmatrix} 1&0 \end{smallmatrix}\right)\left(\begin{smallmatrix} α&1 \\ β&0 \end{small…
In this article a complete description is given of the simple representations of a 3-dimensional Sklyanin algebra associated to a torsion point. In order to determine these irreducible representations, a review is given of classical results regarding representation theory of graded rings with excellent homological and algebraic properties.
The goal of the present paper is to investigate representations and cohomologies of Rota-Baxter 3-Lie algebras with any weight. We introduce representations, matched pairs and Manin triples of Rota-Baxter 3-Lie algebras. Furthermore, we discuss cohomology theory of Rota-Baxter 3-Lie algebras. The deformations and central extensions of Rota-Baxter 3-Lie algebras are also studied.
Let A be a finite dimensional algebra over an algebraically closed field with the radical nilpotent of index 2. It is shown that A has finitely many conjugacy classes of left ideals if and only if A is of finite representation type provided that all simple A-modules have dimension at least 6. This is a revised version.
The purpose of the present paper is to study representations and cohomologies of differential 3-Lie algebras with any weight. We introduce the representation of a differential 3-Lie algebra. Moreover,we develop cohomology theory of a differential 3-Lie algebra. We also depict the relationship between the cohomologies of a differential 3-Lie algebra and its associated differential Leibniz algebra with weight zero. The deformation and O-operator of differential 3-Lie algebras are also investigated. Finally, we consider abelian extensions of differential 3-Lie algebras.
We give a broad study of representation and module theory of Rota-Baxter algebras. Regular-singular decompositions of Rota-Baxter algebras and Rota-Baxter modules are obtained under the condition of quasi-idempotency. Representations of an Rota-Baxter algebra are shown to be equivalent to the representations of the ring of Rota-Baxter operators whose categorical properties are obtained and explicit constructions are provided. Representations from coalgebras are investigated and their algebraic Birkhoff factorization is given. Representations of Rota-Baxter algebras in the tensor category conte…
We study the Frobenius-Perron dimension of representation-directed algebras and quotient algebras of canonical algebras of type ADE, prove that the Frobenius-Perron dimension of a representation-directed algebra is always zero and the Frobenius-Perron dimension of a quotient algebra of canonical algebras of type ADE is 0 or 1. Moreover, we give a sufficient and necessary condition for a quotient algebra of a canonical algebra of type ADE under which its Frobenius-Perron dimension is 0.
Cross-projective representations of pairs of anticommutative algebras, alloys and finite-dimensional irreducible representations of some infinite-dimensional Lie algebras
We establish relations between representation dimensions of two algebras connected by a Frobenius bimodule or extension. Consequently, upper bounds and equality formulas for representation dimensions of group algebras, symmetric separably equivalent algebras and crossed products are obtained. Particularly, for any subgroup H of a finite group G, if [G:H] is invertible in a field, then the representation dimensions of the group algebras of G and H over the field are the same.
This paper is meant to be an informative introduction to spinor representations of Clifford algebras. In this paper we will have a look at Clifford algebras and the octonion algebra. We begin the paper looking at the quaternion algebra $\mathbb{H}$ and basic properties that relate Clifford algebras and the well know Pin and Spin groups. We then will look at generalized spinor representations of Clifford algebras, along with many examples. We conclude the paper looking at the octonion algebra $\mathbb{O}$. This paper provides background to constructing representations which can be used to look …
We introduce stability categories for diagram algebras---analogues to Randal-Williams and Wahl's homogeneous categories. We use these to study representation stability properties of the Temperley--Lieb algebras, the Brauer algebras, and the partition algebras.
Bihom-Lie algebra is a generalized Hom-Lie algebra endowed with two commuting multiplicative linear maps. In this paper, we study cohomology and representations of Bihom-Lie algebras. In particular, derivations, central extensions, derivation extensions, the trivial representation and the adjoint representation of Bihom-Lie algebras are studied in detail.
We investigate the fundamental properties of quantum Borcherds-Bozec algebras and their representations. Among others, we prove that the quantum Borcherds-Bozec algebras have a triangular decomposition and the category of integrable representations is semi-simple.
The aim of this work is to study the representation dimension of cluster tilted algebras. We prove that the weak representation dimension of tame cluster tilted algebras is equal to three. We construct a generator module that reaches the weak representation dimension, unfortunately this module is not always a cogenerator. We show for which algebras this module gives the representation dimension.
We explore the modular representation theory of affine and cyclotomic Yokonuma-Hecke algebras. We provide an equivalence between the category of finite dimensional representations of the affine (resp. cyclotomic) Yokonuma-Hecke algebra and that of an algebra which is a direct sum of tensor products of affine Hecke algebras of type $A$ (resp. Ariki-Koike algebras). As one of the applications, the irreducible representations of affine and cyclotomic Yokonuma-Hecke algebras are classified over an algebraically closed field of characteristic $p$. Secondly, the modular branching rules for these alg…
Recently, Iwahori-Hecke algebras were associated to Kac-Moody groups over non-Archimedean local fields. We introduce principal series representations for these algebras. We study these representations and partially generalize Kato and Matsumoto irreducibility criteria.
In this article we describe the projective representation of Plesken Lie algebras and equivalent central extensions of these algebras. Further it is also shown that there exists a bijective correspondence between second cohomology group, equivalent central extensions and projectively equivalent projective representations of Plesken Lie algebras.
In our previous work arXiv:1306.1770, we found all Borel-Schur algebra of finite representation type. In the present article, we determine which Borel-Schur algebras of infinite representation type are tame, and which are wild.
In this paper, first we give the notion of a representation of a relative Rota-Baxter Lie algebra and introduce the cohomologies of a relative Rota-Baxter Lie algebra with coefficients in a representation. Then we classify abelian extensions of relative Rota-Baxter Lie algebras using the second cohomology group, and classify skeletal relative Rota-Baxter Lie 2-algebras using the third cohomology group as applications. At last, using the established general framework of representations and cohomologies of relative Rota-Baxter Lie algebras, we give the notion of representations of Rota-Baxter Li…
A bivariate representation of a complex simple Lie algebra is an irreducible representation having highest weight a combination of the first two fundamental weights. For a complex classical Lie algebra, we establish an expression for the weight multiplicities of bivariate representations.
