We study the theory of scattering for a class of Hartree type equations with long range interactions in space dimension n > 2, including Hartree equations with potential V(x) = lambda |x|^{- gamma}. For 0 < gamma < or =1 we prove the existence of modified wave operators with no size restriction on the data and we determine the asymptotic behaviour in time of solutions in the range of the wave operators,thereby extending the results of a previous paper with the same title (math.AP/9807031) which covered the range 1/2 < gamma <1.

We prove decay with respect to some Lebesgue norms for a class of Schrödinger equations with non-local nonlinearities by showing new Morawetz inequalities and estimates. As a byproduct, we obtain large-data scattering in the energy space for the solutions to the systems of $N$ defocusing Schrödinger-Choquard equations with mass-energy intercritical nonlinearities in any space dimension and of defocusing Hartree-Fock equations, for any dimension $d\geq3$.

We investigate the focusing $\dot H^{1/2}$-critical nonlinear Schrödinger equation (NLS) of Hartree type $i\partial_t u + Δu = -(|\cdot|^{-3} \ast |u|^2)u$ with $\dot H^{1/2}$ radial data in dimension $d = 5$. It is proved that if the maximal life-span solution obeys $\sup_{t}\big\||\nabla|^{1/2}u\big\|_2 < \frac{\sqrt{6}}{3} \big\||\nabla|^{1/2}Q\big\|_2$, where $Q$ is the positive radial solution to the elliptic equation(\ref{e14}). Then the solution is global and scatters.
We consider the nonlinear Hartree equation for an interacting gas containing infinitely many particles and we investigate the large-time stability of the stationary states of the form $f(-Δ)$, describing an homogeneous Fermi gas. Under suitable assumptions on the interaction potential and on the momentum distribution $f$, we prove that the stationary state is asymptotically stable in dimension 2. More precisely, for any initial datum which is a small perturbation of $f(-Δ)$ in a Schatten space, the system weakly converges to the stationary state for large times.
We study the asymptotic behavior of solutions to the defocusing mass-subcritical Hartree NLS $iu_t + Δu = F(u) = (|x|^{-γ}*|u|^2)u$ on $\mathbb{R}^d$, $d\geq 2$, $\frac{4}{3} < γ< 2$. We show that the scattering problem associated to this equation is analytically well-posed in the weighted spaces $Σ= H^1\cap\mathcal{F}H^1$ and $\mathcal{F}H^1$. This manuscript proves the energy scattering of global solutions to a repulsive fourth-order generalized Hartree equation with non-radial data in the inter-critical regime. We consider inverse scattering problems for the three-dimensional Hartree equation. We prove that if the unknown interaction potential $V(x)$ of the equation satisfies some rapid decay condition, then we can uniquely determine the exact value of $\partial_ξ^α\hat{V}(0)$ for any multi-index $α$ by the knowledge of the scattering operator for the equation. We prove a scattering result near certain steady states for a Hartree equation for a random field. This equation describes the evolution of a system of infinitely many particles. It is an analogous formulation of the usual Hartree equation for density matrices. We treat dimensions 2 and 3, extending our previous result. We reach a large class of interaction potentials, which includes the nonlinear Schrodinger equation. This result has an incidence in the density matrices framework. We study a class of two-dimensional non-linear Schrödinger equations with point-like singular perturbation and Hartree non-linearity. The point-like singular perturbation of the free Laplacian induces appropriate perturbed Sobolev spaces that are necessary for the study of ground states and evolution flow. We include in our treatment both mass sub-critical and mass critical Hartree non-linearities. Scattering for the mass-critical fractional Schrödinger equation with a cubic Hartree-type nonlinearity for initial data in a small ball in the scale-invariant space of three-dimensional radial and square-integrable initial data is established. For this, we prove a bilinear estimate for free solutions and extend it to perturbations of bounded quadratic variation. This result is shown to be sharp by proving the unboundedness of a third order derivative of the flow map in the super-critical range.
