The spaces of Riemannian metrics on a closed manifold $M$ are studied. On the space ${\mathcal M}$ of all Riemannian metrics on $M$ the various weak Riemannian structures are defined and the corresponding connections are studied. The space ${\mathcal AM}$ of associated metrics on a symplectic manifold $M,ω$ is considered in more detail. A natural parametrization of the space ${\mathcal AM}$ is defined. It is shown, that ${\mathcal AM}$ is a complex manifold. A curvature of the space ${\mathcal AM}$ and quotient space ${\mathcal AM}/{\mathcal D}_ω$ is found. The finite dimensionality of the space of associated metrics of a constant scalar curvature with Hermitian Ricci tensor is shown.

Rudyak and Oprea [RO] remarked that such manifolds have nice and controllable homotopy properties. Now it is clear that these properties are mostly determined by the fact that the strict category weight of $[ω]$ equals 2. We apply the theory of strict category weight to the problem of estimating the number of closed orbits of charged particles in symplectic magnetic fields. For a complete symplectic manifold $M^{2n}$, we define the $L^{2}$-hard Lefschetz property on $M^{2n}$. We also prove that the complete symplectic manifold $M^{2n}$ satisfies $L^{2}$-hard Lefschetz property if and only if every class of $L^{2}$-harmonic forms contains a $L^{2}$ symplectic harmonic form. As an application, we get if $M^{2n}$ is a closed symplectic parabolic manifold which satisfies the hard Lefschetz property, then its Euler characteristic satisfies the inequality $(-1)^{n}χ(M^{2n})\geq0$.

We classify nilmanifolds with an invariant symplectic half-flat structure. We solve the half-flat evolution equations in one example, writing down the resulting Ricci-flat metric. We study the geometry of the orbit space of 6-manifolds with an SU(3)-structure preserved by a U(1) action, giving characterizations in the symplectic half-flat and integrable case.

A Hermitian symplectic manifold is a complex manifold endowed with a symplectic form $ω$, for which the bilinear form $ω(I\cdot,\cdot)$ is positive definite. In this work we prove $dd^c$-lemma for 1- and (1,1)-forms for compact Hermitian symplectic manifolds of dimension 3. This shows that Albanese map for such manifolds is well-defined and allows one to prove Kählerness if the dimension of the Albanese image of a manifold is maximal.
We present some methods to construct smooth circle actions on symplectic manifolds with non-symplectic fixed point sets or non-symplectic cyclic isotropy point sets. All such actions are not compatible with any symplectic form.
We establish various stability results for symplectic surfaces in symplectic $4-$manifolds with $b^+=1$. These results are then applied to prove the existence of representatives of Lagrangian ADE-configurations as well as to classify negative symplectic spheres in symplectic $4-$manifolds with $κ=-\infty$. This involves the explicit construction of spheres in rational manifolds via a new construction technique called the tilted transport.
The harmonic cohomology of a Donaldson symplectic submanifold and of an Auroux symplectic submanifold are compared with that of its ambient space. We also study symplectic manifolds satisfying a weakly Lefschetz property, that is, the $s$-Lefschetz propery. In particular, we consider the symplectic blow-ups of the complex projective space along weakly Lefschetz symplectic submanifolds. As an application we construct, for each even integer $s\geq 2$, compact symplectic manifolds which are $s$-Lefschetz but not $(s+1)$-Lefschetz.
We introduce scattering-symplectic manifolds, manifolds with a type of minimally degenerate Poisson structure that is not too restrictive so as to have a large class of examples, yet restrictive enough for standard Poisson invariants to be computable. This paper will demonstrate the potential of the scattering symplectic setting. In particular, we construct scattering-symplectic spheres and scattering symplectic gluings between strong convex symplectic fillings of a contact manifold. We compute the Yamabe invariant for a class of symplectic 4-manifolds of general type obtained by taking the rational blowdown of Kahler surfaces. In particular, for any point on the half-Noether line we exhibit a simply connected minimal symplectic manifold for which we compute the Yamabe invariant.
Log-symplectic structures are Poisson structures that are determined by a symplectic form with logarithmic singularities. We construct moduli spaces of curves with values in a log-symplectic manifold. Among the applications, we classify symplectically ruled log-symplectic $4$ manifolds (both orientable and non-orientable), and obstruct the existence of contact boundary components, in analogy with well-known theorems by McDuff. Moreover, we study certain log-symplectically ruled surfaces, using tools from symplectic field theory.
We classify symplectic actions of 2-tori on compact, connected symplectic 4-manifolds, up to equivariant symplectomorphisms. This extends results of Atiyah, Guillemin-Sternberg, Delzant and Benoist. The classification is in terms of a collection of invariants, which are invariants of the topology of the manifold, of the torus action and of the symplectic form. We construct explicit models of such symplectic manifolds with torus actions, defined in terms of these invariants. This paper uses a generalization of symplectic geometry, known as $n$-symplectic geometry and developed by Norris, to find observables on three-dimensional manifolds. It will be seen that for the cases considered, the $n$-symplectic observables are derivable from the symplectic observables of $C^2$. The quantization of these observables, as well as those on the frame bundle of $R^n$, is also examined.
In this paper, using similar idea as in Fukaya-Oh's work ([9]), we devise a method to compute the Fukaya category of certain exact symplectic manifolds by reducing it to the corresponding Morse category of non-Hausdorff manifold as perturbation of the Lagrangian skeleton of the exact symplectic manifold.
In \cite{btoric}, Guillemin et al. proved a Delzant-type theorem which classifies $b$-symplectic toric manifolds. More generally, in \cite{torus} they proved a similar convexity result for general Hamiltonian torus action on $b$-symplectic manifolds. In this paper, we provide a new way to construct $b$-symplectic toric manifolds from usual toric manifolds. Conversely, through this way, we can also decompose a $b$-symplectic toric manifolds to usual toric manifolds. We give a generalization of toric symplectic geometry to Poisson manifolds which are symplectic away from a collection of hypersurfaces forming a normal crossing configuration. We introduce the tropical momentum map, which takes values in a generalization of affine space called a log affine manifold. Using this momentum map, we obtain a complete classification of such manifolds in terms of decorated log affine polytopes, hence extending the classification of symplectic toric manifolds achieved by Atiyah, Guillemin-Sternberg, Kostant, and Delzant.
In this paper I construct, using off the shelf components, a compact symplectic manifold with a non-trivial Hamiltonian circle action that admits no Kaehler structure. The non-triviality of the action is guaranteed by the existence of an isolated fixed point. The motivation for this work comes from the program of classification of Hamiltonian group actions. The Audin-Ahara-Hattori-Karshon classification of Hamiltonian circle actions on compact symplectic 4-manifolds showed that all of such manifolds are Kaehler. We construct symplectic submanifolds of symplectic manifolds with contact border. The boundary of such submanifolds is shown to be a contact submanifold of the contact border. We also give a topological characterization of the constructed submanifolds by means of a ``relative Lefschetz hyperplane Theorem''. We sketch some of the applications of the results.
We give a method to lift $(2,0)$-tensors fields on a manifold $M$ to build symplectic forms on $TM$. Conversely, we show that any symplectic form $\Om$ on $TM$ is symplectomorphic, in a neighborhood of the zero section, to a symplectic form built naturally from three $(2,0)$-tensor fields associated to $\Om$.

A log symplectic manifold is a Poisson manifold which is generically nondegenerate. We develop two methods for constructing the symplectic groupoids of log symplectic manifolds. The first is a blow-up construction, corresponding to the notion of an elementary modification of a Lie algebroid along a subalgebroid. The second is a gluing construction, whereby groupoids defined on the open sets of an appropriate cover may be combined to obtain global integrations. A symplectic manifold $(M,ω)$ is called {\em (symplectically) uniruled} if there is a nonzero genus zero GW invariant involving a point constraint. We prove that symplectic uniruledness is invariant under symplectic blow-up and blow-down. This theorem follows from a general Relative/Absolute correspondence for a symplectic manifold together with a symplectic submanifold. A direct consequence is that symplectic uniruledness is a symplectic birational invariant. Here we use Guillemin and Sternberg's notion of cobordism as the symplectic analogue of the birational equivalence.

We study the Morse-Novikov cohomology and its almost-symplectic counterpart on manifolds admitting locally conformally symplectic structures. More precisely, we introduce lcs cohomologies and we study elliptic Hodge theory, dualities, Hard Lefschetz Condition. We consider solvmanifolds and Oeljeklaus-Toma manifolds. In particular, we prove that Oeljeklaus-Toma manifolds with precisely one complex place, and under an additional arithmetic condition, satisfy the Mostow property. This holds in particular for the Inoue surface of type $S^0$.
In this article we construct a minimal symplectic 4-manifold R that has small Euler characteristic (e(R)=8) and two essential Lagrangian tori with nice properties. These properties make R particularly suitable for constructing interesting examples of symplectic manifolds with small Euler characteristic. In this paper, we construct simply connected symplectic Calabi-Yau 6-manifolds by applying Gompf's symplectic fiber sum operation along $T^4$. Using our construction, we also produce symplectic non-Kähler Calabi-Yau 6-manifolds with fundamental group $\Z$. In this paper, we also produce the first examples of simply connected symplectic Calabi-Yau and non-Calabi-Yau 6-manifolds via coisotropic Luttinger surgery.
Recently, Tsai-Tseng-Yau constructed new invariants of symplectic manifolds: a sequence of Aoo-algebras built of differential forms on the symplectic manifold. We show that these symplectic Aoo-algebras have a simple topological interpretation. Namely, when the cohomology class of the symplectic form is integral, these Aoo-algebras are equivalent to the standard de Rham differential graded algebra on certain odd-dimensional sphere bundles over the symplectic manifold. A canonical connection is attached to any k-symplectic manifold. We study the properties of this connection and its geometric applications to k-symplectic manifolds. In particular we prove that, under some natural assumption, any ksymplectic manifold admits an Ehresmann connection, discussing some corollaries of this result, and we find vanishing theorems for characteristic classes on a k-symplectic manifold.
We study a notion of pre-quantization for $b$-symplectic manifolds. We use it to construct a formal geometric quantization of $b$-symplectic manifolds equipped with Hamiltonian torus actions with nonzero modular weight. We show that these quantizations are finite dimensional $T$-modules.
We introduce certain homology and cohomology subgroups for any almost complex structure and study their pureness, fullness and duality properties. Motivated by a question of Donaldson, we use these groups to relate J-tamed symplectic cones and J-compatible symplectic cones over a large class of almost complex manifolds, including all Kahler manifolds, almost Kahler 4-manifolds and complex surfaces.
