We prove the Scholze--Weinstein conjecture on the existence and uniqueness of local models for local Shimura varieties, as well as the test function conjecture of Haines--Kottwitz in this framework. To this end, we establish a specialization principle for well-behaved $p$-adic kimberlites, show that these include the v-sheaf local models, determine their special fibers using hyperbolic localization for the étale cohomology of small v-stacks, and analyze the resulting specialization morphism using convolution.
In this dissertation, we discuss mainly the corresponding geometric and representation theoretic aspects of relative $p$-adic Hodge theory and $p$-adic motives. To be more precise, we study the corresponding analytic geometry of the corresponding spaces over and attached to period rings in the relative $p$-adic Hodge theory, including derived topological de Rham complexes and derived topological logarithmic de Rham complexes after Bhatt, Gabber, Guo and Illusie which is in some sense equivalent to the derived prismatic cohomology of Bhatt-Scholze as shown in the work of Li-Liu, $\mathcal{O}\ma…
This is our second scope of the consideration on the corresponding topologization and the corresponding functional analytification. We will focus on the corresponding functorial and motivic constructions in our current consideration. We consider topological motivic derived $I$-adic and derived $(p,I)$-adic cohomologies through derived de Rham complexes of Bhatt, Guo, Illusie, Morrow, Scholze, Frobenius sheaves over Robba rings of Kedlaya-Liu in certain derived $I$-adic and derived $(p,I)$-adic geometric context as what we defined for Bambozzi-Ben-Bassat-Kremnizer $\infty$-prestacks in our prev…
We establish several new properties of the $p$-adic Jacquet-Langlands functor defined by Scholze in terms of the cohomology of the Lubin-Tate tower. In particular, we reprove Scholze's basic finiteness theorems, prove a duality theorem, and show a kind of partial Künneth formula. Using these results, we deduce bounds on Gelfand-Kirillov dimension, together with some new vanishing and nonvanishing results. Our key new tool is the six functor formalism with solid almost $\mathcal{O}^+/p$-coefficients developed recently by the second author [Man22]. One major point of this paper is to extend the …
Using the new approach to analytic geometry developed by Clausen and Scholze by means of condensed mathematics, we prove that for every affinoid analytic adic space $X$, pseudocoherent complexes, perfect complexes, and finite projective modules over $\mathcal{O}_X(X)$ form a stack with respect to the analytic topology on $X$; in particular, we prove that the category of vector bundles on $X$ is equivalent to the category of finite projective modules over $\mathcal{O}_X(X)$. To that end, we construct a fully faithful functor from the category of complete Huber pairs to the category of analytic …
We prove that for any proper smooth formal scheme $\frak X$ over $\mathcal O_K$, where $\mathcal O_K$ is the ring of integers in a complete discretely valued nonarchimedean extension $K$ of $\mathbb Q_p$ with perfect residue field $k$ and ramification degree $e$, the $i$-th Breuil-Kisin cohomology group and its Hodge-Tate specialization admit nice decompositions when $ie<p-1$. Thanks to the comparison theorems in the recent works of Bhatt, Morrow and Scholze, we can then get an integral comparison theorem for formal schemes when the cohomological degree $i$ satisfies $ie<p-1$, which generalize…
Faltings' approach in $p$-adic Hodge theory can be schematically divided into two main steps: firstly, a local reduction of the computation of the $p$-adic étale cohomology of a smooth variety over a $p$-adic local field to a Galois cohomology computation and then, the establishment of a link between the latter and differential forms. These relations are organized through Faltings ringed topos whose definition relies on the choice of an integral model of the variety, and whose good properties depend on the (logarithmic) smoothness of this model. Scholze's generalization for rigid analytic vari…
Using the work of Fargues-Scholze, we prove a vanishing theorem for the generic unramified part of the cohomology of local Shimura varieties of general linear groups. This gives an alternative approach to vanishing results of Caraiani-Scholze for the cohomology of unitary Shimura varieties.

We show that in positive characteristic special loci of deformation spaces of rank one $\ell$-adic local systems are quasilinear. From this we deduce the Hard Lefschetz theorem for rank one $\ell$-adic local systems and a generic vanishing theorem. Last version: a few typos corrected
Given primes $\ell\ne p$, we record here a $p$-adic valued Fourier theory on a local field over $\mathbf{Q}_\ell$, which is developed under the perspective of group schemes. As an application, by substituting rigid analysis for complex analysis, it leads naturally to the $p$-adic local functional equation at $\ell$, which strongly resembles the complex one in Tate's thesis.
Faltings initiated in 2005 a p-adic analogue of the (complex) Simpson correspondence whose construction has been taken up by various authors, according to several approaches. Following the one we initiated previously, we present an overview of a new monograph developing new features of the p-adic Simpson correspondence, inspired by our construction of the relative Hodge-Tate spectral sequence. First, we address the connection to Hodge-Tate local systems. Second, we establish the functoriality of the p-adic Simpson correspondence by proper direct image. Along the way, we expand the scope of our…
We compute the rational homotopy groups of the $K(n)$-local sphere for all heights $n$ and all primes $p$, verifying a prediction that goes back to the pioneering work of Morava in the early 1970s. More precisely, we show that the inclusion of the Witt vectors into the Lubin-Tate ring induces a split injection on continuous stabilizer cohomology with torsion cokernel of bounded exponent, thereby proving Hopkins' chromatic splitting conjecture and the vanishing conjecture of Beaudry-Goerss-Henn rationally. The key ingredients are the equivalence between the Lubin-Tate tower and the Drinfeld tow…
We give a simple geometric characterization of the locus where the inscribed Banach--Colmez Tangent Spaces of moduli of mixed characteristic local shtukas with one leg and fixed determinant are connected. We conjecture that the structure morphism for the underlying diamond is cohomologically smooth over this locus and, applying the Fargues--Scholze Jacobian criterion, we prove this conjecture in the case of EL infinite level Rapoport--Zink spaces, generalizing a result of Ivanov--Weinstein in the basic case.
We prove an analogue for $p$-adic coefficients of the Deligne--Laumon theorem on local acyclicity for curves. That is, for an overconvergent $F$-isocrystal $E$ on a relative curve $f:U\rightarrow S$ admitting a good compactification, we show that the cohomology sheaves of $\mathbf{R}f_!E$ are overconvergent isocrystals if and only if $E$ has constant Swan conductor at infinity.

We develop new methods to study $\mathfrak{m}$-adic stability in an arbitrary Noetherian local ring. These techniques are used to prove results about the behavior of Hilbert-Samuel and Hilbert-Kunz multiplicities under fine $\mathfrak{m}$-adic perturbations.
