We introduce the notion of $\mathcal{N}=1$ abstract super loop equations, and provide two equivalent ways of solving them. The first approach is a recursive formalism that can be thought of as a supersymmetric generalization of the Eynard-Orantin topological recursion, based on the geometry of a local super spectral curve. The second approach is based on the framework of super Airy structures. The resulting recursive formalism can be applied to compute correlation functions for a variety of examples related to 2d supergarvity.
We investigate a relation between the super topological recursion and Gaiotto vectors for $\mathcal{N}=1$ superconformal blocks. Concretely, we introduce the notion of the untwisted and $μ$-twisted super topological recursion, and construct a dual algebraic description in terms of super Airy structures. We then show that the partition function of an appropriate super Airy structure coincides with the Gaiotto vector for $\mathcal{N}=1$ superconformal blocks in the Neveu-Schwarz or Ramond sector. Equivalently, the Gaiotto vector can be computed by the untwisted or $μ$-twisted super topological r…
In this work we present a formalism of abstract quantum field theory for fat graphs and its realizations. This is a generalization of an earlier work for stable graphs. We define the abstract correlators $\mathcal F_g^μ$, abstract free energy $\mathcal F_g$, abstract partition function $\mathcal Z$, and abstract $n$-point functions $\mathcal W_{g,n}$ to be formal summations of fat graphs, and derive quadratic recursions using edge-contraction/vertex-splitting operators, including the abstract Virasoro constraints, an abstract cut-and-join type representation for $\mathcal Z$, and a quadratic r…
The second author and Norbury initiated the enumeration of lattice points in the Deligne-Mumford compactifications of moduli spaces of curves. They showed that the enumeration may be expressed in terms of polynomials, whose top and bottom degree coefficients store psi-class intersection numbers and orbifold Euler characteristics of $\overline{\mathcal M}_{g,n}$, respectively. Furthermore, they ask whether the enumeration is governed by the topological recursion and whether the intermediate coefficients also store algebro-geometric information. In this paper, we prove that the enumeration does …
We investigate supereigenvalue models in the Ramond sector and their recursive structure. We prove that the free energy truncates at quadratic order in Grassmann coupling constants, and consider super loop equations of the models with the assumption that the 1/N expansion makes sense. Subject to this assumption, we obtain the associated genus-zero algebraic curve with two ramification points (one regular and the other irregular) and also the supersymmetric partner polynomial equation. Starting with these polynomial equations, we present a recursive formalism that computes all the correlation f…
We prove a formula for the genus one free energy $\mathcal{F}^{(1)}$ of the quartic Kontsevich model for arbitrary ramification by working out a boundary creation operator for blobbed topological recursion. We thus investigate the differences in $\mathcal{F}^{(1)}$ compared with its generic representation for ordinary topological recursion. In particular, we clarify the role of the Bergman $τ$-function in blobbed topological recursion. As a by-product, we show that considering the holomorphic additions contributing to $ω_{g,1}$ or not gives a distinction between the enumeration of bipartite an…

Two Recursions for the Seiberg-Witten Prepotential: Zamolodchikov's Recursion, the AGT Correspondence and Topological Recursion on the Seiberg-Witten Curve
In this paper we continue the perturbative analysis of the quartic Kontsevich model. We investigate meromorphic functions $Ω^{(0)}_m$ with $m=1,2$, that obey blobbed topological recursion. We calculate their expansions and check their equivalence to sums of ribbon graph weights, which are obtained with common methods of perturbation theory in QFT, up to fifth order in the coupling using Mathematica. Furthermore, we provide a catalog of permutation pairs $(α,σ)$, which encode all 5660 vacuum ribbon graphs that contribute to the free energy $\mathcal{F}^{(g)}$ with genus $g\geq 0$ up to fifth or…
In this work we study the tau-function $Z^{1D}$ of the KP hierarchy specified by the topological 1D gravity. As an application, we present two types of algorithms to compute the orbifold Euler characteristics of $\overline{\mathcal M}_{g,n}$. The first is to use (fat or thin) topological recursion formulas emerging from the Virasoro constraints for $Z^{1D}$; and the second is to use a formula for the connected $n$-point functions of a KP tau-function in terms of its affine coordinates on the Sato Grassmannian. This is a sequel to an earlier work.
In this article which is the first of a series of three, we consider $\mathcal W({\mathfrak{sl}_d})$-symmetric conformal field theory in topological regimes for a generic value of the background charge, where $\mathcal W({\mathfrak{sl}_d})$ is the W-algebra associated to the affine Lie algebra $\widehat{\mathfrak{sl}_d}$, whose vertex operator algebra is included to that of the affine Lie algebra $\widehat{\mathfrak g}_1$ at level 1. In such regimes, the theory admits a free field representation. We show that the generalized Ward identities assumed to be satisfied by chiral conformal blocks wi…
We introduce super quantum Airy structures, which provide a supersymmetric generalization of quantum Airy structures. We prove that to a given super quantum Airy structure one can assign a unique set of free energies, which satisfy a supersymmetric generalization of the topological recursion. We reveal and discuss various properties of these supersymmetric structures, in particular their gauge transformations, classical limit, peculiar role of fermionic variables, and graphical representation of recursion relations. Furthermore, we present various examples of super quantum Airy structures, bot…
In this paper, we define and discuss $\mathcal{R}(p,q)$- deformations of basic univariate discrete distributions of the probability theory. We mainly focus on binomial, Euler, Pólya and inverse Pólya distributions. We discuss relevant $\mathcal{R}(p,q)-$ deformed factorial moments of a random variable, and establish associated expressions of mean and variance. Futhermore, we derive a recursion relation for the probability distributions. Then, we apply the same approach to build main distributional properties characterizing the generalized $q-$ Quesne quantum algebra, used in physics. Other kno…
