We construct the Generalized Monodromy matrix $\mathcal{\hat{M}}(ω)$ of two dimensional string effective action by introducing the T-duality group properties. The integrability conditions with general solutions depending on spectral parameter are given. This construction is investigated for the exactly solvable Wess, Zumino, Novikov and Witten (WZNW) model in pp-wave Limit when B=0.
We review the construction of generalized integrable hierarchies of partial differential equations, associated to affine Kac-Moody algebras, that include those considered by Drinfel'd and Sokolov. These hierarchies can be used to construct new models of 2D quantum or topological gravity, as well as new $\cal W$-algebras.
We investigate compactifications of type II and M-theory down to $AdS_5$ with generic fluxes that preserve eight supercharges, in the framework of Exceptional Generalized Geometry. The geometric data and gauge fields on the internal manifold are encoded in a pair of generalized structures corresponding to the vector and hyper-multiplets of the reduced five-dimensional supergravity. Supersymmetry translates into integrability conditions for these structures, generalizing, in the case of type IIB, the Sasaki-Einstein conditions. We show that the ten and eleven-dimensional type IIB and M-theory K…
In this paper, we study the geometries given by commuting pairs of generalized endomorphisms ${\cal A} \in \text{End}(T\oplus T^*)$ with the property that their product defines a generalized metric. There are four types of such commuting pairs: generalized Kähler (GK), generalized para-Kähler (GpK), generalized chiral and generalized anti-Kähler geometries. We show that GpK geometry is equivalent to a pair of para-Hermitian structures and we derive the integrability conditions in terms of these. From the physics point of view, this is the geometry of $2D$ $(2,2)$ twisted supersymmetric sigma m…
In this paper we introduce a new family of the KP tau-functions. This family can be described by a deformation of the generalized Kontsevich matrix model. We prove that the simplest representative of this family describes a generating function of the cubic Hodge integrals satisfying the Calabi-Yau condition, and claim that the whole family describes its generalization for the higher spin cases. To investigate this family we construct a new description of the Sato Grassmannian in terms of a canonical pair of the Kac-Schwarz operators.
