We explicitly construct two classes of infinitly many commutative operators in terms of the deformed Virasoro algebra. We call one of them local integrals and the other nonlocal one, since they can be regarded as elliptic deformations of the local and nonlocal integrals of motion obtained by V.Bazhanov, S.Lukyanov and Al.Zamolodchikov.
In this paper, we construct the super Witt algebra and super Virasoro algebra in the framework of the $\mathcal{R}(p,q)$-deformed quantum algebras. Moreover, we perform the super $\mathcal{R}(p,q)$-deformed Witt $n$-algebra, the $\mathcal{R}(p,q)$-deformed Virasoro $n$-algebra and discuss the super $\mathcal{R}(p,q)$-Virasoro $n$-algebra ($n$ even). Besides, we define and construct another super $\mathcal{R}(p,q)$-deformed Witt $n$-algebra and study a toy model for the super $\mathcal{R}(p,q)$-Virasoro constraints. Relevant particular cases induced from the quantum algebras known in the litera…
This paper addresses an R(p,q)-deformed conformal Virasoro algebra with an arbitrary conformal dimension Delta. Wellknown deformations constructed in the literature are deduced as particular cases. Then, the special case of the conformal dimension Delta=1 is elucidated for its interesting properties. The R(p,q)-KdV equation, associated with the deformed Virasoro algebra, is also derived and discussed. Finally, the (p,q)-deformed energy-momentum tensor, consistent with the central extension term, is computed and analyzed.
We perform generalizations of Witt and Virasoro algebras, and derive the corresponding Korteweg-de Vries equations from known R(p,q)-deformed quantum algebras previously introduced in J. Math. Phys. 51, 063518, (2010). Related relevant properties are investigated and discussed. Besides, we construct the R(p,q)-deformed Witt n- algebra, and determine the Virasoro constraints for a toy model, which play an important role in the study of matrix models. Finally, as matter of illustration, explicit results are provided for main particular deformed quantum algebras known in the literature.
The work is devoted to a probably new connection between deformed Virasoro algebra and quantum $\widehat{\mathfrak{sl}}_2$. We give an explicit realization of Virasoro current via vertex operators of level 1 integrable representation of $\widehat{\mathfrak{sl}}_2$. The same is done for a twisted version of deformed Virasoro algebra.
We study the fused currents of the deformed Virasoro algebra (DVA). By constructing a homotopy operator we show that for special values of the parameter of the algebra fused currents pairwise coincide on the cohomologies of the Felder resolution. Within the algebraic approach to lattice models these currents are known to describe neutral excitations of the solid-on-solid (SOS) models in the transfer-matrix picture. It allows us to prove the closeness of the system of excitations for a special nonunitary series of restricted SOS (RSOS) models. Though the results of the algebraic approach to lat…
The Hodge tau-function is a generating function for the linear Hodge integrals. It is also a tau-function of the KP hierarchy. In this paper, we first present the Virasoro constraints for the Hodge tau-function in the explicit form of the Virasoro equations. The expression of our Virasoro constraints is simply a linear combination of the Virasoro operators, where the coefficients are restored from a power series for the Lambert W function. Then, using this result, we deduce a simple version of the Virasoro constraints for the linear Hodge partition function, where the coefficients are restored…
We give a proof of Alexandrov's conjecture on a formula connecting the Kontsevich-Witten and Hodge tau-functions using only the Virasoro operators. This formula has been confirmed up to an unknown constant factor. In this paper, we show that this factor is indeed equal to one by investigating series expansions for the Lambert W function on different points.
We study the root of unity limit of $(\textbf{q}, \textbf{t})$-deformed Virasoro matrix models, for which we call the resulting model Uglov matrix model. We derive the associated Virasoro constraints on the partition function and find agreement of the central charge with the expression obtained from the level-rank duality associated with the parafermion CFT.
In this paper, we show that the generating function for linear Hodge integrals over moduli spaces of stable maps to a nonsingular projective variety $X$ can be connected to the generating function for Gromov-Witten invariants of $X$ by a series of differential operators $\{ L_m \mid m \geq 1 \}$ after a suitable change of variables. These operators satisfy the Virasoro bracket relation and can be seen as a generalization of the Virasoro operators appeared in the Virasoro constraints for Kontsevich-Witten tau-function in the point case. This result is an extension of the work in \cite{LW} for t…
We show how q-Virasoro constraints can be derived for a large class of (q,t)-deformed eigenvalue matrix models by an elementary trick of inserting certain q-difference operators under the integral, in complete analogy with full-derivative insertions for beta-ensembles. From free-field point of view the models considered have zero momentum of the highest weight, which leads to an extra constraint T_{-1} Z = 0. We then show how to solve these q-Virasoro constraints recursively and comment on the possible applications for gauge theories, for instance calculation of (supersymmetric) Wilson loop av…
In this paper, we investigate a relation between the Givental group of rank one and the Heisenberg-Virasoro symmetry group of the KP hierarchy. We prove, that only a two-parameter family of the Givental operators can be identified with elements of the Heisenberg-Virasoro symmetry group. This family describes triple Hodge integrals satisfying the Calabi-Yau condition. Using the identification of the elements of two groups we prove that the generating function of triple Hodge integrals satisfying the Calabi-Yau condition and its $Θ$-version are tau-functions of the KP hierarchy. This generalizes…
To a given algebraic curve we assign an infinite family of quantum curves (Schrödinger equations), which are in one-to-one correspondence with, and have the structure of, Virasoro singular vectors. For a spectral curve of a matrix model we build such quantum curves out of an appropriate representation of the Virasoro algebra, encoded in the structure of the $α/β$-deformed matrix integral and its loop equation. We generalize this construction to a large class of algebraic curves by means of a refined topological recursion. We also specialize this construction to various specific matrix models w…
The symmetry structure of twodimensional nonlinear isotropic oscillator, introduced in Physica D237 (2008) 505, is discussed. It is shown that it possesses three independent integrals of motion which can be chosen in such a way that they span SU(2), E(2) or SU(1,1) algebras, depending on the value of total energy. They generate the infinitesimal canonical symmetry transformations; integrability of the latter is analyzed. The results are then generalized to the case of arbitrary number of degrees of freedom.
We explicitly compute the local invariants (heat kernel coefficients) of a conformally deformed non-commutative $d$-torus using multiple operator integrals. We derive a recursive formula that easily produces an explicit expression for the local invariants of any order $k$ and in any dimension $d$. Our recursive formula can conveniently produce all formulas related to the modular operator, which before were obtained in incremental steps for $d\in\{2,4\}$ and $k\in\{0,2,4\}$. We exemplify this by writing down some known ($k=2$, $d=2$) and some novel ($k=2$, $d\geq 3$) formulas in the modular ope…
