If $π:M\rightarrow B$ is a Riemannian Submersion and $M$ has positive sectional curvature, O'Neill's Horizontal Curvature Equation shows that $B$ must also have positive curvature. The recently introduced Lipschitz-Killing curvature measures on pseudo-Riemannian manifolds satisfy a Weyl principle, i.e. are invariant under isometric embeddings. We investigate the convergence of the mean curvature flow of arbitrary codimension in Riemannian manifolds with bounded geometry. In this paper we consider the local $L^p$ estimate of Riemannian curvature for the Ricci-harmonic flow or List's flow introduced by List \cite{List2005} on complete noncompact manifolds. We give a sufficient condition ensuring that the mean curvature flow commutes with a Riemannian submersion and we use this result to create new examples of evolution by mean curvature flow. These results generalize previous results of Liu and Terng, Pacini and Koike.
