We study the possibility to establish $L$-operator's formalism by Faddeev-Reshetikhin-Takhtajan-Semenov-Tian-Shansky (FRST) for quantized current algebras, that is, for quantum affine algebras in the ''new realization '' by V. In this paper, we extend the generalization of Drinfeld realization of quantum affine algebras to quantum affine superalgebras with its Drinfeld comultiplication and its Hopf algebra structure, which depends on a function $g(z)$ satisfying the relation: $g(z)=g(z^{-1})^{-1}.$ In particular, we present the Drinfeld realization of $U_q(\hat {\frak osp}(1,2))$ and its Serre relations.

We describe the realization of the super Reshetikhin-Semenov-Tian-Shansky (RS) algebra in quantum affine superalgebras, thus generalizing the approach of Frenkel-Reshetikhin to the supersymmetric (and twisted) case. The twist element is the same as for the $sl(2)$ Lie algebra due to the embedding of the $sl(2)$ into the superalgebra $osp(1|2)$. The R-matrix has the direct sum structure in the irreducible representations of $osp(1|2)$. The dual quantum group is defined using the FRT-formalism.
