Motivated by Brundan-Kleshchev's work on higher Schur-Weyl duality, we establish mixed Schur-Weyl duality between general linear Lie algebras and cyclotomic walled Brauer algebras in an arbitrary level. Using weakly cellular bases of cyclotomic walled Brauer algebras, we classify highest weight vectors of certain mixed tensor modules of general linear Lie algebras. This leads to an efficient way to compute decomposition matrices of cyclotomic walled Brauer algebras arising from mixed Schur-Weyl duality, which generalizes early results on level two walled Brauer algebras.
The notion of a Weyl module, previously defined for the untwisted affine algebras, is extended here to the twisted affine algebras. We describe an identification of the Weyl modules for the twisted affine algebras with suitably chosen Weyl modules for the untwisted affine algebras. In this paper, we study the algebra automorphisms and isomorphisms for a family of "symmetric" multiparameter quantized Weyl algebras $\A$ and some related algebras in the generic case. First, we compute the Nakayama automorphism for $\A$ and give a necessary and sufficient condition for $\A$ to be Calabi-Yau. We also prove that $\A$ is cancellative. We identify level one global Weyl modules for toroidal Lie algebras with certain twists of modules constructed by Moody-Eswara Rao-Yokonuma via vertex operators for type ADE and by Iohara-Saito-Wakimoto and Eswara Rao for general type. The twist is given by an action of $\mathrm{SL}_{2}(\mathbb{Z})$ on the toroidal Lie algebra. As a byproduct, we obtain a formula for the character of the level one local Weyl module over the toroidal Lie algebra and that for the graded character of the level one graded local Weyl module over an affine analog of the current Lie algebra.

Initially, for a Weyl algebra over a field of characteristic zero, Bernstein's inequality implies that holonomic bimodules finitely generated from the right or left form a monoidal category. This paper presents a $q$-analogue of an extension of the tensor algebra given by the same author. This new algebra naturally contains the ordinary tensor algebra and the Iwahori-Hecke algebra type $A$ of infinite degree. Namely this algebra can be regarded as a natural mix of these two algebras. We construct a Poincare-Birkhoff-Witt type basis for the Weyl modules of the current algebra of $sl_{r+1}$. As a corollary we prove a conjecture made by Chari and Pressley on the dimension of the Weyl modules in this case. Further, we relate the Weyl modules to the fusion modules of the current algebra defined by Feigin and Loktev, and to the Demazure modules in level one representations of the corresponding affine algebra. In particular, this allows us to establish substantial cases of the conjectures of Feigin and Loktev on the structure and graded character of the fusion modules.
We prove that every endomorphism of a simple quantum generalized Weyl algebra $A$ over a commutative Laurent polynomial ring in one variable is an automorphism. This is achieved by obtaining an explicit classification of all endomorphisms of $A$.
