The main goals for this paper is i) to study of an algebraic structure of $\mathbb{N}$-graded vertex algebras $V_B$ associated to vertex $A$-algebroids $B$ when $B$ are cyclic non-Lie left Leibniz algebras, and ii) to explore relations between the vertex algebras $V_B$ and the rank one Heisenberg vertex operator algebra. To achieve these goals, we first classify vertex $A$-algebroids $B$ associated to given cyclic non-Lie left Leibniz algebras $B$. Next, we use the constructed vertex $A$-algebroids $B$ to create a family of indecomposable non-simple vertex algebras $V_B$. Finally, we use the algebraic structure of the unital commutative associative algebras $A$ that we found to study relations between a certain type of the vertex algebras $V_B$ and the vertex operator algebra associated to a rank one Heisenberg algebra.
In this paper, we study an impact of Leibniz algebras on the algebraic structure of $\mathbb{N}$-graded vertex algebras. We provide easy ways to characterize indecomposable non-simple $\mathbb{N}$-graded vertex algebras $\oplus_{n=0}^{\infty}V_{(n)}$ such that $\dim V_{(0)}\geq 2$. Also, we examine the algebraic structure of $\mathbb{N}$-graded vertex algebras $V=\oplus_{n=0}^{\infty}V_{(n)}$ such that $\dim~V_{(0)}\geq 2$ and $V_{(1)}$ is a (semi)simple Leibniz algebra that has $sl_2$ as its Levi factor. We show that under suitable conditions this type of vertex algebra is indecomposable but …
We first investigate the algebraic structure of vertex algebroids $B$ when $B$ are simple Leibniz algebras. Next, we use these vertex algebroids $B$ to construct indecomposable non-simple $C_2$-cofinite $\mathbb{N}$-graded vertex algebras $\overline{V_B}$. In addition, we classify $\mathbb{N}$-graded irreducible $\overline{V_B}$-modules and examine conformal vectors of these $\mathbb{N}$-graded vertex algebras $\overline{V_B}$.
Motivated by recent developments of $\infty$-categorical theories related to differential graded (dg for short) Lie algebras, we develop a general framework for locally finite $\infty$-$\mathfrak{g}$-modules over a dg Lie algebra $\mathfrak{g}$. We show that the category of such locally finite $\infty$-$\mathfrak{g}$-modules is almost a model category in the sense of Vallette. As a homotopy theoretical generalization of Loday and Pirashvili's Lie algebra objects in the tensor category of linear maps, we further study weak Loday-Pirashvili modules consisting of $\infty$-morphisms from locally f…
In this paper, we first construct the controlling algebras of embedding tensors and Lie-Leibniz triples, which turn out to be a graded Lie algebra and an $L_\infty$-algebra respectively. Then we introduce representations and cohomologies of embedding tensors and Lie-Leibniz triples, and show that there is a long exact sequence connecting various cohomologies. As applications, we classify infinitesimal deformations and central extensions using the second cohomology groups. Finally, we introduce the notion of a homotopy embedding tensor which will induce a Leibniz$_\infty$-algebra. We realize Ko…
We give a description of cyclic cohomology and its pairing with K-groups for 2-cocycle deformation of algebras graded over discrete groups. The proof relies on a realization of monodromy for the Gauss-Manin connection on periodic cyclic cohomology in terms of the cup product action of group cohomology.
The notions of Lie color 2-algebras and 2-term color L-infty-algebras over a group-graded vector space are introduced and studied. It is proved that the category of Lie color 2-algebras and the category of 2-term color L1-algebras are equivalent. We construct Lie color 2-algebras from omni-Lie color algebras and Leibniz color algebras. Some example of $Z^2_2$ -graded Lie color 2-algebras are given.
The question of whether a noncommutative graded quotient singularity $A^G$ is isolated depends on a subtle invariant of the $G$-action on $A$, called the pertinency. We prove a partial dichotomy theorem for isolatedness, which applies to a family of noncommutative quotient singularities arising from a graded cyclic action on the $(-1)$-skew polynomial ring. Our results generalize and extend some results of Bao, He and the third-named author and results of Gaddis, Kirkman, Moore and Won.
We provide isomorphism results for Hopf algebras that are obtained as graded twistings of function algebras on finite groups by cocentral actions of cyclic groups. More generally , we also consider the isomorphism problem for finite-dimensional Hopf algebras fitting into abelian cocentral extensions. We apply our classification results to a number of concrete examples involving special linear groups over finite fields, alternating groups and dihedral groups.
Let $A$ be a finite-dimensional smooth unital cyclic $A_\infty$-algebra. Assume furthermore that $A$ satisfies the Hodge-to-de-Rham degeneration property. In this short note, we prove the non-commutative analogue of the Bogomolov-Tian-Todorov theorem: the deformation functor associated with the differential graded Lie algebra of Hochschild cochains of $A$ is smooth. Furthermore, the deformation functor associated with the DGLA of cyclic Hochschild cochains of $A$ is also smooth.
