Using the Gelfand-Kapranov-Zelevinsk\uı system for the primitive cohomology of an infinite series of complete intersection Calabi-Yau manifolds, whose dimension is the loop order minus one, we completely clarify the analytic structure of all banana amplitudes with arbitrary masses. In particular, we find that the leading logarithmic structure in the high energy regime, which corresponds to the point of maximal unipotent monodromy, is determined by a novel $\widehat Γ$-class evaluation in the ambient spaces of the mirror, while the imaginary part of the amplitude in this regime is determined by the $\widehat Γ$-class of the mirror Calabi-Yau manifold itself. We provide simple closed all loop formulas for the former as well as for the Frobenius $κ$-constants, which determine the behaviour of the amplitudes, when the momentum square equals the sum of the masses squared, in terms of zeta values. We extend our previous work from three to four loops by providing for the latter case a complete set of (inhomogenous) Picard-Fuchs differential equations for arbitrary masses. This allows to evaluate the amplitude as well as other master integrals with raised powers of the propagators in very short time to very high numerical precision for all values of the physical parameters. Using a recent $p$-adic analysis of the periods we determine the value of the maximal cut equal mass four-loop amplitude at the attractor points in terms of periods of modular weight two and four Hecke eigenforms and the quasiperiods of their meromorphic cousins.
We consider a class of differential equations for multi-loop Feynman integrals which can be solved to all orders in dimensional regularisation in terms of iterated integrals of meromorphic modular forms. We show that the subgroup under which the modular forms transform can naturally be identified with the monodromy group of a certain second-order differential operator. We provide an explicit decomposition of the spaces of modular forms into a direct sum of total derivatives and a basis of modular forms that cannot be written as derivatives of other functions, thereby generalising a result by o…
We present for the first time fully analytic results for multi-loop equal-mass ice cone graphs in two dimensions. By analysing the leading singularities of these integrals, we find that the maximal cuts in two dimensions can be organised into two copies of the same periods that describe the Calabi-Yau varieties for the equal-mass banana integrals. We obtain a conjectural basis of master integrals at an arbitrary number of loops, and we solve the system of differential equations satisfied by the master integrals in terms of the same class of iterated integrals that have appeared earlier in the …
Celestial amplitudes, obtained by applying Mellin transform and analytic continuation on "ordinary" amplitudes, have interesting properties which may provide useful insights on the underlying theory. Their analytic structures are thus of great interest and need to be better understood. In this paper, we critically examine the analytic structure of celestial amplitudes in a massless low-energy effective field theory. We find that, fixed-order loop contributions, which generate multipoles on the negative $β$-plane, in general do not provide an accurate description of the analytic structure of ce…
One of the main challenges in obtaining predictions for collider experiments from perturbative quantum field theory, is the direct evaluation of the Feynman integrals it gives rise to. In this chapter, we review an alternative bootstrap method that instead efficiently constructs physical quantities by exploiting their analytic structure. We present in detail the setting where this method has been originally developed, six- and seven-particle amplitudes in the large-color limit of $\mathcal{N}=4$ super Yang-Mills theory. We discuss the class of functions these amplitudes belong to, and the stro…

We present a complete set of analytic helicity amplitudes for top quark pair production via gluon fusion at two-loops in QCD. For the first time, we include corrections due to massive fermion loops which give rise to integrals over elliptic curves. We present the results of the missing master integrals needed to compute the amplitude and obtain an analytic form for the finite remainders in terms of iterated integrals using rationalised kinematics and finite field sampling. We also study the numerical evaluation of the iterated integrals.
We present the two-loop leading colour QCD helicity amplitudes for the process $pp\to W(\to lν)γ+j$. We implement a complete reduction of the amplitudes, including the leptonic decay of the $W$-boson, using finite field arithmetic, and extract the analytic finite remainders using a recently identified basis of special functions. Simplified analytic expressions are obtained after considering permutations of a rational kinematic parametrisation and multivariate partial fractioning. We demonstrate efficient numerical evaluation of the two-loop colour and helicity summed finite remainders for phys…
We present the first full analytic evaluation of the scattering amplitude for the process $q {\bar q} \to Q {\bar Q}$ up-to two loops in Quantum Chromodynamics, for a massless $(q)$ and a massive $(Q)$ quark flavour. The interference terms of the one- and two-loop amplitudes with the Born amplitude, decomposed in terms of gauge invariant form factors depending on the colour and flavour structure, are analytically calculated by keeping complete dependence on the squared center-of-mass energy, the squared momentum transfer, and the heavy-quark mass. The results are expressed as Laurent series ar…
