In this paper we study results of existence and non-existence of solutions for the following Ambrosetti-Prodi type problem $$ \left\{ \begin{array}{lcl} -Δu=P(x)\Big( g(u)+f(x)\Big) \mbox{ in } \mathbb{R}^N,\\ u \in D^{1,2}(\R^N),\ \lim_{|x|\to +\infty}u(x)=0, \end{array} \right. \eqno{(P)} $$ where $N\geq3$, $P\in C(\R^N,\R^+)$, $f\in C(\R^N)\cap L^{\infty}(\R^N)$ and $g\in C^1(\R)$. The main tools used are the sub-supersolution method and Leray-Schauder topological degree theory.
In this paper we consider a class of critical concave convex Ambrosetti-Prodi type problems for the fractional $p$-Laplacian operator. By applying the Linking Theorem and the Mountain Pass Theorem as well, the interaction of the nonlinearities with the first eigenvalue of fractional $p$-Laplacian will be used to prove existence and multiplicity of solutions.
For Dirichlet boundary conditions on a bounded domain, what happens to the critical set of the Ambrosetti-Prodi operator if the nonlinearity is only a Lipschitz map? It turns out that many properties which hold in the smooth case are preserved, despite of the fact that the operator is not even differentiable at some points. In particular, a global Lyapunov-Schmidt decomposition of great convenience for numerical inversion is still available.
We establish Ambrosetti -Prodi type results for periodic solutions of one -dimensional nonlinear problems with drift term and drift -less whose principal operator is the fractional Laplacian of order $s\in(0,1)$. We establish conditions for the existence and nonexistence of solutions. The proofs of the existence results are based on the sub-supersolution method combined with topological degree type arguments. We also establish a priori bounds in order to get multiplicity results. We also prove that the solutions are $C^{1,α}$ under some regularity assumptions in the nonlinearities, that is, th…
According to the Ambrosetti-Prodi theorem, the map $F(u)= - Δu - f(u)$ between appropriate functional spaces is a global fold. Among the hypotheses, the convexity of the function $f$ is required. We show in two different ways that, under mild conditions, convexity is indeed necessary. If $f$ is not convex, there is a point with at least four preimages under $F$. More, $F$ generically admits cusps among its critical points. We present a larger class of nonlinearities $f$ for which the critical set of $F$ has cusps. The results are true for a class of boundary conditions.
The well-known Ambrosetti-Prodi theorem considers perturbations of the Dirichlet Laplacian by a nonlinear function whose derivative jumps over the principal eigenvalue of the operator. Various extensions of this landmark result were obtained for self-adjoint operators, in particular by Berger and Podolak, who gave a geometrical description of the solution set. In this text we show that similar theorems are valid for non self-adjoint operators. In particular, we prove that the semilinear operator is a global fold. As a consequence, we obtain what appears to be the first exact multiplicity resul…
We consider the following class of fractional parametric problems \begin{equation*} \left\{ \begin{array}{ll} (-Δ_{Dir})^{s} u= f(x, u)+tφ_{1}+h &\mbox{ in } Ω\\ u=0 &\mbox{ on } \partial Ω, \end{array} \right. \end{equation*} where $Ω\subset \mathbb{R}^{N}$ is a smooth bounded domain, $s\in (0, 1)$, $N> 2s$, $(-Δ_{Dir})^{s}$ is the fractional Dirichlet Laplacian, $f: \barΩ \times \mathbb{R} \rightarrow \mathbb{R}$ is a locally Lipschitz nonlinearity having linear or superlinear growth and satisfying Ambrosetti-Prodi type assumptions, $t\in \mathbb{R}$, $φ_{1}$ is the first eigenfunction of th…
In this paper we study the existence of solution for the following class of nonlocal problems \[ L_0u =f(x,u)+g(x) , \ \mbox{in} \ Ω, \] where $Ω\subset \mathbb{R}^{N}$, $N\geq 1$, is a bounded connected open, $g \in C(\overlineΩ)$, $f:\overlineΩ \times \mathbb{R} \to \mathbb{R}$ are function, and $L_0 : C(\overlineΩ) \to C(\overlineΩ)$ is a nonlocal dispersal operator. Using a sub-supersolution method and the degree theory for $γ$-Condensing maps, we have obtained a result of the Ambrosetti-Prodi type, that is, we obtain a necessary condition on $g$ for the non-existence of solutions, the exi…
We study the degenerate elliptic equation $-\mathop{\rm div}(|x|^α\nabla u) =f(u)+tϕ(x)+h(x)$ in a bounded open set $Ω$ with homogeneous Neumann boundary condition, where $α\in(0,2)$ and $f$ has a linear growth. The main result establishes the existence of real numbers $t_*$ and $t^*$ such that the problem has at least two solutions if $t\leq t_*$, there is at least one solution if $t_*<t\leq t^*$, and no solution exists for all $t>t^*$. The proof combines a priori estimates with topological degree arguments.
We establish Ambrosetti--Prodi type results for viscosity and classical solutions of nonlinear Dirichlet problems for the fractional Laplace and comparable operators. In the choice of nonlinearities we consider semi-linear and super-linear growth cases separately. We develop a new technique using a functional integration-based approach, which is more robust in the non-local context than a purely analytic treatment.
Since the seminal work of Ambrosetti and Prodi, the study of global folds was enriched by geometric concepts and extensions accomodating new examples. We present the advantages of considering fibers, a construction dating to Berger and Podolak's view of the original theorem. A description of folds in terms of properties of fibers gives new perspective to the usual hypotheses in the subject. The text is intended as a guide, outlining arguments and stating results which will be detailed elsewhere.
We consider a class of semilinear nonlocal problems with vanishing exterior condition and establish a Ambrosetti-Prodi type phenomenon when the nonlinear term satisfies certain conditions. Our technique makes use of the probabilistic tools and heat kernel estimates.
In this article we study the existence of weak solution, existence of ground state solution using Nehari manifold and existence of infinitely many solutions using Fountain theorem and Dual fountain theorem for a class of doubly nonlocal Kirchhoff-Choquard type equations involving the variable-order fractional $p(\cdot)-$ Laplacian operator. Here the nonlinearity does not satisfy the well known Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz type condition.
In this paper we establish, using variational methods combined with the Moser-Trudinger inequality, existence and multiplicity of weak solutions for a class of critical fractional elliptic equations with exponential growth without a Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz-type condition. The interaction of the nonlinearities with the spectrum of the fractional operator will used to study the existence and multiplicity of solutions. The main technical result proves that a local minimum in $C_{s}^0(\overlineΩ)$ is also a local minimum in $W^{s,p}_0$ for nonlinearities with exponential growth.
We carry out an investigation of the existence of infinitely many solutions to a fractional $p$-Kirchhoff type problem with a singularity and a superlinear nonlinearity with a homogeneous Dirichlet boundary condition. Further the solution(s) will be proved to be bounded and a weak comparison principle has also been proved. A {\it `$C^1$ versus $W_0^{s,p}$'} analysis has also been discussed.
We consider a fractional double phase Robin problem involving variable order and variable exponents. The nonlinearity $f$ is a Carathéodory function satisfying some hypotheses which do not include the Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz type condition. By using Variational methods, we investigate the multiplicity of solutions.
In this paper, we prove the existence of infinitely many solutions for a class of quasilinear elliptic $m(x)$-polyharmonic Kirchhoff equations where the nonlinear function has a quasicritical growth at infinity and without assuming the Ambrosetti and Rabinowitz type condition. The new aspect consists in employing the notion of a Schauder basis to verify the geometry of the symmetric mountain pass theorem. Furthermore, for the case $m(x)\equiv Const$, we introduce a positive quantity $λ_M$ similar to the first eigenvalue of the $m$-polyharmonic operator to find a mountain pass solution, and als…
We are interested in the existence of solutions for the following fractional $p(x,\cdot)$-Kirchhoff type problem $$ \left\{\begin{array}{ll} M \, \left(\displaystyle\int_{Ω\times Ω} \ \displaystyle{\frac{|u(x)-u(y)|^{p(x,y)}}{p(x,y) \ |x-y|^{N+p(x,y)s}}} \ dx \, dy\right)(-Δ)^{s}_{p(x,\cdot)}u = f(x,u), \quad x\in Ω, \\ \\ u= 0, \quad x\in \partialΩ, \end{array}\right.$$ where $Ω\subset\mathbb{R}^{N}$, $N\geq 2$ is a bounded smooth domain, $s\in(0,1),$ $p: \overlineΩ\times \overlineΩ \rightarrow (1, \infty)$, $(-Δ)^{s}_{p(x,\cdot)}$ denotes the $p(x,\cdot)$-fractional Laplace operator, $M: [0,…
We prove a Prodi-Serrin-type global regularity condition for the three-dimensional Magnetohydrodynamic-Boussinesq system (3D MHD-Boussinesq) without thermal diffusion, in terms of only two velocity and two magnetic components. This is the first Prodi-Serrin-type criterion for a hydrodynamic system which is not fully dissipative, and indicates that such an approach may be successful on other systems. In addition, we provide a constructive proof of the local well-posedness of solutions to the fully dissipative 3D MHD-Boussinesq system, and also the fully inviscid, irresistive, non-diffusive MHD-…
We investigate the existence and multiplicity of solutions to the following $p(x)$-Laplacian problem in $\mathbb{R}^{N}$ via critical point theory \begin{equation*} \left\{ \begin{array}{l} -\bigtriangleup _{p(x)}u+V(x)\left\vert u\right\vert ^{p(x)-2}u=f(x,u),\text{ in } \mathbb{R}^{N}, \\ u\in W^{1,p(\cdot )}(\mathbb{R}^{N}). \end{array} \right. \end{equation*} We propose a new set of growth conditions which matches the variable exponent nature of the problem. Under this new set of assumptions, we manage to verify the Cerami compactness condition. Therefore, we succeed in proving the existen…
Let $Ω$ be a bounded domain in $\mathbb{R}^N$. In this paper, we consider the following nonlinear elliptic equation of $N$-Laplacian type: $-Δ_{N}u=f(x,u)$ where $u\in W_{0}^{1,2}\{0}$ when $f$ is of subcritical or critical exponential growth. This nonlinearity is motivated by the Moser-Trudinger inequality. In fact, we will prove the existence of a nontrivial nonnegative solution to the above equation without the Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz $(AR)$ condition. Earlier works in the literature on the existence of nontrivial solutions to $N-$Laplacian in $\mathbb{R}^{N}$ when the nonlinear term $f$ has …
The classical result of A. Ambrosetti and G. Prodi [1], in the form of M.S. Berger and E. Podolak [4], gives the exact number of solutions for the problem \[ Δu+g(u)= μϕ_1(x)+e(x) \;\; \mbox{in $D$} , \;\; u=0 \;\; \mbox{on $\partial D$} \,, \] depending on the real parameter $μ$, for a class of convex $g(u)$, and $\int _D e(x) ϕ_1(x)\, dx=0$ (where $ϕ_1(x)>0$ is the principal eigenfunction of the Laplacian on $D$, and $D \subset R^n$ is a smooth domain). By considering generalized harmonics, we give a similar result for the problem \[ Δu+g(u)= μf(x) \;\; \mbox{in $D$} , \;\; u=0 \;\; \mbox{on…
In this paper, we study the existence and multiplicity of weak solutions for a general class of elliptic equations (\mathscr{P}_λ) in a smooth bounded domain, driven by a nonlocal integrodifferential operator \mathscr{L}_{\mathcal{A}K} with Dirichlet boundary conditions involving variable exponents without Ambrosetti and Rabinowitz type growth conditions. Using different versions of the Mountain Pass Theorem, as well as, the Fountain Theorem and Dual Fountain Theorem with Cerami condition, we obtain the existence of weak solutions for the problem (\mathscr{P}_λ) and we show that the problem tr…
In this paper, we study the existence and multiplicity of weak solutions to a general type of Kirchhoff equations in magnetic fractional Orlicz-Sobolev spaces. Specifically, we appeal to Critical Point Theory to prove the existence of non-trivial solutions under the so-called Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz condition. We also state the existence of ground-state solutions. Moreover, multiplicity results which yield the existence of an unbounded sequence of solutions are also provided. Finally, we show existence under a weak-type Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz condition formulated in the framework of Orlicz spaces…
In this article, we establish the existence of solutions to the fractional $p-$Kirchhoff type equations with a generalized Choquard nonlinearities without assuming the Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz condition.
In this paper, we deal with the existence and multiplicity of solutions to the nonuniformly elliptic equation of the N-Lapalcian type with a potential and a nonlinear term of critical exponential growth and satisfying the Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz condition. In spite of a possible failure of the Palais-Smale compactness condition, in this article we apply minimax method to obtain the weak solution to such an equation. In particular, in the case of $N-$Laplacian, using the minimization and the Ekeland variational principle, we obtain multiplicity of weak solutions. Finally, we will prove the above …
In this paper, we study the three-dimensional axisymmetric Navier-Stokes system with nonzero swirl. By establishing a new key inequality for the pair $(\frac{ω^{r}}{r},\frac{ω^θ}{r})$, we get several Prodi-Serrin type regularity criteria based on the angular velocity, $u^θ$. Moreover, we obtain the global well-posedness result if the initial angular velocity $u_{0}^θ$ is appropriate small in the critical space $L^{3}(\R^{3})$. Furthermore, we also get several Prodi-Serrin type regularity criteria based on one component of the solutions, say $ω^3$ or $u^3$.
Several types of new regularity criteria for Leray-Hopf weak solutions $u$ to the 3D Navier-Stokes equations are obtained. Some of them are based on the third component $u_3$ of velocity under Prodi-Serrin index condition, another type is in terms of $ω_3$ and $\partial_3u_3$ with Prodi-Serrin index condition. And a very recent work of the authors, based on only one of the nine entries of the gradient tensor, is renovated.
This paper deals with some classes of Kirchhoff type problems on a double phase setting and with nonlinear boundary conditions. Under general assumptions, we provide multiplicity results for such problems in the case when the perturbations exhibit a suitable behavior in the origin and at infinity, or when they do not necessarily satisfy the Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz condition. To this aim, we combine variational methods, truncation arguments and topological tools.
This work is devoted to the concept of statistical solution of the Navier-Stokes equations, proposed as a rigorous mathematical object to address the fundamental concept of ensemble average used in the study of the conventional theory of fully developed turbulence. Two types of statistical solutions have been proposed in the 1970's, one by Foias and Prodi and the other one by Vishik and Fursikov. In this article, a new, intermediate type of statistical solution is introduced and studied. This solution is a particular type of a statistical solution in the sense of Foias and Prodi which is const…
We are concerned with the following Kirchhoff type equation $$-\varepsilon^2 M \left(\varepsilon^{2-N} \int_{\mathbb{R}^N} | \nabla u|^2\, \mathrm{d} x\right) Δu+V(x)u = f(u),\ x \in \mathbb{R}^N,\ \ N\ge2, $$ where $M \in C(\mathbb{R}^+,\mathbb{R}^+)$, $V\in C(\mathbb{R}^N,\mathbb{R}^+)$ and $f(s)$ is of critical growth. In this paper, we construct a localized bound state solution concentrating at a local minimum of $V$ as $\varepsilon\to 0$ under certain conditions on $f(s)$, $M$ and $V$. In particular, the monotonicity of $f(s)/s$ and the Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz condition are not required.
Let $G=(V,E)$ be a locally finite graph, $Ω\subset V$ be a bounded domain, $Δ$ be the usual graph Laplacian, and $λ_1(Ω)$ be the first eigenvalue of $-Δ$ with respect to Dirichlet boundary condition. Using the mountain pass theorem due to Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz, we prove that if $α<λ_1(Ω)$, then for any $p>2$, there exists a positive solution to $-Δu-αu=|u|^{p-2}u$ in $Ω^\circ$, $u=0$ on $\partialΩ$, where $Ω^\circ$ and $\partialΩ$ denote the interior and the boundary of $Ω$ respectively. Also we consider similar problems involving the $p$-Laplacian and poly-Laplacian by the same method. Such p…
In this paper, we study the existence of non-negative non-trivial solutions for a class of double-phase problems where the source term is a Caratheodory function that satisfies the Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz type condition in the framework of Sobolev-Orlicz spaces with variable exponents in complete compact Riemannian n-manifolds. Our approach is based on the Nehari manifold and some variational techniques. Furthermore, the Hölder inequality, continuous and compact embedding results are proved.
The present study is concerned with the following Schrödinger-Poisson system involving critical nonlocal term with general nonlinearity: $$ \left\{ \begin{array}{ll} -Δu+V(x)u- ϕ|u|^3u= f(u), & x\in\mathbb{R}^3, -Δϕ= |u|^5, & x\in\mathbb{R}^3,\\ \end{array} \right. $$ Under certain assumptions on non-constant $V(x)$, the existence of a positive least energy solution is obtained by using some new analytical skills and Pohožaev type manifold. In particular, the Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz type condition or monotonicity assumption on the nonlinearity is not necessary.
We consider a nonlinear eigenvalue problem under Robin boundary conditions in a domain with (possibly noncompact) smooth boundary. The problem involves a weighted p-Laplacian operator and subcritical nonlinearities satisfying Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz type conditions. Using Morse theory and a cohomological local splitting as in Degiovanni et al. [5], we prove the existence of a nontrivial weak solution for all (real) values of the eigenvalue parameter. Our result is new even in the semilinear case p = 2 and complements some recent results obtained in Autuori et al. [1].
In this paper, we study the following nonlinear problem of Kirchhoff type with critical Sobolev exponent: -\left(a+b\ds\int_{\R^3}|D u|^2\right)Δu+u=f(x,u)+u^{5}, u\in H^1(\R^3), u>0, $x\in \R^3$ where a,b>0 are constants. Under certain assumptions on the sign-changing function $f(x,u)$, we prove the existence of positive solutions by variational methods. Our main results can be viewed as a partial extension of a recent result of He and Zou in [17] concerning the existence of positive solutions to the nonlinear Kirchhoff problem \left(\varepsilon^2a+\varepsilon b\ds\int_{\R^3}|D u|^2\right)Δu+…
In this paper we investigate the existence of multiple solutions for the following two fractional problems \begin{equation*} \left\{\begin{array}{ll} (-Δ_Ω)^{s} u-λu= f(x, u) &\mbox{in} Ω\\ u=0 &\mbox{in} \partial Ω\end{array} \right. \end{equation*} and \begin{equation*} \left\{\begin{array}{ll} (-Δ_{\mathbb{R}^{N}})^{s} u-λu= f(x, u) &\mbox{in} Ω\\ u=0 &\mbox{in} \mathbb{R}^{N}\setminus Ω, \end{array} \right. \end{equation*} where $s\in (0,1)$, $N>2s$, $Ω$ is a smooth bounded domain of $\mathbb{R}^{N}$, and $f:\barΩ\times \mathbb{R}\rightarrow \mathbb{R}$ is a superlinear continuous function…
In this paper, we consider the following Kirchhoff type equation $$ -\left(a+ b\int_{\R^3}|\nabla u|^2\right)\triangle {u}+V(x)u=f(u),\,\,x\in\R^3, $$ where $a,b>0$ and $f\in C(\R,\R)$, and the potential $V\in C^1(\R^3,\R)$ is positive, bounded and satisfies suitable decay assumptions. By using a new perturbation approach together with a new version of global compactness lemma of Kirchhoff type, we prove the existence and multiplicity of bound state solutions for the above problem with a general nonlinearity. We especially point out that neither the corresponding Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz conditio…
We consider the following problem $$(P) \begin{cases} -Δ_{p}u= c(x)|u|^{q-1}u+μ|\nabla u|^{p}+h(x) & \ \ \mbox{ in }Ω, u=0 & \ \ \mbox{ on } \partialΩ, \end{cases}$$ where $Ω$ is a bounded set in $\mathbb{R}^{N}$ ($N\geq 3$) with a smooth boundary, $1<p<N$, $q>0$, $μ\in \mathbb{R}^{*}$, and $c$ and $ h$ belong to $L^{k}(Ω)$ for some $k>\frac{N}{p}$. In this paper, we assume that $c\gneqq 0$ a.e. in $Ω$ and $h$ without sign condition, then we prove the existence of at least two bounded solutions under the condition that $\|c\|_{k}$ and $\|h\|_{k}$ are suitably small. For this purpose, we use th…
We show that the classical Shinbrot's criteria to guarantee that a Leray-Hopf solution satisfies the energy equality follows trivially from the $L^4( (0\,,T)\timesΩ))$ Lions-Prodi particular case. Moreover we extend Shinbrot's result to space coefficients $ r \in (3,\,4)\,.$ In this last case our condition coincides with Shinbrot condition for $r=4$, but for $r<4$ it is more restrictive than the classical one, $ 2/p + 2/r = 1\,.$ It looks significant that in correspondence to the extreme values $r=3$ and $r=\infty$, and just for these two values, the conditions become respectively $u \in L^\in…
We study the existence and non-existence of nontrivial weak solution of $$ {Δ^2u-μ\frac{u}{|x|^{4}} = \frac{|u|^{q_β-2}u}{|x|^β}+|u|^{q-2}u\quad\textrm{in ${\mathbb R}^N$,}} $$ where $N\geq 5$, $q_β=\frac{2(N-β)}{N-4}$, $0<β<4$, $1<q\leq 2^{**}$ and $μ<μ_1:=\big(\frac{N(N-4)}{4}\big)^2$. Using Pohozaev type of identity, we prove the non-existence result when $1<q< 2^{**}$. On the other hand when the equation has multiple critical nonlinearities i.e. $q=2^{**}$ and $-(N-2)^2\leqμ<μ_1$, we establish the existence of nontrivial solution using the Mountain-Pass theorem by Ambrosetti and Rabinowitz…
In this paper, we study the following nonlinear problem of Kirchhoff type with pure power nonlinearities: (a+b\ds\int_{\R^3}|D u|^2\right)Δu+V(x)u=|u|^{p-1}u, u\in H^1(\R^3), u>0, $x\in \R^3, where $a,$ $b>0$ are constants, $2<p<5$ and $V:\R^3\rightarrow\R$. Under certain assumptions on $V$, we prove that \eqref{0.1} has a positive ground state solution by using a monotonicity trick and a new version of global compactness lemma. Our main results can be viewed as a partial extension of a recent result of He and Zou in [16] concerning the existence of positive solutions to the nonlinear Kirchhof…
We study the question of the existence of infinitely many weak solutions for nonlocal equations of fractional Laplacian type with homogeneous Dirichlet boundary data, in presence of a superlinear term. Starting from the well-known Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz condition, we consider different growth assumptions on the nonlinearity, all of superlinear type. We obtain three different existence results in this setting by using the Fountain Theorem, which extend some classical results for semilinear Laplacian equations to the nonlocal fractional setting.
Without compactness assumptions, we prove some abstract results which show that a $C^{1}$ functional $I:X\rightarrow \mathbb{R}$ on a Banach space $X$ admits bounded Palais-Smale sequences provided that it exhibits some geometric structure of minimax type and a suitable behaviour with respect to some sequence of continuous mappings $ψ_{n}:X\rightarrow X$. This work is a preliminary version of a forthcoming paper, where applications to nonlinear equations without Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz type assumptions will also be given.
The study of fourth order partial differential equations has flourished in the last years, however, a $p(\cdot)$-biharmonic problem with no-flux boundary condition has never been considered before, not even for constant $p$. This is an important step further, since surfaces that are impermeable to some contaminants are appearing quite often in nature, hence the significance of such boundary condition. By relying on several variational arguments, we obtain the existence and the multiplicity of weak solutions to our problem. We point out that, although we use a mountain pass type theorem in orde…
The aim of this paper is investigating the existence of one or more weak solutions of the coupled quasilinear elliptic system of gradient type \[ (P)\qquad \left\{ \begin{array}{ll} - {\rm div} (A(x, u)\vert\nabla u\vert^{p_1 -2} \nabla u) + \frac{1}{p_1}A_u (x, u)\vert\nabla u\vert^{p_1} = G_u(x, u, v) &\hbox{ in $Ω$,}\\[5pt] - {\rm div} (B(x, v)\vert\nabla v\vert^{p_2 -2} \nabla v) +\frac{1}{p_2}B_v(x, v)\vert\nabla v\vert^{p_2} = G_v\left(x, u, v\right) &\hbox{ in $Ω$,}\\[5pt] u = v = 0 &\hbox{ on $\partialΩ$,} \end{array} \right. \] where $Ω\subset \mathbb{R}^N$ is an open bounded domain, …
