In this paper and in the companion one we address the problem of identifying the effective theory that describes the statistics of the fluctuations of what is thought to be the relevant order parameter for glassy systems---the overlap field with an equilibrium reference configuration---close to the putative thermodynamic glass transition. Our starting point is the mean-field theory of glass formation which relies on the existence of a complex free-energy landscape with a multitude of metastable states. In this paper, we focus on archetypal mean-field models possessing this type of free-energy landscape and set up the framework to determine the exact effective theory. We show that the effective theory at the mean-field level is generically of the random-field + random-bond Ising type. We also discuss what are the main issues concerning the extension of our result to finite-dimensional systems. This extension is addressed in detail in the companion paper.
By applying a recently proposed mapping, we derive exactly the upper phase boundary of several Ising spin glass models defined over static graphs and random graphs, generalizing some known results and providing new ones.
We show that, above the critical temperature, if the dimension D of a given Ising spin glass model is sufficiently high, its free energy can be effectively expressed through the free energy of a related Ising model. When, in a large sense, D is infinite, in the paramagnetic phase and on its boundary the mapping is exact. In this limit the method provides a general and simple rule to obtain exactly the upper phase boundaries. We provide even simple effective rules to find crossover surfaces and correlation functions. We apply the mapping to several spin glass models.
The field-cooled magnetization (FCM) processes of Ising spin glasses under relatively small fields are investigated by experiment on Fe_{0.55}Mn_{0.45}TiO_3 and by numerical simulation on the three-dimensional Edwards-Anderson model. Both results are explained in a unified manner by means of the droplet picture. In particular, the cusp-like behavior of the FCM is interpreted as evidence, not for an equilibrium phase transition under a finite magnetic field, but for a dynamical (`blocking') transition frequently observed in glassy systems.
We determine accurate values of ordering temperatures and critical exponents for Ising Spin Glass transitions in dimension 4, using a combination of finite size scaling and non-equilibrium scaling techniques. We find that the exponents $η$ and $z$ vary with the form of the interaction distribution, indicating non-universality at Ising spin glass transitions. These results confirm conclusions drawn from numerical data for dimension 3.
We consider the random field Ising model and show rigorously that the spin glass susceptibility at equilibrium is always bounded by the ferromagnetic susceptibility, and therefore that no spin glass phase can be present at equilibrium out of the ferromagnet critical line. When the magnetization is, however, fixed to values smaller than the equilibrium one, a glassy phase can exist, as we show explicitly on the Bethe lattice.
Dynamic nonlinear (cubic) susceptibility in quantum d-dimensional Ising spin glass with short-range interactions is investigated on the basis of quantum droplet model and quantum-mechanical nonlinear response theory. Nonlinear response depends on the tunneling rate for a droplet which regulates the strength of quantum fluctuations. It shows a strong dependence on the distribution of droplet free energies and on the droplet length scale average. Comparison with recent experiments on quantum spin glasses like disordered dipolar quantum Ising magnet is discussed.
We conjecture the existence of a relationship between frustration and the transition point at zero temperature of Ising spin glasses. The relation reveals that, in several Ising spin glass models, the concentration of ferromagnetic bonds is close to the critical concentration at zero temperature when the output of a function about frustration is equal to unity. The function is the derivative of the average number of frustrated plaquettes with respect to the average number of antiferromagnetic bonds. This relation is conjectured in Ising spin glasses with binary couplings on two-dimensional lat…
Here is the first part of the summary of my work on random Ising model using real-space renormalization group (RSRG), also known as a Migdal-Kadanoff one. This approximate renormalization scheme was applied to the analysis thermodynamic properties of the model, and of probabilistic properties of a pair correlator, which is a fluctuating object in disordered systems. The field-cooled (FC) process on an Ising spin-glass model is investigated by a standard Monte Calro (MC) method on one hand, and the equilibrium magnetization of the same system is evaluated by the exchang MC method on the other hand. The two types of simulation reveal intriguing glassy (nonequilibrium) dynamic properties of the FC magnetization (FCM) of the system. Particularly, the FCM decrease is observed when the FC process is halted at a low temperater, although its value is smaller than the corresponding equilibrium value. We present a comprehensive interpretation of such peculiar pheno…
Nearest-neighbor-interaction Ising spin glasses are studied on three different hierarchical lattices, all of them belonging to the Wheatstone-Bridge family. It is shown that the spin-glass lower critical dimension in these lattices should be greater than 2.32. Finite-temperature spin-glass phases are found for a lattice of fractal dimension $D \approx 3.58$ (whose unit cell is obtained from a simple construction of a part of the cubic lattice), as well as for a lattice of fractal dimension close to five.
We consider the spatial correlation function of the two-dimensional Ising spin glass under out-equilibrium conditions. We pay special attention to the scaling limit reached upon approaching zero temperature. The field-theory of a non-interacting field makes a surprisingly good job at describing the spatial shape of the correlation function of the out-equilibrium Edwards-Anderson Ising model in two dimensions.
The sample-to-sample fluctuations of the free energy in finite-dimensional Ising spin glasses are calculated, using the replica method, from higher order terms in the replica number $n$. It is shown that the Parisi symmetry breaking scheme does not give the correct answers for these higher order terms. A modified symmetry breaking scheme with the same stability is shown to resolve the problem.
Identities and inequalities are proved for the order parameters, correlation functions and their derivatives of the Ising spin glass. The results serve as additional evidence that the ferromagnetic phase is composed of two regions, one with strong ferromagnetic ordering and the other with the effects of disorder dominant. The Nishimori line marks a crossover between these two regions.
We investigate the ferromagnetic-glassy transitions which separate the low-temperature ferromagnetic and spin-glass phases in the temperature-disorder phase diagram of three-dimensional Ising spin-glass models. For this purpose, we consider the cubic-lattice +-J (Edwards-Anderson) Ising model with bond distribution $P(J) = p δ(J - 1) + (1-p) δ(J + 1)$, and present a numerical Monte Carlo study of the critical behavior along the line that marks the onset of ferromagnetism. The finite-size scaling analysis of the Monte Carlo data shows that the ferromagnetic-glassy transition line is slightly re…
We analyze the limits inherent to the inverse reconstruction of a pairwise Ising spin glass based on susceptibility propagation. We establish the conditions under which the susceptibility propagation algorithm is able to reconstruct the characteristics of the network given first- and second-order local observables, evaluate eventual errors due to various types of noise in the originally observed data, and discuss the scaling of the problem with the number of degrees of freedom.
Equilibrium numerical data on the three dimensional bimodal interaction Ising spin glass up to size L=48 show that corrections to scaling, which are known to be strong, behave in a non-monotonic manner with size. Extrapolation to the infinite size thermodynamic limit is difficult; however the large L data indicate that the ordering temperature Tc lies significantly higher than the values which have been estimated from previous numerical work limited to smaller sizes. In view of the present results it is at the least premature to conclude that the three dimensional bimodal and Gaussian Ising sp…
The one-dimensional long-range Ising spin glass provides useful insights into the properties of finite dimensional spin glasses with short-range interactions. The defect energy renormalization group equations derived for it by Kotliar, Anderson and Stein have been re-examined and a new fixed point has been found. The fixed points which have previously been studied are found to be inappropriate. It is shown that the renormalization group equations themselves directly imply that the spin glass phase is replica symmetric, in agreement with droplet model expectations, when the range exponent $σ$ l…
By means of extensive computer simulations we analyze in detail the two dimensional $\pm J$ Ising spin glass with ferromagnetic next-nearest-neighbor interactions. We found a crossover from ferromagnetic to ``spin glass'' like order both from numerical simulations and analytical arguments. We also present evidences of a second crossover from the ``spin glass'' behavior to a paramagnetic phase for the largest volume studied.
The critical behavior of a family of fully connected mean-field models with quenched disorder, the $M-p$ Ising spin glass, is analyzed, displaying a crossover between a continuous and a random first order phase transition as a control parameter is tuned. Due to its microscopic properties the model is straightforwardly extendable to finite dimensions in any geometry.
Recent numerical simulations indicate that several different equilibrium glass transitions may be characterized by diverging correlation lengths, and that these divergences are described by a non-mean-field, Ising-like, critical exponent. I argue here that a minimal model of polydisperse, hard-core particles can be reformulated in terms of Ising spins. The two spin states correspond, at high pressure, to two compact, local topologies -- "solidlike" and "liquidlike" -- whose average volumes per particle are nearly identical for strongly frustrated, glass forming systems. The critical correlatio…
A dimer mean-field model for the Ising spin-glass is presented. Despite its simplicity it captures some of the essential features of the spin-glass physics. The distribution of the single-spin magnetization is determined from a self-consistent integral equation. By solving the self-consistency condition numerically, we find that there are two temperature scales characterizing the glass transition. At the first, higher temperature, the glass order parameter becomes non-vanishing, and at the second, freezing temperature, it saturates to its maximal value. The effect of magnetic field and the exi…
We show that the dynamical behavior of the 3D Ising spin glass with Gaussian couplings is not compatible with a droplet dynamics. We show that this is implied from the data of reference cond-mat/9904143, that, when analyzed in an accurate way, give multiple evidences of this fact. Our study is based on the analysis of the overlap-overlap correlation function, at different values of the separation r and of the time t.
We study the correlation length of the two-dimensional Edwards-Anderson Ising spin glass with bimodal interactions using a combination of parallel tempering Monte Carlo and a rejection-free cluster algorithm in order to speed up equilibration. Our results show that the correlation length grows ~ exp(2J/T) suggesting through hyperscaling that the degenerate ground state is separated from the first excited state by an energy gap ~4J, as would naively be expected.
We study temperature chaos in a two-dimensional Ising spin glass with random quenched bimodal couplings, by an exact computation of the partition functions on large systems. We study two temperature correlators from the total free energy and from the domain wall free energy: in the second case we detect a chaotic behavior. We determine and discuss the chaos exponent and the fractal dimension of the domain walls.
The emergence of glassy behavior of the random field Ising model (RFIM) is investigated using an extended mean-field theory approach. Using this formulation, systematic corrections to the standard Bragg-Williams theory can be incorporated, leading to the appearance of a glassy phase, in agreement with the results of the self-consistent screening theory of Mezard and Young. Our approach makes it also possible to obtain information about the low temperature behavior of this glassy phase. We present results showing that within our mean-field framework, the hysteresis and avalanche behavior of the…
We study the fluctuation-dissipation relations for a three dimensional Ising spin glass in a magnetic field both in the high temperature phase as well as in the low temperature one. In the region of times simulated we have found that our results support a picture of the low temperature phase with broken replica symmetry, but a droplet behavior can not be completely excluded.
We study numerically the properties of local low-energy excitations in the two-dimensional Ising spin glass. Given the ground state, we determine the lowest-lying connected cluster of flipped spins containing one given spin, either with a fixed volume, or with a volume constrained to lie in a certain range. Our aim is to understand corrections to the scaling predicted by the droplet picture of spin glasses and to resolve contradictory results reported in the literature for the stiffness exponent. We find no clear trace of corrections to scaling, and the obtained stiffness exponent is in relati…
Using Monte Carlo simulations, we have studied the relaxation of energy of the three-dimensional Ising spin-glass model in aging process. Our finite-size-scaling analysis on the isothermal energy decay after the quench suggests strongly that the energy relaxes by coarsening of domain walls in agreement with the droplet theory. We have also evaluated relaxation times required for spin configurations in small systems, which are regarded as isolated droplets, to flip globally. The results support the fundamental assumption of the droplet theory that coarsening of domain walls, in case of spin gla…
The spatially uniaxially anisotropic d=3 Ising spin glass is solved exactly on a hierarchical lattice. Five different ordered phases, namely ferromagnetic, columnar, layered, antiferromagnetic, and spin-glass phases, are found in the global phase diagram. The spin-glass phase is more extensive when randomness is introduced within the planes than when it is introduced in lines along one direction. Phase diagram cross-sections, with no Nishimori symmetry, with Nishimori symmetry lines, or entirely imbedded into Nishimori symmetry, are studied. The boundary between the ferromagnetic and spin-glas…
The spin-glass transition in external magnetic field is studied both in and out of the limit of validity of mean-field theory on a diluted one dimensional chain of Ising spins where exchange bonds occur with a probability decaying as the inverse power of the distance. Varying the power in this long-range model corresponds, in a one-to-one relationship, to change the dimension in spin-glass short-range models. Evidence for a spin-glass transition in magnetic field is found also for systems whose equivalent dimension is below the upper critical dimension at zero magnetic field.
Here we study zero temperature quantum phase transition driven by the transverse field for random $\pm J$ Ising model on chain and square lattice. We present some analytical results for one dimension and some numerical results for very small square lattice under periodic boundary condition. The numerical results are obtained employing exact diagonalization technique following Lanczos method.
The stability of the spin-glass phase against a magnetic field is studied in the three and four dimensional Edwards-Anderson Ising spin glasses. Effective couplings and effective fields associated with length scale L are measured by a numerical domain-wall renormalization group method. The results obtained by scaling analysis of the data strongly indicate the existence of a crossover length beyond which the spin-glass order is destroyed by field H. The crossover length well obeys a power law of H which diverges as H goes to zero but remains finite for any non-zero H, implying that the spin-gla…
We consider the ferromagnetic Ising model on the Cayley tree and we investigate the decomposition of the free state into extremal states below the spin glass temperature. We show that this decomposition has uncountably many components. The tail observable showing that the free state is not extremal is related to the Edwards-Anderson parameter, measuring the variance of the (random) magnetization obtained from drawing boundary conditions from the free state.
Dilute dipolar systems in three dimensions are expected to undergo a spin glass transition as the temperature decreases. Contrary to this, we find from Wang-Landau Monte Carlo simulations that at low concentrations $x$, dipoles randomly placed on a cubic lattice with dipolar interactions do not undergo a phase transition. We find that in the thermodynamic limit the ``glass'' transition temperature $T_g$ goes to zero as $1/\sqrt{N}$ where $N$ is the number of dipoles. The entropy per particle at low temperatures is larger for lower concentrations ($x=4.5%$) than for higher concentrations ($x=20…
We investigate the zero-temperature glassy transitions in the square-lattice +- J Ising model, with bond distribution $P(J_{xy}) = p δ(J_{xy} - J) + (1-p) δ(J_{xy} + J)$; p=1 and p=1/2 correspond to the pure Ising model and to the Ising spin glass with symmetric bimodal distribution, respectively. We present finite-temperature Monte Carlo simulations at p=4/5, which is close to the low-temperature paramagnetic-ferromagnetic transition line located at p=0.89, and at p=1/2. Their comparison provides a strong evidence that the glassy critical behavior that occurs for $1-p_0<p<p_0$, $p_0=0.897$, i…
We approximate a 2D Ising spin glass by tiling an infinite square lattice with large identical unit cells. The interactions within the unit cell are random. Each such sample shows one or more critical points. We examine the scaling of the critical temperatures with unit cell size. Due to chaos, the correlations between unit cells can change sign with changing temperature. We also examine the scaling of this chaos. This chaos causes many samples to have multiple phase transitions, because the interaction between adjacent unit cells changes sign within the ordered phases.
The real part of the time-dependent ac susceptibility of the short-range Ising spin glass in a transverse field has been investigated at very low temperatures. We have used the quantum linear response theory and domain coarsening ideas of quantum droplet scaling theory. It is found that after a temperature quench to a temperature which is less than the spin glass transition temperature the ac susceptibility decreases with time elapsed after the initial quench towards equilibrium approximately logarithmically. It is shown that the transverse field of "tunneling" has nonessential effect to a non…
The role of the distribution of coupling constants on the critical exponents of the short-range Ising spin-glass model is investigated via real space renormalization group. A saddle-point spin glass critical point characterized by a fixed-point distribution is found in an appropriated parameter space. The critical exponents $β$ and $ν$ are directly estimated from the data of the local Edwards-Anderson order parameters for the model defined on a diamond hierarchical lattice of fractal dimension $d_{f}=3$. Four distinct initial distributions of coupling constants (Gaussian, bimodal, uniform and …
A method is presented, which allows to sample directly low-temperature configurations of glassy systems, like spin glasses. The basic idea is to generate ground states and low lying excited configurations using a heuristic algorithm. Then, with the help of microcanonical Monte Carlo simulations, more configurations are found, clusters of configurations are determined and entropies evaluated. Finally equilibrium configuration are randomly sampled with proper Gibbs-Boltzmann weights. The method is applied to three-dimensional Ising spin glasses with +- J interactions and temperatures T<=0.5. The…
Energy barriers determine the dynamics in many physical systems like structural glasses, disordered spin systems or proteins. Here we present an approach, which is based on subdividing the configuration space in a hierarchical manner, leading to upper and lower bounds for the energy barrier separating two configurations. The fundamental operation is to perform a constrained energy optimization, where the degree of constraintness increases with the level in the hierarchy. As application, we consider Ising spin glasses, where the energy barrier which needs to be surmounted in order to flip a com…
We perform high-statistics Monte Carlo simulations of three three-dimensional Ising spin-glass models: the +-J Ising model for two values of the disorder parameter p, p=1/2 and p=0.7, and the bond-diluted +-J model for bond-occupation probability p_b = 0.45. A finite-size scaling analysis of the quartic cumulants at the critical point shows conclusively that these models belong to the same universality class and allows us to estimate the scaling-correction exponent omega related to the leading irrelevant operator, omega=1.0(1). We also determine the critical exponents nu and eta. Taking into a…
Hysteresis loops are obtained in the Ising spin-glass phase in d=3, using frustration-conserving hard-spin mean-field theory. The system is driven by a time-dependent random magnetic field H_Q that is conjugate to the spin-glass order Q, yielding a field-driven first-order phase transition through the spin-glass phase. The hysteresis loop area A of the Q-H_Q curve scales with respect to the sweep rate h of magnetic field as A-A_0 = h^b. In the spin-glass and random-bond ferromagnetic phases, the sweep-rate scaling exponent b changes with temperature T, but appears not to change with antiferrom…
Quasiperiodic modulation can prevent isolated quantum systems from equilibrating by localizing their degrees of freedom. In this article, we show that such systems can exhibit dynamically stable long-range orders forbidden in equilibrium. Specifically, we show that the interplay of symmetry breaking and localization in the quasiperiodic quantum Ising chain produces a \emph{quasiperiodic Ising glass} stable at all energy densities. The glass order parameter vanishes with an essential singularity at the melting transition with no signatures in the equilibrium properties. The zero temperature pha…
All higher-spin s >= 1/2 Ising spin glasses are studied by renormalization-group theory in spatial dimension d=3. The s-sequence of global phase diagrams, the chaos Lyapunov exponent, and the spin-glass runaway exponent are calculated. It is found that, in d=3, a finite-temperature spin-glass phase occurs for all spin values, including the continuum limit of s \rightarrow \infty. The phase diagrams, with increasing spin s, saturate to a limit value. The spin-glass phase, for all s, exhibits chaotic behavior under rescalings, with the calculated Lyapunov exponent of λ= 1.93 and runaway exponent…
The distribution of solutions of the Thouless-Anderson-Palmer equation is studied by extensive numerical experiments for fully connected 3-body interaction Ising spin glass models in a level of annealed calculation. A recent study predicted that when the equilibrium state of the system is characterized by one-step replica symmetry breaking, the distribution is described by a Becchi-Rouet-Stora-Tyutin (BRST) supersymmetric solution in the relatively low free energy region, whereas the BRST supersymmetry is broken for higher values of free energy (Crisanti et al., Phys. Rev. B 71 (2005) 094202).…
Using a field-theoretical representation of the Tanaka-Edwards integral we develop a method to systematically compute the number N_s of 1-spin-stable states (local energy minima) of a glassy Ising system with nearest-neighbor interactions and random Gaussian couplings on an arbitrary graph. In particular, we use this method to determine N_s for K-regular random graphs and d-dimensional regular lattices for d=2,3. The method works also for other graphs. Excellent accuracy of the results allows us to observe that the number of local energy minima depends mainly on local properties of the graph o…
We have simulated, using parallel tempering, the three dimensional Ising spin glass model with binary couplings in a helicoidal geometry. The largest lattice (L=20) has been studied using a dedicated computer (the SUE machine). We have obtained, measuring the correlation length in the critical region, a strong evidence for a second-order finite temperature phase transition ruling out other possible scenarios like a Kosterlitz-Thouless phase transition. Precise values for the $ν$ and $η$ critical exponents are also presented.
The non-equilibrium ageing behaviour of the 3D and 4D critical Ising spin glass is studied for both binary and gaussian disorder. The same phenomenology of the time-dependent scaling as in non-disordered magnets is found but the non-equilibrium exponents and the universal limit fluctuation-dissipation ratio depend on the distribution of the coupling constants.
Using Monte Carlo simulations we show that the three-dimensional Ising model with four-spin (plaquette) interactions has some characteristic glassy features. The model dynamically generates diverging energy barriers, which give rise to slow dynamics at low temperature. Moreover, in a certain temperature range the model possesses a metastable (supercooled liquid) phase, which is presumably supported by certain entropy barriers. Although extremely strong, metastability in our model is only a finite-size effect and sufficiently large droplets of stable phase divert evolution of the system toward …
The scaling of fluctuations in the distribution of ground-state energies or costs with the system size N for Ising spin glasses is considered using an extensive set of simulations with the Extremal Optimization heuristic across a range of different models on sparse and dense graphs. These models exhibit very diverse behaviors, and an asymptotic extrapolation is often complicated by higher-order corrections. The clearest picture, in fact, emerges from the study of graph-bipartitioning, a combinatorial optimization problem closely related to spin glasses. Aside from two-spin interactions with di…
We analyze the long range Ising spin glass in a transverse field by using Grassmann variables in a field theory where the spin operators are represented by bilinear combinations of fermionic fields. We compare the results of two fermionic models. In the four state (4S)-model the diagonal Sz operator has two vanishing eigenvalues, that are suppressed by a restraint in the two states (2S)-model. Within a replica symmetric theory and in the static approximation we obtain similar results for both models.
Numerical simulations by Tanaka and coworkers indicate that glass forming systems of moderately polydisperse hard-core particles, in both two and three dimensions, exhibit diverging correlation lengths. These correlations are described by Ising-like critical exponents, and are associated with diverging, Vogel-Fulcher-Tamann, structural relaxation times. Related simulations of thermalized hard disks indicate that the curves of pressure versus packing fraction for different polydispersities exhibit a sequence of transition points, starting with a liquid-hexatic transition for the monodisperse ca…
The thermodynamics of the infinite-range Ising spin glass with p-spin interactions in the presence of an external magnetic field h is investigated analytically using the replica method. We give emphasis to the analysis of the transition between the replica symmetric and the one-step replica symmetry breaking regimes. In particular, we derive analytical conditions for the onset of the continuous transition, as well as for the location of the tricritical point at which the transition between those two regimes becomes discontinuous.
The ferromagnetic Ising spins are modeled on a recursive lattice constructed from random-angled rhombus units with stochastic configurations, to study the magnetic properties of the bulk Fe-based metallic glass. The integration of spins on the structural glass model well represents the magnetic moments in the glassy metal. The model is exactly solved by the recursive calculation technique. The magnetization of the amorphous Ising spins, i.e. the glassy metallic magnet is investigated by our modeling and calculation on a theoretical base. The results show that the glassy metallic magnets has a …
Replica field theory is used to study the n-dependent free energy of the Ising spin glass in a first order perturbative treatment. Large sample-to-sample deviations of the free energy from its quenched average prove to be Gaussian, independently of the special structure of the order parameter. The free energy difference between the replica symmetric and (infinite level) replica symmetry broken phases is studied in details: the line n(T) where it is zero coincides with the Almeida-Thouless line for d>8. The dimensional domain 6<d<8 is more complicated, and several scenarios are possible.
Using Monte Carlo simulations we study crystallization in the three-dimensional Ising model with four-spin interaction. We monitor the morphology of crystals which grow after placing crystallization seeds in a supercooled liquid. Defects in such crystals constitute an intricate and very stable network which separate various domains by tensionless domain walls. We also show that the crystallization which occurs during the continuous heating of the glassy phase takes place at a heating-rate dependent temperature.
We study a fermionic infinited-ranged Ising spin glass with a real space BCS interaction in the presence of an applied transverse field. The problem is formulated in the integral functional formalism where the SU(2) spins are given in terms of bilinear combinations of Grassmann fields. The problem is solved within static approximation and the replica symmetry ansatz combined with previous approaches used to study the critical behavior of the quantum Ising spin glass in a transverse field and the spin glass Heisenberg model with BCS pairing. Our results show that the transverse field has strong…
We report exact numerical diagonalization results of the infinite-range Ising spin glass in a transverse field $Γ$ at zero temperature. Eigenvalues and eigenvectors are determined for various strengths of $Γ$ and for system sizes $N \le 16$. We obtain the moments of the distribution of the spin-glass order parameter, the spin-glass susceptibility and the mass gap at different values of $Γ$. The disorder averaging is done typically over 1000 configurations. Our finite size scaling analysis indicates a spin glass transition at $Γ_c \simeq 1.5$. Our estimates for the exponents at the transition a…
