备注:
Corrected an error in section 5: the action of the Weyl group on the extremal rays of Nef(X) is not transitive, and instead has two orbits (see Proposition 5.2). All the results from the section still hold after small modifications to the proofs
Let X be a smooth projective surface of irregularity 0. The Hilbert scheme of n points on X parameterizes zero-dimensional subschemes of X of length n. In this paper, we discuss general methods for studying the cone of ample divisors on the Hilbert scheme. We then use these techniques to compute the cone of ample divisors on the Hilbert scheme for several surfaces where the cone was previously unknown. Our examples include families of surfaces of general type and del Pezzo surfaces of degree 1. The methods rely on Bridgeland stability and the Positivity Lemma of Bayer and Macri.
Let $C$ be a smooth projective curve over $\mathbb C$. Let $n,d\geq 1$. Let $\mathcal Q$ be the Quot scheme parameterizing torsion quotients of the vector bundle $\mathcal O^n_C$ of degree $d$. In this article we study the nef cone of $\mathcal Q$. We give a complete description of the nef cone in the case of elliptic curves. We compute it in the case when $d=2$ and $C$ very general, in terms of the nef cone of the second symmetric product of $C$. In the case when $n\geq d$ and $C$ very general, we give upper and lower bounds for the Nef cone. In general, we give a necessary and sufficient cri…
In this paper we develop a technique for discovering (non-effective) irrational rays at the boundary of the Mori cone for linear systems on a general blowup of the plane, and give examples of such irrational rays.
In this article, we give a description of the closed cone of curves of the projective bundle $\mathbb{P}(E)$ over a smooth projective variety $X$. Using duality, we then calculate the nef cone of divisors in $\mathbb{P}(E)$ over some special surfaces $X$ and for some special bundles on $X$. As an application, we also calculate the Seshadri constants of semistable ample vector bundles with vanishing discriminant on some special ruled surfaces at special points.
Pseudo-effective and nef cones on spherical varieties
We study the nef cone of self-products of a curve. When the curve is very general of genus $g>2$, we construct a nontrivial class of self-intersection 0 on the boundary of the nef cone. Up to symmetry, this is the only known nontrivial boundary example that exists for all $g > 2$. When the curve is general, we identify nef classes that improve on known examples for arbitrary curves. We also consider self-products of more than two copies of the curve.
We study tautological vector bundles over the Hilbert scheme of points on surfaces. For each K-trivial surface, we write down a simple criterion ensuring that the tautological bundles are big and nef, and illustrate it by examples. In the K3 case, we extend recent constructions and results of Bini, Boissière and Flamini from the Hilbert scheme of 2 and 3 points to an arbitrary number of points. Among the K-trivial surfaces, the case of Enriques surfaces is the most involved. Our techniques apply to other smooth projective surfaces, including blowups of K3s and minimal surfaces of general type,…
We use wall-crossing with respect to Bridgeland stability conditions to systematically study the birational geometry of a moduli space M of stable sheaves on a K3 surface X: 1. We describe the nef cone, the movable cone, and the effective cone of M in terms of the Mukai lattice of X. 2. We establish a long-standing conjecture that predicts the existence of a birational Lagrangian fibration on M whenever M admits an integral divisor class D of square zero (with respect to the Beauville-Bogomolov form). These results are proved using a natural map from the space of Bridgeland stability condition…
We investigate nef and movable cones of hypersurfaces in Mori dream spaces. The first result is: Let $Z$ be a smooth Mori dream space of dimension at least four whose extremal contractions are of fiber type of relative dimension at least two and let $X$ be a smooth ample divisor in $Z$, then $X$ is a Mori dream space as well. The second result is: Let $Z$ be a Fano manifold of dimension at least four whose extremal contractions are of fiber type and let $X$ be a smooth anti-canonical hypersurface in $Z$, which is a smooth Calabi--Yau variety, then the unique minimal model of $X$ up to isomorph…
In this article, we consider the projective bundle $\mathbb{P}_X(E)$ over a smooth complex projective variety $X$, where $E$ is a semistable bundle on $X$ with $c_2(End(E)) =0$. We give a necessary and sufficient condition to get the equality $ Nef^1\bigl(\mathbb{P}_X(E)\bigr) = \overline{Eff}^1\bigl(\mathbb{P}_X(E)\bigr)$ of nef cone and pseudoeffective cone of divisors in $\mathbb{P}_X(E)$. As an application of our result, we show the equality of nef and pseudoeffective cones of divisors of projective bundles over some special varieties. In particular, we show that weak Zariski decomposition…
We discuss the cone theorem for quasi-log schemes and the Mori hyperbolicity. In particular, we establish that the log canonical divisor of a Mori hyperbolic projective normal pair is nef if it is nef when restricted to the non-lc locus. This answers Svaldi's question completely. We also treat the uniruledness of the degenerate locus of an extremal contraction morphism for quasi-log schemes. Furthermore, we prove that every fiber of a relative quasi-log Fano scheme is rationally chain connected modulo the non-qlc locus.
In this article, we use the cone of nef curves to study minimal log discrepancies. The first result is an improvement of the nef cone theorem in the case of log Calabi-Yau dlt pairs. Then, we prove that the ascending chain condition for $n$-dimensional minimal log discrepancies of regularity one holds around zero. Furthermore, we show that there exists an upper bound for the minimal log discrepancy of any $n$-dimensional klt singularity of regularity one.
Let $E$ be a vector bundle of rank $r$ on a smooth complex projective variety $X$. In this article, we compute the nef and pseudoeffective cones of divisors in the Grassmann bundle $Gr_X(k,E)$ parametrizing $k$-dimensional subspaces of the fibers of $E$, where $1\leq k \leq rank(E)$, under assumptions on $X$ as well as on the vector bundle $E$. In particular, we show that nef cone and the pseudoeffective cone of $Gr_X(k,E)$ coincide if and only if $E$ is a slope semistable bundle on $X$ with $c_2(End(E))=0$. We also discuss about the nefness and ampleness of the universal quotient bundle $Q_k$…
