We present methods and explicit formulas for describing simple weight modules over twisted generalized Weyl algebras. When a certain commutative subalgebra is finitely generated over an algebraically closed field we obtain a classification of a class of locally finite simple weight modules as those induced from simple modules over a subalgebra isomorphic to a tensor product of noncommutative tori. As an application we describe simple weight modules over the quantized Weyl algebra.
We identify level one global Weyl modules for toroidal Lie algebras with certain twists of modules constructed by Moody-Eswara Rao-Yokonuma via vertex operators for type ADE and by Iohara-Saito-Wakimoto and Eswara Rao for general type. The twist is given by an action of $\mathrm{SL}_{2}(\mathbb{Z})$ on the toroidal Lie algebra. The symmetric coinvariant algebra $C[x_1, dots, x_n]_{S_n}$ is the quotient algebra of the polynomial ring by the ideal generated by symmetric polynomials vanishing at the origin. It is known that the algebra is isomorphic to the regular representation of $S_n$. Replacing $C[x]$ with $A = C[x,y]/(xy)$, we introduce another symmetric coinvariant algebra $A^{otimes n}_{S_n}$ and determine its $S_n$-module structure. A higher level analog of Weyl modules over multi-variable currents is proposed. It is shown that the sum of their dual spaces form a commutative algebra. The structure of these modules and the geometry of the projective spectrum of this algebra is studied for the currents of dimension one and two. Along the way we prove some particular cases of the conjectures in [FL1] and propose a generalization of the notion of parking function representations.
We study the meromorphic family of intertwining operators between Verma modules and their products with finite-dimensional ones. We study the universal integrable modules W_q(m) of level zero for quantum affine sl_2 and a family of maximal finite--dimensional quotients of these modules. We show that these all have dimension 2^m. Using this, we are able to realize W_q(m) as the space of invariants of a reprsentation of the Hecke algebra H_m. In this paper we construct some quantum analogues of the global Cousin complex for the flag variety in positive characteristic. Just like in the positive characteristic case, we obtain some remarkable resolutions of the contragradient modules over the small quantum group. In vertex algebra theory, fusion rules are described as the dimension of the vector space of intertwining operators between three irreducible modules. We describe fusion rules in the category of weight modules for the Weyl vertex algebra. This way we confirm the conjecture on fusion rules based on the Verlinde algebra. We explicitly construct intertwining operators appearing in the formula for fusion rules.
