Following the work of Duistermaat-Singer \cite{DS} on isomorphisms of algebras of global pseudodifferential operators, we classify isomorphisms of algebras of microlocally defined semiclassical pseudodifferential operators. Specifically, we show that any such isomorphism is given by conjugation by $A = BF$, where $B$ is a microlocally elliptic semiclassical pseudodifferential operator, and $F$ is a microlocal $h$-FIO associated to the graph of a local symplectic transformation.
We give a procedure for reconstructing a magnetic field and electric potential from boundary measurements related to the magnetic Schroedinger operator in three and higher dimensions.
We obtain new semiclassical estimates for pseudodifferential operators with low regular symbols. Such symbols appear naturally in a Cauchy Problem related to recent weak solutions to the unstable Muskat problem constructed via convex integration in [CCF16]. In particular, our new estimates reveal the tight relation between the speed of opening of the mixing zone and the regularity of the interphase.
We construct a parametrix of a resolvent of elliptic differential operators acting on half-densities on manifolds with ends. The construction is carried out by introducing suitable pseudodifferential operators compatible with the end structure. Our class of pseudodifferential operators and symbols is independent of the choice of Riemannian metric on the manifold and applicable to both of asymptotically conical and hyperbolic manifolds. As an application, we prove the essential self-adjointness of elliptic symmetric differential operators on manifolds.
We develop a set of $L^{p}$ estimates for functions $u$ that are a joint quasimodes (approximate eigenfunctions) of $r$ semiclassical pseudodifferential operators $p_{1}(x,hD),\dots,p_{r}(x,hD)$. This work extends Sarnak and Marshall's work on symmetric space to cover a more general class of manifolds/operators.
In this paper we develop $L^{p}$ estimates for functions $u$ which are joint quasimodes of semiclassical pseudodifferential operators $p_{1}(x,hD)$ and $p_{2}(x,hD)$ whose characteristic sets meet with $k$th order contact, $k\geq{}1$. As part of the technical development we use Fourier integral operators to adapt a flat wavelet analysis to the curved level sets of $p_{1}(x,ξ)$.
In this article, we shall construct the resolvent of Laplacian at high energies near the spectrum on non-product conic manifolds with a single cone tip. Microlocally, the resolvent kernel is the sum of b-pseudodifferential operators, scattering pseudodifferential operators and intersecting Legendrian distributions. As an application, we shall establish Strichartz estimates for Schrödinger equations on non-compact manifolds with multiple non-product conic singularities.
We study the pseudospectral properties of general pseudodifferential operators around a doubly characteristic point and provide necessary and sufficient conditions for semiclassical hypoelliptic a priori estimates with a big loss of derivatives to hold.
We define a noncommutative residue for classical Euclidean pseudodifferential operators on a torus of arbitrary dimension. We prove that, up to multiplication by a constant, it is the unique trace on the algebra of classical pseudodifferential operators modulo infinitely smoothing operators. In the case of the two torus, we show that the noncommutative residue is the semiclassical limit of a noncommutative residue defined on classical pseudodifferential operators on noncommutative two tori.

We are consider domains in cotangent bundles with the property that the null foliation of their boundary is fibrating and the leaves satisfy a Bohr-Sommerfeld condition (for example, the unit disk bundle of a Zoll metric). Under suitable additional assumptions, semiclassical resolvent estimates are established, where the modulus of the spectral parameter is allowed to grow slightly more rapidly than the semiclassical parameter.

We study the microlocal kernel of h-pseudodifferential operators P(x,hD)-z, where z belongs to some neighborhood of size O(h) of a critical value of its principal symbol. We suppose that this critical value corresponds to a hyperbolic fixed point of the associated Hamiltonian flow. First we describe propagation of singularities at such a hyperbolic fixed point, both in the analytic and in the smooth category. We study semiclassical Gevrey pseudodifferential operators acting on the Bargmann space of entire functions with quadratic exponential weights. Using some ideas of the time frequency analysis, we show that such operators are uniformly bounded on a natural scale of exponentially weighted spaces of holomorphic functions, provided that the Gevrey index is $\geq 2$.

We study strictly hyperbolic partial differential operators of second order with non-smooth coefficients. After modelling them as semiclassical Colombeau equations of log-type we provide a factorization procedure on some time-space-frequency domain. We construct an abstract pseudodifferential calculus with operator-valued symbol, adapted to the treatment of Coulomb-type interactions, and we apply it to study the quantum evolution of molecules in the Born-Oppenheimer approximation, in the case where the electronic Hamiltonian admits a local gap in its spectrum. We study semiclassical Gevrey pseudodifferential operators, acting on exponentially weighted spaces of entire holomorphic functions. The symbols of such operators are Gevrey functions defined on suitable I-Lagrangian submanifolds of the complexified phase space, which are extended almost holomorphically in the same Gevrey class, or in some larger space, to complex neighborhoods of these submanifolds. We study a semiclassical random walk with respect to a probability measure with a finite number n_0 of wells. We show that the associated operator has exactly n_0 exponentially close to 1 eigenvalues (in the semiclassical sense), and that the other are O(h) away from 1. We also give an asymptotic of these small eigenvalues. The key ingredient in our approach is a general factorization result of pseudodifferential operators, which allows us to use recent results on the Witten Laplacian.
We study the distribution of eigenvalues for selfadjoint $h$--pseudodifferential operators in dimension two, arising as perturbations of selfadjoint operators with a periodic classical flow. When the strength $\varepsilon$ of the perturbation is $\ll h$, the spectrum displays a cluster structure, and assuming that $\varepsilon \gg h^2$ (or sometimes $\gg h^{N_0}$, for $N_0 >1$ large), we obtain a complete asymptotic description of the individual eigenvalues inside subclusters, corresponding to the regular values of the leading symbol of the perturbation, averaged along the flow.
One way to geometrically encode the singularities of a stratified pseudomanifold is to endow its interior with an iterated fibred cusp metric. For such a metric, we develop and study a pseudodifferential calculus generalizing the Φ-calculus of Mazzeo and Melrose. In this work we consider the KAM renormalizability problem for small pseudodifferential perturbations of the semiclassical isochronous transport operator with Diophantine frequencies on the torus. Assuming that the symbol of the perturbation is real analytic and globally bounded, we prove convergence of the quantum Lindstedt series and describe completely the set of semiclassical measures and quantum limits of the renormalized system. Each of these measures is given by symplectic deformation of the Haar measure on an invariant torus for the unperturbed classical system.
Let M be a compact manifold and P = P(h) a semiclassical pseudodifferential operator on M . Suppose that u(h) is a L^2 normalised family of functions such that P(h)u(h) is O(h) in L^2, as h goes to 0. We seek to extend work by Christianson-Hassell-Toth \cite{CHT} on restrictions of Neumann data of Laplacian eigenfunctions to interior hypersurfaces to a general semiclassical setting. In the semiclassical regime the appropriate generalisation is to study the restrictions of the function $v=ν(x,hD)u$ where $ν(x,hD)$ is the operator defined by quantising the normal velocity observable. We study in a semiclassical regime a two-dimensional magnetic periodic Schrödinger operator. We first review some results for the square (Harper), triangular and hexagonal (case of the graphene) lattices. Then we study the case considered by Hou when the periodicity is given by a kagome lattice. We reduce the problem to the study of discrete and pseudodifferential operators and obtain pictures similar to Hofstadter's butterfly. We prove the existence of flat bands, which do not occur in the three previous cases.
Using an abstract notion of semiclassical quantization for self-adjoint operators, we prove that the joint spectrum of a collection of commuting semiclassical self-adjoint operators converges to the classical spectrum given by the joint image of the principal symbols, in the semiclassical limit. We develop a second-microlocal calculus of pseudodifferential operators in the semiclassical setting. These operators test for Lagrangian regularity of semiclassical families of distributions on a manifold $X$ with respect to a Lagrangian submanifold of $T^*X.$ The construction of the calculus, closely analogous to one performed by Bony in the setting of homogeneous Lagrangians, proceeds via the consideration of a model case, that of the zero section of $T^*\mathbb{R}^n,$ and conjugation by appropriate Fourier integral operators. Parameter--elliptic pseudodifferential operators given on a closed smooth manifold are investigated on the extended Sobolev scale. This scale consists of all Hilbert spaces that are interpolation spaces with respect to the Hilbert Sobolev scale. We prove that these operators set isomorphisms between appropriate spaces of the scale provided the parameter is modulo large enough. For solutions to the corresponding parameter--elliptic equations, we establish two-sided a priori estimates, in which the constants are independent of the parameter.
