We derive generalizations of the Cherednik-Macdonald constant term identities associated to root systems which depend, besides on the usual multiplicity function, symmetrically on two quasi-periods. They are natural analogues of the Cherednik-Macdonald constant term q-identities in which the deformation parameter q is allowed to have modulus one. They unite the Cherednik-Macdonald constant term q-identities with closely related Jackson p-integral identities due to Macdonald, where the deformation parameter p is related to q by modular inversion.

We prove analogues for elliptic interpolation functions of Macdonald's version of the Littlewood identity for (skew) Macdonald polynomials, in the process developing an interpretation of general elliptic "hypergeometric" sums as skew interpolation functions. Kajihara obtained in 2004 a remarkable transformation formula connecting multiple basic hypergeometric series associated with $A$-type root systems of different ranks. By multiple principle specialisations of his formula, we deduce kernel identities for deformed Macdonald-Ruijsenaars (MR) and Noumi-Sano (NS) operators. The deformed MR operators were introduced by Sergeev and Veselov in the first order case and by Feigin and Silantyev in the higher order cases. When that power is a square, it is easy to prove Selberg's identity by interpreting it as a determinant of one-variable integrals. We give similar proofs of summation and transformation formulas for continuous and discrete elliptic Selberg integrals. In the continuous case, the same proof was previously given by Noumi. Generalized Vorob'ev-Yablonski polynomials have been introduced by Clarkson and Mansfield in their study of rational solutions of the second Painlevé hierarchy. We present new Hankel determinant identities for the squares of these special polynomials in terms of Schur polynomials. As an application of the identities, we analyze the roots of generalized Vorob'ev-Yablonski polynomials and provide formulæ\, for the boundary curves of the highly regular patterns observed numerically in \cite{CM}.
Using multiple q-integrals and a determinant evaluation, we establish a multivariable extension of Bailey's nonterminating 10-phi-9 transformation. From this result, we deduce new multivariable terminating 10-phi-9 transformations, 8-phi-7 summations and other identities. We study an equivalence class of iterated rational Darboux transformations applied on the harmonic oscillator, showing that many choices of state adding and state deleting transformations lead to the same transformed potential. As a by-product, we derive new identities between determinants whose entries are Hermite polynomials.
