We classify PBW-deformations of quadratic-constant type of certain quantizations of exterior algebras. These correspond to the fundamental modules of quantum $\mathfrak{sl}_N$, their duals, and their direct sums. We show that the first two cases do not admit any deformation, while in the third case we obtain an essentially unique algebra with good properties. We compare this algebra with other quantum Clifford algebras appearing in the literature.

We present new examples of deformations of smash product algebras that arise from Hopf algebra actions on pairs of module algebras. Our construction generalizes several `double' constructions appearing in the literature, including Weyl algebras and some types of Cherednik algebras, and it complements the braided double construction of Bazlov and Berenstein. Many suggestions of further directions are provided at the end of the work.

We give a necessary and sufficient PBW basis criterion for Hopf algebras generated by skew-primitive elements and abelian group of group-like elements with action given via characters. This class of pointed Hopf algebras has shown great importance in the classification theory and can be seen as generalized quantum groups. We apply the criterion to classical examples and liftings of Nichols algebras which were determined in arxiv.org:1003.5882.

By studying free braided dendriform algebras, we obtain braidings of the Hopf algebras of Loday and Ronco of planar binary rooted trees. This is a survey of general aspects of the theory of braided Hopf algebras with emphasis on a special class of braided graded Hopf algebras named tobas. The interest on tobas arises from problems of classification of pointed Hopf algebras. We discuss tobas from different points of view following ideas of Lusztig, Nichols and Schauenburg. We then concentrate on braided Hopf algebras in the Yetter-Drinfeld category over H, where H is the group algebra of a non abelian finite group. We present some finite dimensional examples arising in an unpublished work by Milinski and Schneider.

We extend the formalism of Hopf cyclic cohomology to the context of braided categories. For a Hopf algebra in a braided monoidal abelian category we introduce the notion of stable anti-Yetter-Drinfeld module. We associate a para-cocyclic and a cocyclic object to a braided Hopf algebra endowed with a braided modular pair in involution in the sense of Connes and Moscovici. We show that the algebra of the bicovariant differential calculus on a quantum group can be understood as a projection of the cross product between a braided Hopf algebra and the quantum double of the quantum group. In this paper we introduce the notion of weak operator and the theory of Yetter-Drinfeld modules over a weak braided Hopf algebra with invertible antipode in a strict monoidal category. We give a systematic construction of Hopf algebra structures on braided cofree coalgebras. The relevant underlying structures are braided algebras and braided coalgebras. We provide some interesting examples of these algebras and coalgebras related to quantum groups. We introduce quantum multi-brace algebras which are generalizations of both braided algebras and $\textbf{B}_\infty$-algebras, as the natural framework. This new subject enables one to quantize some important algebra structures in a uniform way. Particular interesting examples are quantum quasi-shuffle algebras.
We extend the notion of Poisson-Lie groups and Lie bialgebras from Poisson to g-quasi-Poisson geometry and provide a quantization to braided Hopf algebras in the corresponding Drinfeld category. We show that for dually paired bialgebras, every comodule algebra over one of the paired bialgebras gives a comodule algebra over their Drinfeld double via a crossed product construction. These constructions generalize to working with bialgebra objects in a braided monoidal category of modules over a quasitriangular Hopf algebra. We show that the braided Hochschild cohomology, of an algebra in a suitably algebraic braided monoidal category, admits a graded ring structure under which it is braided commutative. The class of standard braided vector spaces, introduced by Andruskiewitsch and the author in \texttt{arXiv:math/0703924v2} to understand the proof of a theorem of Heckenberger \cite{H2}, is slightly more general than the class of braided vector spaces of Cartan type. In the present paper, we classify standard braided vector spaces with finite-dimensional Nichols algebra. For any such braided vector space, we give a PBW-basis, a closed formula of the dimension and a presentation by generators and relations of the associated Nichols algebra.
Braided non-commutative differential geometry is studied. In particular we investigate the theory of (bicovariant) differential calculi in braided abelian categories. Previous results on crossed modules and Hopf bimodules in braided categories are used to construct higher order bicovariant differential calculi over braided Hopf algebras out of first order ones. These graded objects are shown to be braided differential Hopf algebras with universal bialgebra properties.
