In the present research, we embark on a comprehensive inquiry into K-Riesz bases and K-g Riesz bases as they manifest within pro-C*-Hilbert modules. Adopting a unique approach, we interpret the structure of K-Riesz bases through the lens of a bounded below operator, complemented by the prototypical orthonormal basis of the Hilbert module X. In parallel, our investigation elucidates nuanced traits and pioneering perspectives of K-g-Riesz bases, steered by a bounded surjective operator and a corresponding g-orthonormal basis for X. As a culmination of our efforts, we present an enriched understanding of the dynamic interactions between K-Riesz bases and K-g-Riesz bases in this mathematical context.
In this paper, we give new characterizations of modular Riesz bases in Hilbert $C^*$-modules. We prove that modular Riesz bases share many properties with Riesz bases in Hilbert spaces. Moreover we show that there are also important differences; for example, there exist exact frames that are not modular Riesz bases.
In this note we prove that if two Riesz-Fischer sequences in a separable Hilbert space $H$ are biorthogonal and one of them is complete in $H$, then both sequences are Riesz bases for $H$. This complements a recent result by D. T. Stoeva where the same conclusion holds if one replaces the phrase ``Riesz-Fischer sequences'' by ``Bessel sequences''.
This paper concerns positive domination property of compact operators on pre-Riesz spaces. The method is embedding the pre-Riesz space to the Riesz completion. It extends the order continuous norms in pre-Riesz spaces to Riesz completions. The compactness of third power of a positive operator is obtained in a pre-Riesz space which has an order unit.
We provide the conditions for the boundedness of the Bochner-Riesz operator acting between two different Grand Lebesgue Spaces. Moreover we obtain a lower estimate for the constant appearing in the Lebesgue-Riesz norm estimation of the Bochner-Riesz operator and we investigate the convergence of the Bochner-Riesz approximation in Lebesgue-Riesz spaces.
In this article, we introduce and study Riesz bases in a separable quaternionic Hilbert spaces. Some results on Riesz bases in a separable quaternionic Hilbert spaces are proved. It is also proved that a Riesz basis in a separable quaternionic Hilbert space a frame for the quaternionic Hilbert space. Riesz sequences are defined and equivalence of a Riesz basis and a complete Riesz sequence in a separable quaternionic Hilbert space is proved.
We consider generalized Hausdorff operators with positive definite and permutable perturbation matrices on Lebesgue spaces and prove that such operators are not Riesz operators provided they are non-zero.
In this paper, we present a constructive proof of Popescu's non-commutative Fejér-Riesz theorem for non-commuting polynomials. We are considering non-commutating polynomial in left-creation and left-annihilation multi-Toeplitz operators.
This note concerns a further study about Riesz-Fischer maps, already introduced by the author in a recent work, that is a notion that extends to the spaces of distributions the sequences that are known as Riesz-Fischer sequences. In particular it is proved a characterizing inequality that have as consequence the existence of the continuous inverse of the synthesis operator.
In this paper, we introduce orthonoramal and Riesz bases for g-fusion frames and will show that the weights have basic roles. Next, we prove an effective theorem between frames and g-fusion frames by using an operator. Finally, perturbations of g-fusion frames will be presented.
We study Riesz bases/Riesz sequences of reproducing kernels in the model space $K_θ$ in connection with the corresponding Schur--Nevanlinna parameters and functions. In particular, we construct inner functions with given Schur--Nevanlinna parameters at a given sequence $Λ$ such that the corresponding systems of projections of reproducing kernels in the model space are complete/non complete. Furthermore, we give a compactness criterion for Hankel operators with symbol $θ\overline B$, where $θ$ is an inner function and $B$ is an interpolating Blaschke product and use this criterion to describe R…
We consider a generalization of Hausdorff operators on Lebesgue spaces and under natural conditions prove that such an operator is not a Riesz operator provided it is non-zero. In particular, it cannot be represented as a sum of a quasinilpotent and compact operators.
We investigate properties of order continuous operators on pre-Riesz spaces with respect to the embedding of the range space into a vector lattice cover or, in particular, into its Dedekind completion. We show that order continuity is preserved under this embedding for positive operators, but not in general. For the vector lattice $\ell_0^\infty$ of eventually constant sequences, we consider the pre-Riesz space of regular operators on $\ell_0^\infty$ and show that making the range space Dedekind complete does not provide a vector lattice cover of the pre-Riesz space. A similar counterexample i…
This paper extends the well-known Ringrose theory for compact operators to polynomially Riesz operators on Banach spaces. The particular case of an ideal-triangularizable Riesz operator on an order continuous Banach lattice yields that the spectrum of such operator lies on its diagonal, which motivates the systematic study of an abstract diagonal of a regular operator on an order complete vector lattice $E$. We prove that the class $\mathscr D$ of regular operators for which the diagonal coincides with the atomic diagonal is always a band in $\mathcal L_r(E)$, which contains the band of abstra…
In this paper we establish $L^p$-boundedness properties for variation, oscillation and jump operators associated with Riesz transforms and Poisson semigroups related to Laguerre polynomial expansions.
We provide a necessary and sufficient condition to ensure that a multi-tile $Ω$ of $R^d$ of positive measure (but not necessarily bounded) admits a structured Riesz basis of exponentials for $ L^{2}(Ω)$. New examples are given and this characterization is generalized to abstract locally compact abelian groups.
We investigate Lp-boundary representations of hyperbolic groups. We prove that such representations are irreducible if and only if the corresponding Riesz operators are injective.
We investigate nontrigonometric forms of Riesz transforms in the context of Schur multipliers. This refines Grothendieck-Haagerup's endpoint criterion with a new condition for the Schatten p-boundedness of Schur multipliers and strengthens Potapov/Sukochev's solution of Arazy's conjecture. We recover as well dimension-free estimates for trigonometric Riesz transforms. Our discrete approach is much simpler than previous harmonic analysis and probabilistic approaches. As an application, we find a very simple proof of recent criteria for Schur multipliers of Hörmander-Mikhlin and Marcinkiewicz ty…
The location of the spectrum and the Riesz basis property of well-posed homogeneous infinite-dimensional linear port-Hamiltonian systems on a 1D spatial domain are studied. It is shown that the Riesz basis property is equivalent to the fact that system operator generates a strongly continuous group. Moreover, in this situation the spectrum consists of eigenvalues only, located in a strip parallel to the imaginary axis and they can decomposed into finitely many sets having each a uniform gap.
