We introduce $q$-versions of the Klein-Gordon equation in the three-dimensional $q$-deformed Euclidean space. We determine plane wave solutions to our $q$-deformed Klein-Gordon equations. We show that these plane wave solutions form a complete orthogonal system. We discuss the propagators of our $q$-deformed Klein-Gordon equations. We derive continuity equations for the charge density, the energy density, and the momentum density of a $q$-deformed spin-zero particle.
In this article we introduce a new class of non-Archimedean pseudodifferential equations of Klein-Gordon type and study the corresponding Cauchy problem for these equations. A remarkable fact is that the non-Archimedean Klein-Gordon equations exhibit many similar properties to the classical Klein-Gordon equations.
We give estimates for the changes of the eigenvalues of the Klein Gordon operator under the change of the potential. In some relevant situations we improve the existing estimates. We test our results on some exactly solvable models (Coulomb potential, Klein-Gordon oscillator).

Elliptic pseudoanalytic function theory was considered independently by Bers and Vekua decades ago. In this paper we develop a hyperbolic analogue of pseudoanalytic function theory using the algebra of hyperbolic numbers. We consider the Klein-Gordon equation with a potential. With the aid of one particular solution we factorize the Klein-Gordon operator in terms of two Vekua-type operators. We show that real parts of the solutions of one of these Vekua-type operators are solutions of the considered Klein-Gordon equation. We obtain a dispersive long-time decay in weighted energy norms for solutions of the Klein-Gordon equation in a moving frame. The decay extends the results of Jensen, Kato and Murata for the equations of the Schrödinger type. We modify the approach to make it applicable to relativistic equations.

We then interpret scattering as asymptotic transports along principal null geodesics in a Kaluza-Klein extension of the original spacetime.

In this article we will develop some techniques aimed at the strong couplings in two-dimensional wave-Klein-Gordon system. We distinguish the roles of different type of decay factors and develop a method which permits us to "exchange" one type of decay into the other. Then a global existence result of a model problem is established. We also give a sketch of the Klein-Gordon-Zakharov system and establish the associate global existence result.
We consider a collisionless ensemble of classical particles coupled to a Klein-Gordon field. For the resulting nonlinear system of partial differential equations, the relativistic Vlasov-Klein-Gordon system, we prove local-in-time existence of classical solutions and a continuation criterion which says that a solution can blow up only if the particle momenta become large. We also show that classical solutions are global in time in the one-dimensional case.

We study small data scattering of solutions to Nonlinear Klein-Gordon equations with suitable pure power nonlinearities, posed on $\mathbb{R}^d\times \mathcal{M}^k$ with $k\leq2$ and $d\geq1$ and $\mathcal{M}^k$ a compact Riemannian manifold. As a special case we cover the $H^1-$critical NLKG on $\mathbb{R} \times M^2$.
In this paper we describe the integral transform that allows to write solutions of one partial differential equation via solution of another one. This transform was suggested by the author in the case when the last equation is a wave equation, and then it was used to investigate several well-known equations such as Tricomi-type equation, the Klein-Gordon equation in the de~Sitter and Einstein-de~Sitter spacetimes. A generalization given in this paper allows us to consider also the Klein-Gordon equations with coefficients depending on the spatial variables.
Let (M,g) be a smooth compact, n dimensional Riemannian manifold, n=3,4 with smooth n-1 dimensional boundary. We search the positive solutions of the singularly perturbed Klein Gordon Maxwell Proca system with homogeneous Neumann boundary conditions or for the singularly perturbed Klein Gordon Maxwell system with mixed Dirichlet Neumann homogeneous boundary conditions. We prove that stable critical points of the mean curvature of the boundary generates solutions when the perturbation parameter is sufficiently small.
We consider an ensemble of classical particles coupled to a Klein-Gordon field. For the resulting nonlinear system of partial differential equations, which we call the relativistic Vlasov-Klein-Gordon system, we prove the existence of global weak solutions for initial data satisfying a size restriction. The latter becomes necessary since the energy of the system is indefinite, and only for restricted data a-priori bounds on the solutions can be derived from conservation of energy.

In this paper we present explicit formulas for the fundamental solution to the Klein-Gordon operator on some higher dimensional generalizations of the Möbius strip and the Klein bottle with values in distinct pinor bundles. We report on the well-posedness of the Feynman problem for the Klein-Gordon equation on asymptotically Minkowski spacetimes. The main result is the invertibility of the Klein-Gordon operator with Feynman conditions at infinite times. Furthermore, the inverse is shown to coincide with the Duistermaat-Hörmander Feynman parametrix modulo smoothing terms.

We consider the stability of the toroidal AdS-Schwarzshild black holes as solutions of the Einstein--Klein-Gordon system, with Dirichlet or Neumann boundary conditions for the scalar field.
