The direct sum of irreducible level one integrable representations of affine Kac-Moody Lie algebra of (affine) type $ADE$ carries a structure of $P/Q$-graded vertex operator algebra. There exists a filtration on this direct sum studied by Kato and Loktev such that the corresponding graded vector space is a direct sum of global Weyl modules. The associated graded space with respect to the dual filtration is isomorphic to the homogenous coordinate ring of semi-infinite flag variety. We describe the ring structure in terms of vertex operators and endow the homogenous coordinate ring with a structure of $P/Q$-graded vertex operator algebra. We use the vertex algebra approach to derive semi-infinite Plücker-type relations in the homogeneous coordinate ring.
Aganagic and Okounkov proved that the elliptic stable envelope provides the pole cancellation matrix for the enumerative invariants of quiver varieties known as vertex functions. This transforms a basis of a system of $q$-difference equations holomorphic in $\boldsymbol{z}$ with poles in $\boldsymbol{a}$ to a basis of solutions holomorphic in $\boldsymbol{a}$ with poles in $\boldsymbol{z}$. The resulting functions are expected to be the vertex functions of the 3d mirror dual variety. In this paper, we prove that for the cotangent bundle of the full flag variety, the functions obtained in this …
The main goal of this paper is to show that the (multi-homogeneous) coordinate ring of a partial flag variety $\mathbb{C} [G / P_K^{-}]$ admits a cluster algebra structure if $G$ is any simply-connected semisimple complex algebraic group. We use derivation properties and a special lifting map to prove that the cluster algebra structure $\mathcal{A}$ of the coordinate ring $\mathbb{C}[N_K]$ of a Schubert cell constructed by Goodearl and Yakimov can be lifted, in an explicit way, to a cluster structure $\hat{\mathcal{A}}$ living in the coordinate ring of the corresponding partial flag variety. T…
In this paper, we construct various simple vertex superalgebras which are extensions of affine vertex algebras, by using abelian cocycle twists of representation categories of quantum groups. This solves the Creutzig and Gaiotto conjectures in the case of type ABC. If the twist is trivial, the resulting algebras correspond to chiral differential operators in the chiral case, and to WZW models in the non-chiral case.
We introduce some new Frobenius subcategories of the module category of a preprojective algebra of Dynkin type, and we show that they have a cluster structure in the sense of Buan-Iyama-Reiten-Scott. These categorical cluster structures yield cluster algebra structures in the coordinate rings of intersections of opposed Schubert cells.
We apply the theory of $ϕ$-coordinated modules, developed by H.-S. Li, to the Etingof--Kazhdan quantum affine vertex algebra associated with the trigonometric $R$-matrix of type $A$. We prove, for a certain associate $ϕ$ of the one-dimensional additive formal group, that any $ϕ$-coordinated module for the level $c\in\mathbb{C}$ quantum affine vertex algebra is naturally equipped with a structure of restricted level $c$ module for the quantum affine algebra in type $A$ and vice versa. Moreover, we show that any $ϕ$-coordinated module is irreducible with respect to the action of the quantum affi…
We exhibit basic algebro-geometric results on the formal model of semi-infinite flag varieties and its Schubert varieties over an algebraically closed field $\mathbb K$ of characteristic $\neq 2$ from scratch. We show that the formal model of a semi-infinite flag variety admits a unique nice (ind)scheme structure, its projective coordinate ring has a $\mathbb Z$-model, and it admits a Frobenius splitting compatible with the boundaries and opposite cells in positive characteristic. This establishes the normality of the Schubert varieties of the quasi-map space with a fixed degree (instead of th…
We compare the context of Hodge structures with that of vertex algebras of conformal field theory. Vertex algebras appear as the highest weight representations of infinite dimensional Lie algebras. A correspondence between Higgs bundles and opers already is known as non-abelian Hodge theorem due to C. Simpson. The Beilinson-Bernstein localization (correspondence) also compares the context of variation of Hodge structure with that of highest weight modules over flag manifolds of semisimple Lie groups. A more general analogue of the Bernstein correspondence over a local manifold can also be form…
We construct a monoidal category $\mathscr{C}_{w,v}$ which categorifies the doubly-invariant algebra $^{N'(w)}\mathbb{C}[N]^{N(v)}$ associated with Weyl group elements $w$ and $v$. It gives, after a localization, the coordinate algebra $\mathbb{C}[\mathcal{R}_{w,v}]$ of the open Richardson variety associated with $w$ and $v$. The category $\mathscr{C}_{w,v}$ is realized as a subcategory of the graded module category of a quiver Hecke algebra $R$. When $v= \mathrm{id}$, $\mathscr{C}_{w,v}$ is the same as the monoidal category which provides a monoidal categorification of the quantum unipotent c…
We describe a categorification of the cluster algebra structure of multi-homogeneous coordinate rings of partial flag varieties of arbitrary Dynkin type using Cohen-Macaulay modules over orders. This completes the categorification of Geiss-Leclerc-Schröer by adding the missing coefficients. To achieve this, for an order $A$ and an idempotent $e \in A$, we introduce a subcategory $\operatorname{CM}\nolimits_e A$ of $\operatorname{CM}\nolimits A$ and study its properties. In particular, under some mild assumptions, we construct an equivalence of exact categories $(\operatorname{CM}\nolimits_e A)…
We introduce the notion of chiral symplectic cores in a vertex Poisson variety, which can be viewed as analogs of symplectic leaves in Poisson varieties. As an application we show that any quasi-lisse vertex algebra is a quantization of the arc space of its associated variety, in the sense that its reduced singular support coincides with the reduced arc space of its associated variety. We also show that the coordinate ring of the arc space of Slodowy slices is free over its vertex Poisson center, and the latter coincides with the vertex Poisson center of the coordinate ring of the arc space of…
Let $\mathfrak{g}$ be a finite simply-laced type simple Lie algebra. Baumann-Kamnitzer-Knutson recently defined an algebra morphism $\overline{D}$ on the coordinate ring $\mathbb{C}[N]$ related to Brion's equivariant multiplicities via the geometric Satake correspondence. This map is known to take distinguished values on the elements of the MV basis corresponding to smooth MV cycles, as well as on the elements of the dual canonical basis corresponding to Kleshchev-Ram's strongly homogeneous modules over quiver Hecke algebras. In this paper we show that when $\mathfrak{g}$ is of type $A_n$ or $…
In this paper, we study in the context of quantum vertex algebras a certain Clifford-like algebra introduced by Jing and Nie. We establish bases of PBW type and classify its $\mathbb N$-graded irreducible modules by using a notion of Verma module. On the other hand, we introduce a new algebra, a twin of the original algebra. Using this new algebra we construct a quantum vertex algebra and we associate $\mathbb N$-graded modules for Jing-Nie's Clifford-like algebra with $ϕ$-coordinated modules for the quantum vertex algebra. We also show that the adjoint module for the quantum vertex algebra is…
