Recently, there has been a lot of work on constructions of permutation polynomials of the form $(x^{2^m}+x+δ)^{s}+x$ over the finite field $\F_{2^{2m}}$, especially in the case when $s$ is of the form $s=i(2^m-1)+1$ (Niho exponent). In this paper, we further investigate permutation polynomials with this form. Instead of seeking for sporadic constructions of the parameter $i$, we give a general sufficient condition on $i$ such that $(x^{2^m}+x+δ)^{i(2^m-1)+1}+x$ permutes $\F_{2^{2m}}$, that is, $(2^k+1)i \equiv 1 ~\textrm{or}~ 2^k~(\textrm{mod}~ 2^m+1)$, where $1 \leq k \leq m-1$ is any integer. This generalizes a recent result obtained by Gupta and Sharma who actually dealt with the case $k=2$. It turns out that most of previous constructions of the parameter $i$ are covered by our result, and it yields many new classes of permutation polynomials as well.
Permutation polynomials over finite fields have important applications in many areas of science and engineering such as coding theory, cryptography, combinatorial design, etc. In this paper, we construct several new classes of permutation polynomials, and the necessities of some permutation polynomials are studied.
Let $\mathbb{F}_q$ denote the finite fields with $q$ elements. The permutation behavior of several classes of infinite families of permutation polynomials over finite fields have been studied in recent years. In this paper, we continue with their studies, and get some further results about the permutation properties of the permutation polynomials. Also, some new classes of permutation polynomials are constructed. For these, we alter the coefficients, exponents or the underlying fields, etc.
Motivated by many recent constructions of permutation polynomials over $\mathbb{F}_{q^2}$, we study permutation polynomials over $\mathbb{F}_{q^3}$ in terms of their coefficients. Based on the multivariate method and resultant elimination, we construct several new classes of sparse permutation polynomials over $\mathbb{F}_{q^3}$, $q=p^{k}$, $p\geq3$. Some of them are complete mappings.
Let $q$ be a power of a prime and $\mathbb{F}_q$ be a finite field with $q$ elements. In this paper, we propose four families of infinite classes of permutation trinomials having the form $cx-x^s + x^{qs}$ over $\mathbb{F}_{q^2}$, and investigate the relationship between this type of permutation polynomials with that of the form $(x^q-x+δ)^s+cx$. Based on this relation, many classes of permutation trinomials having the form $(x^q-x+δ)^s+cx$ without restriction on $δ$ over $\mathbb{F}_{q^2}$ are derived from known permutation trinomials having the form $cx-x^s + x^{qs}$.
For the finite field $\mathbb{F}_{2^{3m}}$, permutation polynomials of the form $(x^{2^m}+x+δ)^{s}+cx$ are studied. Necessary and sufficient conditions are given for the polynomials to be permutation polynomials. For this, the structures and properties of the field elements are analyzed.

J. Inf. CodingTheory,2010,1,pp. 149-170)。
Permutation polynomials and their compositional inverses have wide applications in cryptography, coding theory, and combinatorial designs. Motivated by several previous results on finding compositional inverses of permutation polynomials of different forms, we propose a general method for finding these inverses of permutation polynomials constructed by the AGW criterion. As a result, we have reduced the problem of finding the compositional inverse of such a permutation polynomial over a finite field to that of finding the inverse of a bijection over a smaller set. We demonstrate our method by …
Let $r\geq 3$ be any positive integer which is relatively prime to $p$ and $q^2\equiv 1 \pmod r$. Let $τ_1, τ_2$ be any permutation polynomials over $\mathbb{F}_{q^2},$ $σ_M$ is an invertible linear map over $\mathbb{F}_{q^2}$ and $σ=τ_1\circσ_M\circτ_2$. In this paper, we prove that, for suitable $τ_1, τ_2$ and $σ_M$, the map $σ$ could be $r$-regular complete permutation polynomials over quadratic extension fields.
We present a new technique for computing permutation polynomials based on equivalence relations. The equivalence relations are defined by expanded normalization operations and new functions that map permutation polynomials (PPs) to other PPs. Our expanded normalization applies to almost all PPs, including when the characteristic of the finite field divides the degree of the polynomial. The equivalence relations make it possible to reduce the size of the space, when doing an exhaustive search. As a result, we have been able to compute almost all permutation polynomials of degree $d$ at most 10 …
