An interesting question about the perturbed sequences is: when do they inherit the properties of the original one? An elegant relation between frames (fusion frames) and their perturbations is the relation of their redundancies.
In this paper, we investigate these relationships. Also, we express the redundancy of frames (fusion frames) in terms of the cosine angle between some subspaces.
Upon improving and extending the concept of redundancy of frames, we introduce the notion of redundancy of fusion frames, which is concerned with the properties of lower and upper redundancies. Fusion frames are valuable generalizations of discrete frames. Most concepts of fusion frames are shared by discrete frames. However, the dual setting is so complicated. In particular, unlike discrete frames, two fusion frames are not dual of each other in general. In this paper, we investigate the structure of the duals of fusion frames and discuss the relation between the duals of fusion frames with their associated discrete frames.
Recently, fusion frames and frames for operators were considered as generalizations of frames in Hilbert spaces. In this paper, we generalize some of the known results in frame theory to fusion frames related to a linear bounded operator K which we call K-fusion frames. We obtain new K-fusion frames by considering K-fusion frames with a class of bounded linear operators. We also study the stability of K-fusion frames under small perturbations. We further give some characterizations of atomic systems with subspace sequences.

In this article we introduce the notion of $J$-fusion frame for a Krein space $\mathbb{K}$. We relate this new concept with fusion frames for Hilbert spaces and also with $J$-frames for Krein spaces. In this paper we study the fusion frame potential, that is a generalization of the Benedetto-Fickus (vectorial) frame potential to the finite-dimensional fusion frame setting. The structure of local and global minimizers of this potential is studied, when we restrict the frame potential to suitable sets of fusion frames. We provide a few results regarding construction of new $J$-tight fusion frame from given $J$-tight fusion frames.
