We study 1+1 field-generalizations of the rational and elliptic Gaudin models. For ${\rm sl}(N)$ case we introduce equations of motion and L-A pair with spectral parameter on the Riemann sphere and elliptic curve. In ${\rm sl}(2)$ case we study the equations in detail and find the corresponding Hamiltonian densities. The $n$-site model describes $n$ interacting Landau-Lifshitz models of magnets. The interaction depends on position of the sites (marked points on the curve). We also analyze the 2-site case in its own right and describe its relation to the principal chiral model. We emphasize that 1+1 version impose a restriction on a choice of flows on the level of the corresponding 0+1 classical mechanics.
We show that the distribution of bulk spacings between pairs of adjacent eigenvalue real parts of a random matrix drawn from the complex elliptic Ginibre ensemble is asymptotically given by a generalization of the Gaudin-Mehta distribution, in the limit of weak non-Hermiticity. The same generalization is expressed in terms of an integro-differential Painlevé function and it is shown that the generalized Gaudin-Mehta distribution describes the crossover, with increasing degree of non-Hermiticity, from Gaudin-Mehta nearest-neighbor bulk statistics in the Gaussian Unitary Ensemble to Poisson gap …
It was recently shown that multi-point conformal blocks in higher dimensional conformal field theory can be considered as joint eigenfunctions for a system of commuting differential operators. The latter arise as Hamiltonians of a Gaudin integrable system. In this work we address the reduced fourth order differential operators that measure the choice of 3-point tensor structures for all vertices of 3- and 4-dimensional comb channel conformal blocks. These vertices come associated with a single cross ratio. Remarkably, we identify the vertex operators as Hamiltonians of a crystallographic ellip…
We show that the Lipkin-Meshkov-Glick $2N$-fermion model is a particular case of one-spin Gaudin-type model in an external magnetic field corresponding to a limiting case of non-skew-symmetric elliptic $r$-matrix and to an external magnetic field directed along one axis. We propose an exactly-solvable generalization of the Lipkin-Meshkov-Glick fermion model based on the Gaudin-type model corresponding to the same $r$-matrix but arbitrary external magnetic field. This model coincides with the quantization of the classical Zhukovsky-Volterra gyrostat. We diagonalize the corresponding quantum Ham…
In this work we construct the eigenstates of the most general spin-1/2 Richardson-Gaudin model integrable in an external magnetic field. This includes the possibility for fully anisotropic XYZ coupling such that the $S^x_iS^x_j$, $S^y_iS^y_j$ and $S^z_iS^z_j$ terms all have distinct coupling strengths. While insuring that integrability is maintained in the presence of an external field excludes the elliptic XYZ model which is only integrable at zero field, this work still covers a wide class of fully anisotropic (XYZ) models associated with non skew-symmetric r-matrices. The eigenstates, as co…
In this short review we compare constructions of 2d integrable models by means of two gauge field theories. The first one is the 4d Chern-Simons (4d-CS) theory proposed by Costello and Yamazaki. The second one is the 2d generalization of the Hitchin integrable systems constructed by means the Affine Higgs bundles (AHB). We illustrate this approach by considering 1+1 field versions of elliptic integrable systems including the Calogero-Moser field theory, the Landau-Lifshitz model and the field theory generalization of the elliptic Gaudin model.
