We consider elliptic operators with operator-valued coefficients and discuss the associated parabolic problems. The unknowns are functions with values in a Hilbert space $W$. The system is equipped with a general class of coupled boundary conditions of the form $f_{|\partialΩ}\in \mathcal Y$ and $\frac{\partial f}{\partial ν}\in {\mathcal Y}^\perp$, where $\mathcal Y$ is a closed subspace of $L^2(\partialΩ;W)$. We discuss well-posedness and further qualitative properties, systematically reducing features of the parabolic system to operator-theoretical properties of the orthogonal projection onto $\mathcal Y$.
The paper studies some ill-posed boundary value problems on semi-plane for parabolic equations with homogenuous Cauchy condition at initial time and with the second order Cauchy condition on the boundary of the semi-plane. A class of inputs that allows some regularity is suggested and described explicitly in frequency domain. This class is everywhere dense in the space of square integrable functions.
We establish the global existence of a class of strongly coupled parabolic systems. The necessary apriori estimates will be obtained via our new approach to the regularity theory of parabolic scalar equations with integrable data and new $W^{1,p}$ estimates of their solutions. We study the boundary behaviour of solutions to second order parabolic linear equations in moving domains. Our main result is a higher order boundary Harnack inequality in $C^1$ and $C^{k,α}$ domains, providing that the quotient of two solutions vanishing on the boundary of the domain is as smooth as the boundary. As a consequence of our result, we provide a new proof of higher order regularity of the free boundary in the parabolic obstacle problem.

In this paper, we prove $\mathcal{H}^{2+α}$ regularity for viscosity solutions to non-convex fully nonlinear parabolic equations near the boundary. In this paper we study the optimality condition for the Venttsel boundary control of a parabolic equation, that is, the state of the dynamic system is governed by a parabolic equation together with an initial condition while the control is applied to the system via the Venttsel boundary condition. A first order necessary condition is derived for the optimal solution in the case of both unconstrained and constrained problems. The condition is also sufficient for the unconstrained problem.
In this paper we study the quasilinear nondiagonal parabolic type systems. We assume that the principal elliptic operator, which is part of the parabolic system, has a divergence structure. We study fully nonlinear parabolic equations in nondivergence form with oblique boundary conditions. An optimal and global Calderón-Zygmund estimate is obtained by proving that the Hessian of the viscosity solution to the oblique boundary problem is as integrable as the nonhomogeneous term in $L^{p}$ spaces under minimal regularity requirement on the nonlinear operator, the boundary data and the boundary of the domain.
We investigate linear parabolic, second-order boundary value problems with mixed boundary conditions on rough domains. Assuming only boundedness and ellipticity on the coefficient function and very mild conditions on the geometry of the domain, including a very weak compatibility condition between the Dirichlet boundary part and its complement, we prove Hölder continuity of the solution in space and time.
We study solutions to a variational equation that models heat control on the boundary. This problem can be thought of as the two phase parabolic Signorini problem. We show that when the solution has a sign on the boundary, the study of the free boundary can be reduced to the study of the free boundary in the parabolic Signorini problem. We show that locally there is always a sign on the boundary; therefore, the optimal regularity of the solutions as well as the study of the free boundary is reduced to the one phase parabolic Signorini problem.
This paper establishes sharp local regularity estimates for viscosity solutions of fully nonlinear parabolic free boundary problems with singular absorption terms. The main difficulties are due to the blow-up of the source along the free boundary and the lack of a variational structure. The proof combines the power of the Ishii-Lions method with intrinsically parabolic oscillation estimates. The results are new, even for second-order linear operators in nondivergence form.

In this paper we consider second order parabolic partial differential equations subject to the Dirichlet boundary condition on smooth domains. We establish weighted $L_{q}$-maximal regularity in weighted Triebel-Lizorkin spaces for such parabolic problems with inhomogeneous boundary data. The weights that we consider are power weights in time and space, and yield flexibility in the optimal regularity of the initial-boundary data, allow to avoid compatibility conditions at the boundary and provide a smoothing effect. We investigate a general nonhomogeneous parabolic initial-boundary value problem in some anisotropic Hörmander inner product spaces. We prove that the operators corresponding to this problem are isomorphisms between appropriate Hörmander spaces.
