We report an approach to synthesize high quality graphene by surface segregation and substrate transfer. Graphene was segregated from Ni surface under the ambient pressure by dissolving carbon in Ni at high temperatures followed by cooling down with various rates. Different cooling rates led to different segregation behaviors, strongly affecting the thickness and quality of the graphene films. Electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy indicated that the graphene films synthesized with medium cooling rates have high quality crystalline structure and well-controlled thicknesses. The graphene films were transferred to insulating substrates by wet etching and found to maintain their high quality.
Thermal conductance of metal contacts on transferred graphene (trG) could be significantly reduced from the intrinsic value of similar contacts on as-grown graphene (grG), due to additional resistance by increased roughness, residues, oxides and voids. In this paper, we compare the thermal conductance (G) of Al/trG/Cu interfaces with that of Al/grG/Cu interfaces to understand heat transfer across metal contacts on transferred graphene. Our samples are polycrystalline graphene grown on Cu foils by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and CVD-grown graphene transferred to evaporated Cu thin films. We…
Graphene layers grown by chemical vapour deposition (CVD) method and transferred from Cu-foils to the oxidized Si-substrates were investigated by spectroscopic ellipsometry (SE), Raman and X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) methods. The optical properties of transferred CVD graphene layers do not always correspond to the ones of the exfoliated graphene due to the contamination from the chemicals used in the transfer process. However, the real thickness and the mean properties of the transferred CVD graphene layers can be found using ellipsometry if a real thickness of the SiO2 layer is tak…
We report an investigation of the graphene/substrate interface morphology in large-area polycrystalline graphene grown by chemical-vapour deposition and wet-transferred onto Si wafers. We combined spectroscopic ellipsometry, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and atomic-force microscopy in order to yield morphological and chemical information about the system. The data showed that wet-transferred samples may randomly exhibit nanosized relief patterns indicative of small water nanopockets trapped between graphene and the underlying substrate. These pockets affect the adhesion of graphene to the s…
We quantify the mechanisms for manganese (Mn) diffusion through graphene in Mn/graphene/Ge (001) and Mn/graphene/GaAs (001) heterostructures for samples prepared by graphene layer transfer versus graphene growth directly on the semiconductor substrate. These heterostructures are important for applications in spintronics; however, challenges in synthesizing graphene directly on technologically important substrates such as GaAs necessitate layer transfer and anneal steps, which introduce defects into the graphene. \textit{In-situ} photoemission spectroscopy measurements reveal that Mn diffusion …
Graphene, a monolayer of carbon atoms packed into a two-dimensional crystal structure, attracted intense attention owing to its unique structure and optical, electronic properties. Recent advances in chemical vapor deposition (CVD) have led to the batch production of high quality graphene on metal foils. However, further applications are required in the way these graphenes are transferred from their growth substrates onto the target substrate. Here, we report a sublimable carrier method that allows the graphene to be transferred with high quality onto arbitrary substrates, including semiconduc…
Raman spectra were measured for mono-, bi- and trilayer graphene grown on SiC by solid state graphitization, whereby the number of layers was pre-assigned by angle-resolved ultraviolet photoemission spectroscopy. It was found that the only unambiguous fingerprint in Raman spectroscopy to identify the number of layers for graphene on SiC(0001) is the linewidth of the 2D (or D*) peak. The Raman spectra of epitaxial graphene show significant differences as compared to micromechanically cleaved graphene obtained from highly oriented pyrolytic graphite crystals. The G peak is found to be blue-shift…
Physical vapor deposition of Si onto transferred graphene is investigated. At elevated temperatures, Si nucleates preferably on wrinkles and multilayer graphene islands. In some cases, however, Si can be quasi-selectively grown only on the monolayer graphene regions while the multilayer islands remain uncovered. Experimental insights and ab initio calculations show that variations in the removal efficiency of carbon residuals after the transfer process can be responsible for this behavior. Low-temperature Si seed layer results in improved wetting and enables homogeneous growth. This is an impo…
We report high room-temperature mobility in single layer graphene grown by Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) after wet transfer on SiO$_2$ and hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) encapsulation. By removing contaminations trapped at the interfaces between single-crystal graphene and hBN, we achieve mobilities up to$\sim70000cm^2 V^{-1} s^{-1}$ at room temperature and$\sim120000cm^2 V^{-1} s^{-1}$ at 9K. These are over twice those of previous wet transferred graphene and comparable to samples prepared by dry transfer. We also investigate the combined approach of thermal annealing and encapsulation in po…
In van der Waals heterostructures, the periodic potential from the Moiré superlattice can be used as a control knob to modulate the electronic structure of the constituent materials. Here we present a nanoscale angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (Nano-ARPES) study of transferred graphene/h-BN heterostructures with two different stacking angles of 2.4° and 4.3° respectively. Our measurements reveal six replicas of graphene Dirac cones at the superlattice Brillouin zone (SBZ) centers. The size of the SBZ and its relative rotation angle to the graphene BZ are in good agreement with Moiré s…
We demonstrate rapid deterministic (seeded) growth of large single-crystals of graphene by chemical vapour deposition (CVD) utilising pre-patterned copper substrates with chromium nucleation sites. Arrays of graphene single-crystals as large as several hundred microns are grown with a periodicity of up to 1 mm. The graphene is transferred to target substrates using aligned and contamination-free semi-dry transfer. The high quality of the synthesised graphene is confirmed by Raman spectroscopy and transport measurements, demonstrating room-temperature carrier mobility of 21 000 cm2 / V s when t…
Reliable, clean transfer and interfacing of 2D material layers is technologically as important as their growth. Bringing both together remains a challenge due to the vast, interconnected parameter space. We introduce a fast-screening descriptor approach to demonstrate holistic data-driven optimization across the entirety of process steps for the graphene-Cu model system. We map the crystallographic dependencies of graphene chemical vapor deposition, interfacial Cu oxidation to decouple graphene, and its dry delamination across inverse pole figures. Their overlay enables us to identify hitherto…
Graphene has been used recently as a replacement for indium tin oxide (ITO) for the transparent electrode of an organic photovoltaic device. Due to its limited supply, ITO is considered as a limiting factor for the commercialization of organic solar cells. We explored the use of large-area graphene grown on copper by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and then transferred to a glass substrate as an alternative transparent electrode. The transferred film was shown by scanning Raman spectroscopy measurements to consist of >90% single layer graphene. Optical spectroscopy measurements showed that the…
We report on the fabrication and characterization of high-quality chemical vapor-deposited (CVD) bilayer graphene (BLG). In particular, we demonstrate that CVD-grown BLG can mechanically be detached from the copper foil by an hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) crystal after oxidation of the copper-to-BLG interface. Confocal Raman spectroscopy reveals an AB-stacking order of the BLG crystals and a high structural quality. From transport measurements on fully encapsulated hBN/BLG/hBN Hall bar devices we extract charge carrier mobilities up to 180,000 cm$^2$/(Vs) at 2 K and up to 40,000 cm$^2$/(Vs) at…
We report the synthesis of single and bi layer graphene films by low pressure chemical vapor deposition technique on Cu and Au substrates. The as grown films were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy techniques. The large lateral area graphene deposited on Cu can easily be transferred on Si SiO2. In the case of Au substrate both the adsorption and diffusion-precipitation leads to the growth of graphene.
We report on a large improvement in the wetting of Al2O3 thin films grown by un-seeded atomic layer deposition on monolayer graphene, without creating point defects. This enhanced wetting is achieved by greatly increasing the nucleation density through the use of polar traps induced on the graphene surface by an underlying metallic substrate. The resulting Al2O3/graphene stack is then transferred to SiO2 by standard methods.
We present a route for direct growth of boron nitride via a polyborazylene to h-BN conversion process. This two-step growth process ultimately leads to a >25x reduction in the RMS surface roughness of h-BN films when compared to a high temperature growth on Al2O3(0001) and Si(111) substrates. Additionally, the stoichiometry is shown to be highly dependent on the initial polyborazylene deposition temperature. Importantly, CVD graphene transferred to direct-grown boron nitride films on Al2O3 at 400°C results in a >1.5x and >2.5x improvement in mobility compared to CVD graphene transferred to Al2…
The mobility of graphene transferred on a SiO2/Si substrate is limited to ~10,000 cm2/Vs. Without understanding the graphene/SiO2 interaction, it is difficult to improve the electrical transport properties. Although surface structures on SiO2 such as silanol and siloxane groups are recognized, the relation between the surface treatment of SiO2 and graphene characteristics has not yet been elucidated. This paper discusses the electrical transport properties of graphene on specific surface structures of SiO2 prepared by O2-plasma treatments and reoxidization.
We present an electrochemical route for the integration of graphene with light sensitive copper-based alloys used in optoelectronic applications. Graphene grown using chemical vapor deposition (CVD) transferred to glass is found to be a robust substrate on which photoconductive Cu_{x}S films of 1-2 um thickness can be deposited. The effect of growth parameters on the morphology and photoconductivity of Cu_{x}S films is presented. Current-voltage characterization and photoconductivity decay experiments are performed with graphene as one contact and silver epoxy as the other.
Graphene grown on metal surface, Cu(111), with a boron nitride(BN) buffer layer is studied for the first time. Our first-principles calculations reveal that charge is transferred from the copper substrate to graphene through the BN buffer layer which results in a n-doped graphene in the absence of a gate voltage. More importantly, a gap of 0.2 eV which is comparable to that of a typical narrow gap semicondutor opens just 0.5 eV below the Fermi-level at the Dirac point. The Fermi-level can be easily shifted inside this gap to make graphene a semiconductor which is crucial for graphene-based ele…
Low-energy electronic properties of ABC-stacked graphite are studied by the tight-binding model. There are linear and parabolic bands with and without degeneracy. They show strongly anisotropic dispersions. ABC-stacked grahite is a semimetal due to slight overlapping near the Fermi level beween conduction and valence bands. The interlayer interactions could change the energy dispersion, state degeneracy, and positions of band-crossing and band-edge state. Density of states exhibit a shoulder structure, owing to band-edge states near or at high symmetric points. Low-frequency Coulomb excitation…
The current method of growing large-area graphene on Cu surfaces (polycrystalline foils and thin films) and its transfer to arbitrary substrates is technologically attractive. However, the quality of graphene can be improved significantly by growing it on single-crystal Cu surfaces. Here we show that high quality, large-area graphene can be grown on epitaxial single-crystal Cu(111) thin films on reusable basal-plane sapphire (alpha-Al2O3(0001)) substrates and then transferred to another substrate. While enabling graphene growth on Cu single-crystal surfaces, this method has the potential to av…
A clean, flat and orientation-identified graphene on a substrate is in high demand for graphene electronics. In this study, the hetero-epitaxial graphene growth on Cu(111)/mica(001) by chemical vapor deposition is investigated to check the applicability for the top-gate insulator research on graphene as well as the graphene channel research by transferring graphene on SiO2/Si substrates. After adjusting the graphene-growth condition, the surface roughness of the graphene/Cu/mica substrate and the average smooth area are ~0.34 nm and ~100 um2, respectively. The orientation of graphene in the gr…
A framework is developed to allow emulsification to be used to fabricate functional structures from, and study the properties of, pristine layered nanosheets. Liquid-exfoliated few-layer graphene and MoS2 are demonstrated to stablize emulsions which exhibit system-scale electrical conductivity at ultra-low nanosheet volume fractions. When deposited on a substrate, the controlled drying dynamics of these emulsions facilitates their application as inks where the lack of any coffee ring effect allows manual deposition of high conductivity films. In order to broaden the range of compositions and s…
We report on a new method for graphene synthesis and assessment of the properties of the resulting large-area graphene layers. Graphene was produced by the high pressure - high temperature growth from the natural graphitic source by utilizing the molten Fe-Ni catalysts for dissolution of carbon. The resulting large-area graphene flakes were transferred to the silicon - silicon oxide substrates for the spectroscopic micro-Raman and scanning electron microscopy inspection. The analysis of the G peak, D, T+D and 2D bands in the Raman spectra under the 488-nm laser excitation indicate that the hig…
We experimentally investigated the properties of graphite layers produced by an easy and non-conventional method of repeatedly rubbing conventional random stacked graphite bulk against insulating and semiconductor substrates. The patterned structure composed of rubbed-off and transferred layers exhibits properties of a solid-state material with through-thickness anisotropy of carrier mobility reaching ~10^3 cm^2/V*sec at the surface. The surface of the structure demonstrates quality of more ordered and optically oriented mono or few layer graphene shaped by self-organization process due to fri…
The electronic structure of a single layer graphene on Ru(0001) is compared with that of a single layer hexagonal boron nitride nanomesh on Ru(0001). Both are corrugated sp2 networks and display a pi-band gap at the K point of their 1 x 1 Brillouin zone. Graphene has a distinct Fermi surface which indicates that 0.1 electrons are transferred per 1 x 1 unit cell. Photoemission from adsorbed xenon identifies two distinct Xe 5p1/2 lines, separated by 240 meV, which reveals a corrugated electrostatic potential energy surface. These two Xe species are related to the topography of the system and hav…
We report that graphene films with thickness ranging from 1 to 7 layers can be controllably synthesized on the surface of polycrystalline copper by a chemical vapour deposition method. The number of layers of graphene is controlled precisely by regulating the flow ratio of CH4 and H2, the reaction pressure, the temperature and the reaction time. The synthesized graphene films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, selected area electron diffraction, X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy. In addition, the graphene films transferred from copper t…
The deposition of atomically thin highly uniform chemically derived graphene (CDG) films on 300 mm SiO2/Si wafers is reported. We demonstrate that the very thin films can be lifted off to form uniform membranes than can be free-standing or transferred onto any substrate. Detailed maps of thickness using Raman spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy (AFM) height profiles reveal that the film thickness is very uniform and highly controllable, ranging from 1-2 layers up to 30 layers. After reduction using a variety of methods, the CDG films are transparent and electrically active with FET device…
Uniform, mostly single-layer graphene with enhanced stability is demonstrated over Co film. The polycrystalline Co film deposited on a SiO2/Si substrate gives a continuous graphene layer that is easily transferred without the aid of any polymeric support, but preserving the material quality, as evidenced by Raman analysis. Great stability to the damaging action of the laser beam, as compared to the Cu-grown material is also observed. The better structural and electrical properties of the material are interpreted in terms of thermodynamics of the cooling-down process. It is suggested that the r…
Few-layer graphene (FLG) is grown on copper and nickel substrates at high rates using a novel flame synthesis method in open-atmosphere environments. Transmittance and resistance properties of the transferred films are similar to those grown by other methods, but the concentration of oxygen, as assessed by XPS, is actually less than that for CVD-grown graphene under near vacuum conditions. The method involves utilizing a multi-element inverse-diffusion-flame burner, where post-flame species and temperatures are radially-uniform upon deposition at a substrate. Advantages of the flame synthesis …
Self-heating is a severe problem for high-power GaN electronic and optoelectronic devices. Various thermal management solutions, e.g. flip-chip bonding or composite substrates have been attempted. However, temperature rise still limits applications of the nitride-based technology. Here we demonstrate that thermal management of GaN transistors can be substantially improved via introduction of the alternative heat-escaping channels implemented with few-layer graphene - an excellent heat conductor. We have transferred few-layer graphene to AlGaN/GaN heterostructure field-effect transistors on SiC…
We present a comprehensive study of the structural and electronic properties of ultrathin films containing graphene layers synthesized by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) based surface segregation on polycrystalline Ni foils then transferred onto insulating SiO2/Si substrates. Films of size up to several mm's have been synthesized. Structural characterizations by atomic force microscopy (AFM), scanning tunneling microscopy (STM), cross-sectional transmission electron microscopy (XTEM) and Raman spectroscopy confirm that such large scale graphitic thin films (GTF) contain both thick graphite reg…
We synthesize a series of CVD h-BN films and perform critical infrared spectroscopic characterization. For high-temperature (HT, Temp = 1400 degrees) grown h-BN thin film only E1u-mode infrared phonon is activated demonstrating highly aligned 2D h-BN planes over large area, whereas low-temperature (LT, Temp = 1000 degrees) grown film shows two phonon peaks, E1u and A2u, due to stacking of h-BN plane at tilted angle. For CVD graphene transferred on HT h-BN/SiO2/Si substrate, interband transition spectrum s1 shifts strongly to lower energy compared with that on LT h-BN/SiO2/Si and on bare SiO2/S…
Remote epitaxy on monolayer graphene is promising for synthesis of highly lattice mismatched materials, exfoliation of free-standing membranes, and re-use of expensive substrates. However, clear experimental evidence of a remote mechanism remains elusive. In many cases, due to contaminants at the transferred graphene/substrate interface, alternative mechanisms such as pinhole-seeded lateral epitaxy or van der Waals epitaxy can explain the resulting exfoliatable single-crystalline films. Here, we find that growth of the Heusler compound GdPtSb on clean graphene on sapphire substrates produces a…
The discovery of electric field induced bandgap opening in bilayer graphene opens new door for making semiconducting graphene without aggressive size scaling or using expensive substrates. However, bilayer graphene samples have been limited to um size scale thus far, and synthesis of wafer scale bilayer graphene posts tremendous challenge. Here we report homogeneous bilayer graphene films over at least 2 inch x 2 inch area, synthesized by chemical vapor deposition on copper foil and subsequently transferred to arbitrary substrates. The bilayer nature of graphene film is verified by Raman spect…
The non-covalent functionalisation of graphene is an attractive strategy to alter the surface chemistry of graphene without damaging its superior electrical and mechanical properties. Using the facile method of aqueous-phase functionalisation on large-scale CVD-grown graphene, we investigated the formation of different packing densities in self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) of perylene bisimide derivatives and related this to the amount of substrate contamination. We were able to directly observe wet-chemically deposited SAMs in scanning tunnelling microscopy (STM) on transferred CVD graphene an…
The nanofriction of Xe monolayers deposited on graphene was explored with a quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) at temperatures between 25 and 50 K. Graphene was grown by chemical vapor deposition and transferred to the QCM electrodes with a polymer stamp. At low temperatures, the Xe monolayers are fully pinned to the graphene surface. Above 30 K, the Xe film slides and the depinning onset coverage beyond which the film starts sliding decreases with temperature. Similar measurements repeated on bare gold show an enhanced slippage of the Xe films and a decrease of the depinning temperature below …
The combination of two-dimensional (2D) materials into heterostructures enabled the formation of atomically thin devices with designed properties. To achieve a high density, bottom-up integration, the growth of these 2D heterostructures via van der Waals epitaxy (vdWE) is an attractive alternative to the currently mostly employed mechanical transfer, which is still problematic in terms of scaling and reproducibility. However, controlling the location of the nuclei formation remains a key challenge in vdWE. Here, we use a focused He ion beam for a deterministic placement of defects in graphene …
Accurate assessment of the antibacterial activity of graphene requires consideration of both the graphene fabrication method and, for supported films, the properties of the substrate. Large-area graphene films produced by chemical vapor deposition were grown directly on copper substrates or transferred on a gold substrate and their effect on the viability and proliferation of the Gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and the Gram-negative bacteria Escherichia coli were assessed. The viability and the proliferation of both bacterial species were not affected when they were grown on a gra…
The transfer of graphene grown by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) using amorphous polymers represents a widely implemented method for graphene-based electronic device fabrication. However, the most commonly used polymer, poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), leaves a residue on the graphene that limits the mobility. Here we report a method for graphene transfer and patterning that employs a perfluoropolymer---Hyflon---as a transfer handle and to protect graphene against contamination from photoresists or other polymers. CVD-grown graphene transferred this way onto LaAlO$_3$/SrTiO$_3$ heterostructu…
The emergence of topological order in graphene is in great demand for the realization of quantum spin Hall states. Recently, it is theoretically proposed that the spin textures of surface states in topological insulator can be directly transferred to graphene by means of proximity effect. Here we report the observations of the topological proximity effect in the graphene-topological insulator Bi2Se3 heterojunctions via magnetotransport measurements. The coupling between the p_z orbitals of graphene and the p orbitals of surface states on the Bi2Se3 bottom surface can be enhanced by applying pe…
We report graphene films composed mostly of one or two layers of graphene grown by controlled carbon precipitation on the surface of polycrystalline Ni thin films during atmospheric chemical vapor deposition(CVD). Controlling both the methane concentration during CVD and the substrate cooling rate during graphene growth can significantly improve the thickness uniformity. As a result, one- or two- layer graphene regions occupy up to 87% of the film area. Single layer coverage accounts for 5-11% of the overall film. These regions expand across multiple grain boundaries of the underlying polycrys…
The electrical transport properties of graphene are greatly influenced by its environment. Owing to its high dielectric constant, strontium titanate (STO) is expected to suppress the long-range charged impurity scattering and consequently to enhance the mobility. However, the absence of such enhancement has caused some controversies regarding the scattering mechanism. In graphene devices transferred from SiO2 to STO using a newly developed technique, we observe a moderate mobility enhancement near the Dirac point, which is the point of charge neutrality achieved by adjusting the Fermi level. W…
A bottom-up chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process for the growth of graphene nanomesh films is demonstrated. The process relies on silicon nanospheres to block nucleation sites for graphene CVD on copper substrates. These spheres are formed in a self-organized way through silicon diffusion through a 5 $μ$m copper layer on a silicon wafer coated with 400 nm of silicon nitride. The temperature during the growth process disintegrates the $Si_3$$N_4$ layer and silicon atoms diffuse to the copper surface, where they form the nanospheres. After graphene nanomesh growth, the Si nanospheres can be r…
We present flexible photodetectors (PDs) for visible wavelengths fabricated by stacking centimetre-scale chemical vapour deposited (CVD) single layer graphene (SLG) and single layer CVD MoS2, both wet transferred onto a flexible polyethylene terephthalate substrate. The operation mechanism relies on injection of photoexcited electrons from MoS2 to the SLG channel. The external responsivity is 45.5A/W and the internal 570A/W at 642nm. This is at least two orders of magnitude higher than bulk-semiconductor flexible membranes and other flexible PDs based on graphene and layered materials. The pho…
We study the Fermi energy level dependence of nonlinear terahertz (THz) transmission of gated multi-layer and single-layer graphene transferred onto sapphire and quartz substrates. The two samples represent two limits of low-field impurity scattering: short-range neutral and long-range charged impurity scattering, respectively. We observe an increase in the transmission as the field amplitude is increased due to intraband absorption bleaching starting at fields above 8 kV/cm. This effect arises from a field-induced reduction in THz conductivity that depends strongly on the Fermi energy. We acc…
Nanofabrication research pursues the miniaturization of patterned feature size. In the current state of the art, micron scale areas can be patterned with features down to ~ 30 nm pitch using electron beam lithography. Our work demonstrates a new nanofabrication technique which allows patterning periodic structures with a pitch down to 16 nm. It is based on focused ion beam milling of suspended membranes, with minimal proximity effects typical to electron beam lithography. The membranes are then transferred and used as hard etching masks. We benchmark our technique by engineering a superlattice…
The resistivity of different films and structures containing fluorinated graphene (FG) flakes and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) grown graphene of various fluorination degrees under tensile and compressive strains due to bending deformations was studied. Graphene and multilayer graphene films grown by means of the CVD method were transferred onto the flexible substrate by laminating and were subjected to fluorination. They demonstrated a weak fluorination degree (F/C lower 20%). Compressive strains led to a strong (one-two orders of magnitude) decrease in the resistivity in both cases, which …
Light absorption in conducting materials produces heating of their conduction electrons, followed by relaxation into phonons within picoseconds, and subsequent diffusion into the surrounding media over longer timescales. This conventional picture of optical heating is supplemented by radiative cooling, which typically takes place at an even lower pace, only becoming relevant for structures held in vacuum or under extreme conditions of thermal isolation. Here we reveal an ultrafast radiative cooling regime between neighboring plasmon-supporting graphene nanostructures in which noncontact heat t…
Generalized Brewster angle (GBA) is the incidence angle at which polarization by reflection for p- and s-polarized light takes place. Realizing s-polarization Brewster effect requires a material with magnetic response which is challenging at optical frequencies since the magnetic response of materials at these frequencies is extremely weak. Here, we experimentally realize GBA effect in the visible using a thin-film absorber system consisting of a dielectric film on an absorbing substrate. Polarization by reflection is realized for both p- and s- polarized light at different angles of incidence…
