We construct a microlocalization of the rational Cherednik algebras $H$ of type $S_n$. This is achieved by a quantization of the Hilbert scheme $\Hilb^n\C^2$ of $n$ points in $\C^2$. We then prove the equivalence of the category of $H$-modules and the one of modules over its microlocalization under certain conditions on the parameter.

Based on the methods developed in [Kashiwara-Rouquier], we consider microlocalization of the rational Cherednik algebra of type $\Z/l\Z$. Our goal is to construct the irreducible modules and standard modules of the rational Cherednik algebra by using the microlocalization. We study a finite dimensional quotient of the rational Cherednik algebra called the restricted rational Cherednik algebra. When the corresponding pseudo-reflection group belongs to the infinite series $G(m,d,n)$, we describe explicitly the block decomposition of the restricted algebra. We define Lie algebra cohomology associated with the half-Dirac operators for representations of rational Cherednik algebras and show that it has property described in the Casselman-Osborne Theorem by establishing a version of the Vogan's conjecture for the half-Dirac operators. Their representation theory is connected to the geometry of the Calogero-Moser space, and there is a lot of evidence that they contain certain information about Hecke algebras even though the precise connection is so far unclear. We outline the basic theory along with some open problems and conjectures, and give explicit results in the cyclic and dihedral cases.

We conjecture that the "nilpotent points" of Calogero-Moser space for reflection groups are parametrised naturally by the two-sided cells of the group with unequal parameters. The nilpotent points correspond to blocks of restricted Cherednik algebras and we describe these blocks in the case G(m,1,n) and show that in type B our description produces an existing conjectural description of two-sided cells.
