Given a symmetrizable generalized Cartan matrix $A$, for any index $k$, one can define an automorphism associated with $A,$ of the field $\mathbf{Q}(u_1, >..., u_n)$ of rational functions of $n$ independent indeterminates $u_1,..., u_n.$ It is an isomorphism between two cluster algebras associated to the matrix $A$ (see section 4 for precise meaning). When $A$ is of finite type, these isomorphisms behave nicely, they are compatible with the BGP-reflection functors of cluster categories defined in [Z1, Z2] if we identify the indecomposable objects in the categories with cluster variables of the corresponding cluster algebras, and they are also compatible with the "truncated simple reflections" defined in [FZ2, FZ3]. Using the construction of preprojective or preinjective modules of hereditary algebras by Dlab-Ringel [DR] and the Coxeter automorphisms (i.e., a product of these isomorphisms), we construct infinitely many cluster variables for cluster algebras of infinite type and all cluster variables for finite types.
Inspired by work of Ladkani, we explain how to construct generalisations of the classical reflection functors of Bernšte\uın, Gel'fand and Ponomarev by means of the Grothendieck construction.
Let $\mathbf{U}$ be the quantized enveloping algebra and $\dot{\mathbf{U}}$ its modified form. Lusztig gives some symmetries on $\mathbf{U}$ and $\dot{\mathbf{U}}$. Since the realization of $\mathbf{U}$ by the reduced Drinfeld double of the Ringel-Hall algebra, one can apply the BGP-reflection functors to the double Ringel-Hall algebra to obtain Lusztig's symmetries on $\mathbf{U}$ and their important properties, for instance, the braid relations. In this paper, we define a modified form $\dot{\mathcal{H}}$ of the Ringel-Hall algebra and realize the Lusztig's symmetries on $\dot{\mathbf{U}}$ b…
We define Bernstein-Gelfand-Ponomarev reflection functors in the cluster categories of hereditary algebras. They are triangle equivalences which provide a natural quiver realization of the "truncated simple reflections" on the set of almost positive roots $Φ_{\ge -1}$ associated to a finite dimensional semisimple Lie algebra. Combining with the tilting theory in cluster categories developed in [4], we give a unified interpretation via quiver representations for the generalized associahedra associated to the root systems of all Dynkin types (a simply-laced or non-simply-laced). This confirms th…
Quiver Grassmannians and quiver flags are natural generalisations of usual Grassmannians and flags. They arise in the study of quiver representations and Hall algebras. In general, they are projective varieties which are neither smooth nor irreducible. We use a scheme theoretic approach to calculate their tangent space and to obtain a dimension estimate similar to one of Reineke. Using this we can show that if there is a generic representation, then these varieties are smooth and irreducible. If we additionally have a counting polynomial we deduce that their Euler characteristic is positive an…
As generalizations of quivers of type A, Igusa-Rock-Todorov in [6] introduced continuous quivers of type A. In this paper, we shall generalize BGP reflection functors to continuous quivers of type A.
Bezrukavnikov and Etingof introduced some functors between the categories O for rational Cherednik algebras. Namely, they defined two induction functors Ind_b, ind_λand two restriction functors Res_b,res_λ. They conjectured that one has functor isomorphisms $Ind_b\cong ind_λ, Res_b\cong res_λ$. The goal of this paper is to prove this conjecture.
Recently the authors initiated an $\imath$Hall algebra approach to (universal) $\imath$quantum groups arising from quantum symmetric pairs. In this paper we construct and study BGP type reflection functors which lead to isomorphisms of the $\imath$Hall algebras associated to acyclic $\imath$quivers. For Dynkin quivers, these symmetries on $\imath$Hall algebras induce automorphisms of universal $\imath$quantum groups, which are shown to satisfy the braid group relations associated to the restricted Weyl group of a symmetric pair; conjecturally these continue to hold for acyclic quivers/Kac-Mood…
Freed, Hopkins and Teleman constructed an isomorphism between twisted equivariant K-theory of compact Lie group $G$ and the "Verlinde ring" of the loop group of $G$. We call this isomorphism FHT isomorphism. However, it does not hold naturality with respect to group homomorphisms. We construct two "quasi functors" $t.e.K$ (a modification of twisted equivariant K-theory) and $RL$ (a modification of representation group of loop groups) so that FHT isomorphism is natural transformation between two "quasi functors" for tori, that is, we construct two "induced homomorphisms" of the "quasi functors"…
For a recollement $(\mathcal{D}B,\mathcal{D}A,\mathcal{D}C)$ of derived categories of algebras, we investigate when the functor $j^*:\mathcal{D}A\rightarrow\mathcal{D}C$ is an eventually homological isomorphism. In this context, we compare the algebras $A$ and $C$ with respect to Gorensteinness, singularity categories and the finite generation condition Fg for the Hochschild cohomology. The results are applied to stratifying ideals, triangular matrix algebras and derived discrete algebras.
We study the monoid of so called projection functors $\p{S}$ attached to simple modules $S$ of a finite dimensional algebra, which appear naturally in the study of torsion pairs. We determine defining relations in special cases of path algebras. For the linearly oriented Dynkin quiver of Type $A$, we get an isomorphism to the monoid of non-decreasing parking functions. Moreover we give an explicit isomorphism between the monoid algebra of non-decreasing parking functions and a certain incidence algebra independent of the field.
Let ${\rm Rep}\,{\cal O}_n$ denote the category of all nondegenerate $^*$ representations of the Cuntz algebra ${\cal O}_n$. For any $2\leq n,m<\infty$, we construct an isomorphism functor $F_{n,m}$ from ${\rm Rep}\,{\cal O}_m$ to ${\rm Rep}\,{\cal O}_n$.
We provide a categorical interpretation of a well-known identity from linear algebra as an isomorphism of certain functors between triangulated categories arising from finite dimensional algebras. As a consequence, we deduce that the Serre functor of a finite dimensional triangular algebra A has always a lift, up to shift, to a product of suitably defined reflection functors in the category of perfect complexes over the trivial extension algebra of A.
We study the relationship between $n$-cluster tilting modules over $n$ representation finite algebras and the Euler forms. We show that the dimension vectors of cluster-indecomposable modules give the roots of the Euler form. Moreover, we show that cluster-indecomposable modules are uniquely determined by their dimension vectors. This is a generalization of Gabriel's theorem by cluster tilting theory. We call the above roots cluster-roots and investigate their properties. Furthermore, we provide the description of quivers with relations of $n$-APR tilts. Using this, we provide a generalization…
We classify projective functors on the regular block of Rocha-Caridi's parabolic version of the BGG category $\mathcal{O}$ in type $A$. In fact, we show that, in type $A$, the restriction of an indecomposable projective functor from $\mathcal{O}$ to the parabolic category is either indecomposable or zero. As a consequence, we obtain that projective functors on the parabolic category $\mathcal{O}$ in type $A$ are completely determined, up to isomorphism, by the linear transformations they induce on the level of the Grothendieck group, which was conjectured by Stroppel in \cite{St}.
In the case of rational Cherednik algebras associated with cyclic groups, we give an alternative proof that the projective object $P_{\text{KZ}}$ representing the KZ-functor is isomorphic to the $Δ$-module associated with the coinvariant algebra for a subset of parameter values from which all parameter values can be obtained by integral translations. We also specify the exact parameter values for which this isomorphism occurs. Furthermore, we determine the action of the cyclotomic Hecke algebra on $P_{\text{KZ}}$ for these parameter values, thereby giving a complete algebraic description of th…
We define the i-restriction and i-induction functors on the category O of the cyclotomic rational double affine Hecke algebras. This yields a crystal on the set of isomorphism classes of simple modules, which is isomorphic to the crystal of a Fock space.
