We give the description of the t-structure on the derived category of regular holonomic D-modules corresponding to the trivial t-structure on the derived category of constructible sheaves via Riemann-Hilbert correspondence. We give also the condition for a decreasing sequence of families of supports to give a t-structure on the derived category of coherent O-modules.

In this note we extend the main results of [E. Enochs and S. Estrada, Relative homological algebra in the category of quasi-coherent sheaves. Adv. in Math. 194(2005), 284-295] to the category of cartesian modules over a flat presheaf of rings and on an arbitrary small category. This provides with new applications of that paper to the categories of quasi-coherent sheaves on an Artin stack or on a Deligne-Mumford stack.
We study and relate categories of modules, comodules and contramodules over a representation of a small category taking values in (co)algebras, in a manner similar to modules over a ringed space. As a result, we obtain a categorical framework which incorporates all the adjoint functors between these categories in a natural manner. Various classical properties of coalgebras and their morphisms arise naturally within this theory. In our paper "On D-module of categories I", we provide two different methods of constructing D-module structures on the complex computing periodic cyclic homology associated to a family of stable infinity categories. One is based on a canonical extension of factorization homology. Another method uses the pair of Hochschild cohomology and Hochschild homology, Kodaira-Spencer map for a family of stable infinity categories, Koszul dualities,and the relation between dg Lie algebras and pointed formal stacks. We introduce the new concept of cartesian module over a pseudofunctor $R$ from a small category to the category of small preadditive categories. Already the case when $R$ is a (strict) functor taking values in the category of commutative rings is sufficient to cover the classical construction of quasi-coherent sheaves of modules over a scheme. In this paper, we will provide constructions of D-module structures on the complex computing the periodic cyclic homology of a stable infinity-category defined over a scheme of characteristic zero. We give two methods. The first one is based on a canonical extension of factorization homology to the mapping stack and relation between sheaves on free loop space and D-modules. The second one uses the algebraic structure on Hochschild pairs, its moduli-theoretic interpretation, Kodaira-Spencer morphisms, and the relation between dg Lie algebras and pointed formal stacks.

Using Quillen-Lurie deformation theory formalism we develop an obstruction theory for studying the stable $\infty$-category of modules over a given geometric $\infty$-stack. The obstruction theory studies the problem of lifting compact objects to the stable $\infty$-category of quasi-coherent modules over a derived geometric stack from the category of modules over its underlying classical stack. In this paper we discuss various properties of $G$-equivariant $D$-modules on $X$, such as the decompositions of their global sections as representations of $G$ (when $G$ is reductive), and descriptions of the categories that they form. Auslander-Reiten duality for module categories is generalised to Grothendieck abelian categories that have a sufficient supply of finitely presented objects. It is shown that Auslander-Reiten duality amounts to the fact that the functor Ext^1(C,-) into modules over the endomorphism ring of C admits a partially defined right adjoint when C is a finitely presented object. This result seems to be new even for module categories. For appropriate schemes over a field, the connection with Serre duality is discussed.
