Quantum co-adjoint orbits of $\MD_4$-groups

Using $\star$-product on Co-adjoint orbits (K-orbits) of the $\MD_4$- groups we obtain quantum half-planes, quantum hyperbolic cylinders, quantum hyperbolic paraboloids...via Fedosov deformation quantization. From this we have corresponding unitary representations of the $\MD_4$- groups. Particularly, for groups $\G_{4,2,3(ϕ)}; \G_{4,2,4}; \G_{4,3,4(ϕ)}$ and $ \G_{4,4,1} $, which are neither nilpotent nor exponential, we obtain the explicit formulas.

Quantum Co-Adjoint Orbits of the Real Diamond Group

We present explicit formulas for deformation quantization on the co-adjoint orbits of the real diamond Lie group. From this we obtain quantum half-plans, quantum hyperbolic cylinders, quantum hyperbolic paraboloids via Fedosov deformation quantization and finally, the corresponding unitary representations of this group.

Quantum Co-Adjoint Orbits of the Group of Affine Transformations of the Complex Straight Line

We construct start-products on the co-adjoint orbit of Lie group $\Aff({\bf C})$ of affine transformations of the complex straight line and apply them to obtain the irreducible unitary representations of this group. These results show effectiveness of the Fedosov quantization even for groups which are neither nilpotent nor exponential. Together with the result for the group $\Aff({\bf R})$ in math.QA/9905002, we have thus a description of quantum $\bar{MD}$ co-adjoint orbits.

Explicit equivariant quantization on (co)adjoint orbits of $GL(n,\C)$

We present an explicit $\U_h\bigl(gl(n,\C)\bigr)$-equivariant quantization on coadjoint orbits of $GL(n,\C)$. It forms a two-parameter family quantizing the Poisson pair of the reflection equation and Kirillov-Kostant-Souriau brackets.

Invariant quantum measure on $q$-deformed twisted adjoint orbits

Let $U$ be a compact semisimple Lie group with complexification $G$ and associated Cartan involution $Θ$. Let $ν$ be an involutive complex Lie group automorphism of $G$ commuting with $Θ$, and consider the associated semisimple real Lie group $G_ν = \{g\in G\mid ν(g) = Θ(g)\}$. We consider $q$-deformed analogues of the $U$-orbits of the quotient space $G_ν\backslash G$, and determine for these the associated von Neumann algebra and invariant state.

Orbits for the adjoint coaction on quantum matrices

Conjugation coactions of the quantum general linear group on the algebra of quantum matrices have been introduced in an earlier paper and the coinvariants have been determined. In this paper the notion of orbit is considered via co-orbit maps for these coactions. The co-orbit maps are calculated explicitly for 2 by 2 quantum matrices. In the NxN case we consider the case of a generic diagonal matrix when the deformation parameter is transcendental over the field generated by the diagonal entries.

Categorification of the adjoint action of quantum groups

Let $U$ be a quantized enveloping algebra. We consider the adjoint action of an $\mathfrak{sl}_2$-subalgebra of $U$ on a subalgebra of $U^+$ that is maximal integrable for this action. We categorify this representation in the context of quiver Hecke algebras. We obtain an action of the 2-category associated with $\mathfrak{sl}_2$ on a category of modules over certain quotients of quiver Hecke algebras. The adjoint group of a Coxeter quandle

We give explicit descriptions of the adjoint group of the Coxeter quandle $Q_W$ associated with an arbitrary Coxeter group $W$. The adjoint group of $Q_W$ turns out to be an intermediate group between $W$ and the corresponding Artin group $A_W$, and fits into a central extension of $W$ by a finitely generated free abelian group. We construct $2$-cocycles of $W$ corresponding to the central extension. A category for the adjoint representation

We construct an abelian category C and exact functors in C which on the Grothendieck group descend to the action of a simply-laced quantum group in its adjoint representation. The braid group action in the adjoint representation lifts to an action in the derived category of C. Cohomology of the adjoint of Hopf algebras

A cohomology theory of the adjoint of Hopf algebras, via deformations, is presented by means of diagrammatic techniques. Explicit calculations are provided in the cases of group algebras, function algebras on groups, and the bosonization of the super line. As applications, solutions to the YBE are given and quandle cocycles are constructed from groupoid cocycles.
