Smoothness of the moduli space of complexes of coherent sheaves on an abelian or a projective K3 surface

For an abelian or a projective K3 surface $X$ over an algebraically closed field $k$, consider the moduli space $\splcpx_{X/k}\uet$ of the objects $E$ in $D^b(\mathrm{Coh}(X))$ satisfying $\Ext^{-1}_X(E,E)=0$ and $\Hom(E,E)\cong k$. Then we can prove that $\splcpx_{X/k}\uet$ is smooth and has a symplectic structure.

Smoothness of moduli space of stable torsion-free sheaves with fixed determinant in mixed characteristic

Let $R$ be a complete discrete valuation ring with fraction field of characteristic $0$ and algebraically closed residue field of characteristic $p>0$. Let $X_R \to \mathrm{Spec}(R)$ be a smooth projective morphism of relative dimension $1$. We prove that, given a line bundle $\mathcal{L}_R$ the moduli space of Gieseker stable torsion-free sheaves of rank $r\geq 2$ over $X_R$, with determinant $\mathcal{L}_R$, is smooth over $R$.

New enhancements of derived categories of coherent sheaves and applications

We introduce new enhancements for the bounded derived category $D^b(Coh(X))$ of coherent sheaves on a suitable scheme $X$ and for its subcategory $Perf(X)$ of perfect complexes. They are used for translating Fourier-Mukai functors to functors between derived categories of dg algebras, for relating homological smoothness of $Perf(X)$ to geometric smoothness of $X,$ and for proving homological smoothness of $D^b(Coh(X)).$ Moreover, we characterize properness of $Perf(X)$ and $D^b(Coh(X))$ geometrically.

Moduli of high rank Vector bundles over Surface

This is the revised version of our previous preprint. In this paper, we establish a generic smoothness result for moduli space of semistable sheaves of arbitrary rank over surfaces provided that the second Chern class of the sheaves is sufficiently large. The theorem is proved using degeneration theory.

Modular representations of reductive groups and geometry of affine Grassmannians

By the geometric Satake isomorphism of Mirkovic and Vilonen, decomposition numbers for reductive groups can be interpreted as decomposition numbers for equivariant perverse sheaves on the complex affine Grassmannian of the Langlands dual group. Using a description of the minimal degenerations of the affine Grassmannian obtained by Malkin, Ostrik and Vybornov, we are able to recover geometrically some decomposition numbers for reductive groups.
