Theorem 1.1 is extended to the off-diagonal case. We present a new weighted Fréchet-Kolmogorov theorem, and then prove a weighted interpolation for multilinear compact operators
This paper is devoted to studying the Rubio de Francia extrapolation for multilinear compact operators. It allows one to extrapolate the compactness of $T$ from just one space to the full range of weighted spaces, whenever an $m$-linear operator $T$ is bounded on weighted Lebesgue spaces. This result is indeed established in terms of the multilinear Muckenhoupt weights $A_{\vec{p}, \vec{r}}$, and the limited range of the $L^p$ scale. To show extrapolation theorems above, by means of a new weighted Fréchet-Kolmogorov theorem, we present the weighted interpolation for multilinear compact operators. To prove the latter, we also need to bulid a weighted interpolation theorem in mixed-norm Lebesgue spaces. As applications, we obtain the weighted compactness of commutators of many multilinear operators, including multilinear $ω$-Calderón-Zygmund operators, multilinear Fourier multipliers, bilinear rough singular integrals and bilinear Bochner-Riesz means. Beyond that, we establish the weighted compactness of higher order Calderón commutators, and commutators of Riesz transforms related to Schrödinger operators.
In this paper we solve a long standing problem about the multivariable Rubio de Francia extrapolation theorem for the multilinear Muckenhoupt classes $A_{\vec{p}}$, which were extensively studied by Lerner et al. and which are the natural ones for the class of multilinear Calderón-Zygmund operators. Furthermore, we go beyond the classes $A_{\vec{p}}$ and extrapolate within the classes $A_{\vec{p},\vec{r}}$ which appear naturally associated to the weighted norm inequalities for multilinear sparse forms which control fundamental operators such as the bilinear Hilbert transform. We give several a…
In this paper we present the results announced in the recent work by the first, second, and fourth authors of the current paper concerning Rubio de Francia extrapolation for the so-called multilinear Muckenhoupt classes. Here we consider the situations where some of the exponents of the Lebesgue spaces appearing in the hypotheses and/or in the conclusion can be possibly infinity. The scheme we follow is similar, but, in doing so, we need to develop a one-variable end-point off-diagonal extrapolation result. This complements the corresponding ``finite'' case obtained by Duoandikoetxea, which wa…
We prove a limited range, off-diagonal extrapolation theorem that generalizes a number of results in the theory of Rubio de Francia extrapolation, and use this to prove a limited range, multilinear extrapolation theorem. We give two applications of this result to the bilinear Hilbert transform. First, we give sufficient conditions on a pair of weights $w_1,\,w_2$ for the bilinear Hilbert transform to satisfy weighted norm inequalities of the form \[ BH : L^{p_1}(w_1^{p_1}) \times L^{p_2}(w_2^{p_2}) \longrightarrow L^p(w^p), \] where $w=w_1w_2$ and $\frac{1}{p}=\frac{1}{p_1}+\frac{1}{p_2}<\frac…
We prove norm estimates for multilinear fractional integrals acting on weighted and variable Hardy spaces. In the weighted case we develop ideas we used for multilinear singular integrals [7]. For the variable exponent case, a key element of our proof is a new multilinear, off-diagonal version of the Rubio de Francia extrapolation theorem.
This note is devoted to establishing two-weight estimates for commutators of singular integrals. We combine multilinearity with product spaces. A new type of two-weight extrapolation result is used to yield the quasi-Banach range of estimates.
We prove genuinely multilinear weighted estimates for singular integrals in product spaces. The estimates complete the qualitative weighted theory in this setting. Such estimates were previously known only in the one-parameter situation. Extrapolation gives powerful applications -- for example, a free access to mixed-norm estimates in the full range of exponents.
In this paper, we gave a weighted compactness theory for the generalized commutators of vecotor-valued multilinear Calderón-Zygmund operators. This was done by establishing a weighted Fréchet-Kolmogorov theorem, which holds for weights not merely in $A_\infty$. This weighted theory also extends the previous known unsatisfactory results in the terms of relaxing the index to the natural range. As consequences, we not only obtained the weighted compactness theory for the commutators of multilinear Calderón-Zygmund operators, but also extended the same results to the commutators of multilinear Lit…
In this paper, the behavior for commutators of a class of bilinear singular integral operator associated with non-smooth kernels on the products of weighted Lebesgue spaces is considered. By some new maximal functions to control the commutators of bilinear singular integral operators and CMO functions, compactness of the commutators is proved.
We establish the boundedness of the multilinear Calderón-Zygmund operators from a product of weighted Hardy spaces into a weighted Hardy or Lebesgue space. Our results generalize to the weighted setting results obtained by Grafakos and Kalton (Collect. Math. 2001) and recent work by the third author, Grafakos, Nakamura, and Sawano. As part of our proof we provide a finite atomic decomposition theorem for weighted Hardy spaces, which is interesting in its own right. As a consequence of our weighted results, we prove the corresponding estimates on variable Hardy spaces. Our main tool is a multil…
We prove a sparse bound for the $m$-sublinear form associated to vector-valued maximal functions of Fefferman-Stein type. As a consequence, we show that the sparse bounds of multisublinear operators are preserved via $\ell^r$-valued extension. This observation is in turn used to deduce vector-valued, multilinear weighted norm inequalities for multisublinear operators obeying sparse bounds, which are out of reach for the extrapolation theory recently developed by Cruz-Uribe and Martell. As an example, vector-valued multilinear weighted inequalities for bilinear Hilbert transforms are deduced fr…
Let $T$ be an arbitrary operator bounded from $L^{p_0}(w)$ into $L^{p_0, \infty}(w)$ for every weight $w$ in the Muckenhoupt class $A_{p_0}$. It is proved in this article that the distribution function of $Tf$ with respect to any weight $u$ can be essentially majorized by the distribution function of $Mf$ with respect to $u$ (plus an integral term easy to control). As a consequence, well-known extrapolation results, including results in a multilinear setting, can be obtained with very simple proofs. New applications in extrapolation for two-weight problems and estimates on rearrangement invari…
Sjölin-Soria-Antonov type extrapolation theorem for locally compact $σ$-compact non-discrete groups is proved. As an application of this result it is shown that the Fourier series with respect to the Vilenkin orthonormal systems on the Vilenkin groups of bounded type converge almost everywhere for functions from the class $L\log^{+}L\log^{+}\log^{+}\log^{+}L$.
In this paper, the objects of our investigation are some dyadic operators, including dyadic shifts, multilinear paraproducts and multilinear Haar multipliers. We mainly focus on the continuity and compactness of these operators. First, we consider the continuity properties of these operators. Then, by the Fréchet-Kolmogorov-Riesz-Tsuji theorem, the non-compactness properties of these dyadic operators will be studied. Moreover, we show that their commutators are compact with \textit{CMO} functions, which is quite different from the non-compaceness properties of these dyadic operators. These res…
In a previous work, "compact versions" of Rubio de Francia's weighted extrapolation theorem were proved, which allow one to extrapolate the compactness of an linear operator from just one space to the full range of weighted Lebesgue spaces, where this operator is bounded. In this paper, we extend these results to the setting of weighted Morrey spaces. As applications, we easily obtain new results on the weighted compactness of commutators of Calderón--Zygmund singular integrals, rough singular integrals and Bochner--Riesz multipliers.
In a previous paper by one of us, a "compact version" of Rubio de Francia's weighted extrapolation theorem was proved, which allows one to extrapolate the compactness of an operator from just one space to the full range of weighted spaces, where this operator is bounded. In this paper, we obtain generalizations of this extrapolation of compactness for operators that are bounded from one space to a different one ("off-diagonal estimates") or only in a limited range of the $L^p$ scale. As applications, we easily recover recent results on the weighted compactness of commutators of fractional inte…
Let $T$ be a linear operator that, for some $p_1\in(1,\infty)$, is bounded on $L^{p_1}(\tilde w)$ for all $\tilde w\in A_{p_1}(\mathbb R^d)$ and in addition compact on $L^{p_1}(w_1)$ for some $w_1\in A_{p_1}(\mathbb R^d)$. Then $T$ is bounded and compact on $L^p(w)$ for all $p\in(1,\infty)$ and all $w\in A_p(\mathbb R^d)$. This "compact version" of Rubio de Francia's celebrated weighted extrapolation theorem follows from a combination of results in the interpolation and extrapolation theory of weighted spaces on the one hand, and of compact operators on abstract spaces on the other hand. Moreo…
In a previous paper, we obtained several "compact versions" of Rubio de Francia's weighted extrapolation theorem, which allowed us to extrapolate the compactness of linear operators from just one space to the full range of weighted Lebesgue spaces, where these operators are bounded. In this paper, we study the extrapolation of compactness for bilinear operators in terms of bilinear Muckenhoupt weights. As applications, we easily recover and improve earlier results on the weighted compactness of commutators of bilinear Calderón-Zygmund operators, bilinear fractional integrals and bilinear Fouri…
Let $m(ξ,η)$ be a measurable locally bounded function defined in $\mathbb R^2$. Let $1\leq p_1,q_1,p_2,q_2<\infty $ such that $p_i=1$ implies $q_i=\infty $. Let also $0<p_3,q_3<\infty $ and $1/p=1/p_1+1/p_2-1/p_3$. We prove the following transference result: the operator $$ {\mathcal C}_m(f,g)(x)=\int_{\bbbr} \int_{\bbbr} \hat f(ξ) \hat g(η) m(ξ,η) e^{2πi x(ξ+η)}dξdη$$ initially defined for integrable functions with compact Fourier support, extends to a bounded bilinear operator from $L^{p_1,q_1}(\bbbr)\times L^{p_2,q_2}(\bbbr)$ into $L^{p_3,q_3}(\bbbr)$ if and only if the family of operators …
Let $1<q<p<\infty$, $\frac1r:=\frac1q-\frac1p$, and $T$ be a non-degenerate Calderón--Zygmund operator. We show that the commutator $[b,T]$ is compact from $L^p({\mathbb R}^n)$ to $L^q({\mathbb R}^n)$ if and only if the symbol $b=a+c$ with $a\in L^r({\mathbb R}^n)$ and $c$ being any constant. Since both the corresponding Hardy--Littlewood maximal operator and the corresponding Calderón--Zygmund maximal operator are not bounded from $L^p({\mathbb R}^n)$ to $L^q({\mathbb R}^n)$, we take the full advantage of the compact support of the approximation element in $C_{\rm c}^\infty({\mathbb R}^n)$, w…
In this paper we prove mixed norm estimates for Riesz transforms related to Laplace--Beltrami operators on compact Riemannian symmetric spaces of rank one. These operators are closely related to the Riesz transforms for Jacobi polynomials expansions. The key point is to obtain sharp estimates for the kernel of the Jacobi--Riesz transforms with uniform control on the parameters, together with an adaptation of Rubio de Francia's extrapolation theorem. The latter results are of independent interest.
