Let $A$ be an expansive dilation on $\mathbb{R}^n$, and $p(\cdot):\mathbb{R}^n\rightarrow(0,\,\infty)$ be a variable exponent function satisfying the globally log-Hölder continuous condition. Let $H^{p(\cdot)}_A({\mathbb {R}}^n)$ be the variable anisotropic Hardy space defined via the non-tangential grand maximal function. In this paper, the authors establish its molecular decomposition, which is still new even in the classical isotropic setting (in the case $A:=2\mathrm I_{n\times n}$). As applications, the authors obtain the boundedness of anisotropic Calderón-Zygmund operators from $H^{p(\cdot)}_{A}(\mathbb{R}^n)$ to $L^{p(\cdot)}(\mathbb{R}^n)$ or from $H^{p(\cdot)}_{A}(\mathbb{R}^n)$ to itself.
We obtain a differential characterization for the anisotropic Hardy space $H_A^p$ by identifying it with a parabolic Hardy space associated with a general continuous group. This allows $H_A^p$ to be defined using a parabolic differential equation of Calderon and Torchinsky. We also provide a classification of dilations corresponding to equivalent anisotropic Hardy spaces with respect to linear transformations.
We extend an estimate of Taibleson and Weiss, regarding Fourier transform of Hardy spaces, to the aniostropic setting. As consequences, we obtain necessary conditions for multiplier operators, and the anisotropic version of the Hardy-Littlewood inequality. This last inequality is strengthened with a rearrangement argument.
We present a multiplier theorem on anisotropic Hardy spaces. When $m$ satisfies the anisotropic, pointwise Mihlin condition, we obtain boundedness of the multiplier operator $T_m : H_A^p (\mathbb{R}^n) \rightarrow H_A^p (\mathbb{R}^n)$, for the range of $p$ that depends on the eccentricities of the dilation $A$ and the level of regularity of a multiplier symbol $m$. This extends the classical multiplier theorem of Taibleson and Weiss.
Let $p(\cdot):\ \mathbb{R}^n\to(0,1]$ be a variable exponent function satisfying the globally log-Hölder continuous condition and $A$ a general expansive matrix on $\mathbb{R}^n$. Let $H_A^{p(\cdot)}(\mathbb{R}^n)$ be the variable anisotropic Hardy space associated with $A$ defined via the radial maximal function. In this article, via the known atomic characterization of $H_{A}^{p(\cdot)}(\mathbb{R}^n)$ and establishing two useful estimates on anisotropic variable atoms, the author shows that the Fourier transform $\widehat{f}$ of $f\in H_A^{p(\cdot)}(\mathbb{R}^n)$ coincides with a continuous…

Let $\mathcal{H}^{p(\cdot)}_A({\mathbb {R}}^n)$ be the variable anisotropic Hardy space defined via the non-tangential grand maximal function. In this paper, the authors obtain that the Fourier transform of $f\in \mathcal{H}^{p(\cdot)}_A({\mathbb {R}}^n)$ coincides with a continuous function $F$ on $\mathbb{R}^n$ in the sense of tempered distributions. As applications, the authors further conclude a highe…
In this paper we introduce Hardy-Lorentz spaces with variable exponents associated to dilation in ${\Bbb R}^n$. We establish maximal characterizations and atomic decompositions for our variable exponent anisotropic Hardy-Lorentz spaces.
In this paper, the author obtain the continuity of a class of linear operators on variable anisotropic Hardy-Lorentz spaces. In addition, the author also obtain that the dual space of variable anisotropic Hardy-Lorentz spaces is the anisotropic BMO-type spaces with variable exponents. This result is still new even when the exponent function $p(\cdot)$ is $p$.
In this article, we show that multilinear fractional type operators are bounded from product Hardy spaces with variable exponents into Lebesgue spaces with variable exponents via the atomic decomposition theory. We also study continuity properties of commutators of multilinear fractional type operators on product of certain Hardy spaces with variable exponents.
Let $p\in(0,1]$, $q\in(0,\infty]$ and $A$ be a general expansive matrix on $\mathbb{R}^n$. Let $H^{p,q}_A(\mathbb{R}^n)$ be the anisotropic Hardy-Lorentz spaces associated with $A$ defined via the non-tangential grand maximal function. In this article, the authors characterize $H^{p,q}_A(\mathbb{R}^n)$ in terms of the Lusin-area function, the Littlewood-Paley $g$-function or the Littlewood-Paley $g_λ^*$-function via first establishing an anisotropic Fefferman-Stein vector-valued inequality in the Lorentz space $L^{p,q}(\mathbb{R}^n)$. All these characterizations are new even for the classical …
Let $\vec{p}\in(0,1]^n$ be a $n$-dimensional vector and $A$ a dilation. Let $H_A^{\vec{p}}(\mathbb{R}^n)$ denote the anisotropic mixed-norm Hardy space defined via the radial maximal function. Using the known atomic characterization of $H_{A}^{\vec{p}}(\mathbb{R}^n)$ and establishing a uniform estimate for corresponding atoms, the authors prove that the Fourier transform of $f\in H_A^{\vec{p}}(\mathbb{R}^n)$ coincides with a continuous function $F$ on $\mathbb{R}^n$ in the sense of tempered distributions. Moreover, the function $F$ can be controlled pointwisely by the product of the Hardy spac…
In this paper, we establish several new anisotropic Hardy-Sobolev inequalities in mixed Lebesgue spaces and mixed Lorentz spaces, which covers many known corresponding results. As an application, this type of inequalities allows us to generalize some regularity criteria of the 3D axisymmetric Navier-Stokes equations.
We prove that the classical one-parameter convolution singular integrals on the Heisenberg group are bounded on multiparameter flag Hardy spaces, which satisfy `intermediate' dilation between the one-parameter anisotropic dilation and the product dilation on $\mathbb{C}^{n}\times \mathbb{R}$ implicitly.
It is well known that if Hardy-Littlewood maximal operator is bounded in space $L^{p(\cdot)}[0;1]$ then $1/p(\cdot)\in BMO^{1/\log}$. On the other hand if $p(\cdot)\in BMO^{1/\log},$ ($1<p_{-}\leq p_{+}<\infty$), then there exists $c>0$ such that Hardy-Littlewood maximal operator is bounded in $L^{p(\cdot)+c}[0;1].$ Also There exists exponent $p(\cdot)\in BMO^{1/\log},$ ($1<p_{-}\leq p_{+}<\infty$) such that Hardy-Littlewood maximal operator is not bounded in $L^{p(\cdot)}[0;1]$. In the present paper we construct exponent $p(\cdot),$ $(1<p_{-}\leq p_{+}<\infty)$, $1/p(\cdot)\in BLO^{1/\log}$ s…
In this article we define the Calderón-Hardy spaces with variable exponents on $\mathbb{R}^{n}$, $\mathcal{H}^{p(.)}_{q, γ}(\mathbb{R}^{n})$, and we show that for $m \in \mathbb{N}$ the operator $Δ^{m}$ is a bijective mapping from $\mathcal{H}^{p(.)}_{q, 2m}(\mathbb{R}^{n})$ onto $H^{p(.)}(\mathbb{R}^{n})$.
In this paper, we introduce Hardy spaces with variable exponents defined on a probability space and develop the martingale theory of variable Hardy spaces. We prove the weak type and strong type inequalities on Doob's maximal operator and get a $(1,p(\cdot),\infty)$-atomic decomposition for Hardy martingale spaces associated with conditional square functions. As applications, we obtain a dual theorem and the John-Nirenberg inequalities in the frame of variable exponents. The key ingredient is that we find a condition with probabilistic characterization of $p(\cdot)$ to replace the so-called lo…
Let $\vec{p}\in(0,\,\infty)^n$, $A$ be an expansive dilation on $\mathbb{R}^n$,and $H^{\vec{p}}_A({\mathbb {R}}^n)$ be the anisotropic mixed-norm Hardy space defined via the non-tangential grand maximal function studied by \cite{hlyy20}. In this paper, the authors establish new atomic and molecular decompositions of $H^{\vec{p}}_A({\mathbb {R}}^n)$. As an application, the authors obtain a boundedness criterion for a class of linear operators from $H^{\vec{p}}_{A}(\mathbb{R}^n)$ to $H^{\vec{p}}_{A}(\mathbb{R}^n)$. Part of results are still new even in the classical isotropic setting (in the cas…
It is proved that exponential Blaschke products are the inner functions whose derivative is in the weak Hardy space. Exponential Blaschke products are described in terms of their logarithmic means and also in terms of the behavior of the derivatives of functions in the corresponding model space.
Hardy's inequality for Laguerre expansions of Hermite type with the index $\al\in(\{-1/2\}\cup[1/2,\infty))^d$ is proved in the multi-dimensional setting with the exponent $3d/4$. We also obtain the sharp analogue of Hardy's inequality with $L^1$ norm replacing $H^1$ norm at the expense of increasing the exponent by an arbitrarily small value.
Let $A_1$ and $A_2$ be expansive dilations, respectively, on ${\mathbb R}^n$ and ${\mathbb R}^m$. Let $\vec A\equiv(A_1, A_2)$ and $\mathcal A_p(\vec A)$ be the class of product Muckenhoupt weights on ${\mathbb R}^n\times{\mathbb R}^m$ for $p\in(1, \infty]$. When $p\in(1, \infty)$ and $w\in{\mathcal A}_p(\vec A)$, the authors characterize the weighted Lebesgue space $L^p_w({\mathbb R}^n\times{\mathbb R}^m)$ via the anisotropic Lusin-area function associated with $\vec A$. When $p\in(0, 1]$, $w\in {\mathcal A}_\infty(\vec A)$, the authors introduce the weighted anisotropic product Hardy space $…
Let $p(\cdot):\ \mathbb R^n\to(0,\infty)$ be a variable exponent function satisfying the globally log-Hölder continuous condition, $q\in(0,\infty]$ and $A$ be a general expansive matrix on $\mathbb{R}^n$. Moreover, the authors also obtain characterizations of $H_A^{p(\cdot),q}(\mathbb R^n)$, respectively, in terms of the atom and th…
We develop the theory of variable exponent Hardy spaces. Analogous to the classical theory, we give equivalent definitions in terms of maximal operators. We also show that distributions in these spaces have an atomic decomposition including a "finite" decomposition; this decomposition is more like the decomposition for weighted Hardy spaces due to Stromberg and Torchinsky than the classical atomic decomposition. As an application of the atomic decomposition we show that singular integral operators are bounded on variable Hardy spaces with minimal regularity assumptions on the exponent function…
Let $\vec{a}:=(a_1,\ldots,a_n)\in[1,\infty)^n$, $\vec{p}:=(p_1,\ldots,p_n)\in(0,\infty)^n$ and $H_{\vec{a}}^{\vec{p}}(\mathbb{R}^n)$ be the anisotropic mixed-norm Hardy space associated with $\vec{a}$ defined via the non-tangential grand maximal function. In this article, via first establishing a Calderón-Zygmund decomposition and a discrete Calderón reproducing formula, the authors then characterize $H_{\vec{a}}^{\vec{p}}(\mathbb{R}^n)$, respectively, by means of atoms, the Lusin area function, the Littlewood-Paley $g$-function or $g_λ^\ast$-function. The obtained Littlewood-Paley $g$-functio…
In this paper we introduce variable exponent local Hardy spaces associated with a non-negative self-adjoint operator L. We define them by using an area square integral involving the heat semigroup associated to L. A molecular characterization is established and as an aplication of the molecular characterization we prove that our local Hardy space coincides with the (global) variable exponent Hardy space associated to L, provided that 0 does not belong to the spectrum of L. Also, we show that it coincides with the global variable exponent Hardy space associated to L+I.
We prove that maximal operators of convolution type associated to smooth kernels are bounded in the homogeneous Hardy-Sobolev spaces $\dot{H}^{1,p}(\mathbb{R}^d)$ when $1/p < 1+1/d$. This range of exponents is sharp. As a by-product of the proof, we obtain similar results for the local Hardy-Sobolev spaces $\dot{h}^{1,p}(\mathbb{R}^d)$ in the same range of exponents.
Let $\vec{p}\in(0,\infty)^n$ and $A$ be a general expansive matrix on $\mathbb{R}^n$. In this article, via the non-tangential grand maximal function, the authors first introduce the anisotropic mixed-norm Hardy spaces $H_A^{\vec{p}}(\mathbb{R}^n)$ associated with $A$ and then establish their radial or non-tangential maximal function characterizations. Moreover, the authors characterize $H_A^{\vec{p}}(\mathbb{R}^n)$, respectively, by means of atoms, finite atoms, Lusin area functions, Littlewood-Paley $g$-functions or $g_λ^\ast$-functions via first establishing an anisotropic Fefferman-Stein ve…
In this article, the authors give the dual space of $H_{\vec{a}}^{\vec{p}}(\mathbb{R}^n)$, which was asked by Cleanthous et al. in [J. Geom. Anal. 27 (2017), 2758-2787]. More precisely, via first introducing the anisotropic mixed-norm Campanato space $\mathcal{L}_{\vec{p},\,q,\,s}^{\vec{a}}(\mathbb{R}^n)$ with $q\in[1,\infty]$ and $s\in\mathb…
Let $L$ be a linear operator on $L^2(\mathbb R^n)$ generating an analytic semigroup $\{e^{-tL}\}_{t\ge0}$ with kernels having pointwise upper bounds and $p(\cdot):\ \mathbb R^n\to(0,1]$ be a variable exponent function satisfying the globally log-Hölder continuous condition. In this article, the authors introduce the variable exponent Hardy space associated with the operator $L$, denoted by $H_L^{p(\cdot)}(\mathbb R^n)$, and the BMO-type space ${\mathrm{BMO}}_{p(\cdot),L}(\mathbb R^n)$. By means of tent spaces with variable exponents, the authors then establish the molecular characterization of…
We prove norm estimates for multilinear fractional integrals acting on weighted and variable Hardy spaces. In the weighted case we develop ideas we used for multilinear singular integrals [7]. For the variable exponent case, a key element of our proof is a new multilinear, off-diagonal version of the Rubio de Francia extrapolation theorem.
In this paper a two weight criterion for multidimensional geometric mean operator in variable exponent Lebesgue space is proved. Also, we found a criterion on weight functions expressing one-dimensional Hardy inequality via a certain nonlinear differential equation. In particular, considered nonlinear differential equation is nonlinear integro-differential equation.
We study a family of maximal operators that provides a continuous link connecting the Hardy-Littlewood maximal function to the spherical maximal function. Our theorems are proved in the multilinear setting but may contain new results even in the linear case. For this family of operators we obtain bounds between Lebesgue spaces in the optimal range of exponents.
The targets of this article are threefold. The first one is to give a survey on the recent developments of function spaces with mixed norms, including mixed Lebesgue spaces, iterated weak Lebesgue spaces, weak mixed-norm Lebesgue spaces and mixed Morrey spaces as well as anisotropic mixed-norm Hardy spaces. The second one is to provide a detailed proof for a useful inequality about mixed Lebesgue norms and the Hardy--Littlewood maximal operator and also to improve some known results on the maximal function characterizations of anisotropic mixed-norm Hardy spaces and the boundedness of Calderón…
We give new proofs of Hardy space estimates for fractional and singular integral operators on weighted and variable exponent Hardy spaces. Our proofs consist of several interlocking ideas: finite atomic decompositions in terms of $L^\infty$ atoms, vector-valued inequalities for maximal and other operators, and Rubio de Francia extrapolation. Many of these estimates are not new, but we give new and substantially simpler proofs, which in turn significantly simplifies the proofs of the Hardy spaces inequalities.
Let $p(\cdot):\ \mathbb R^n\to(0,\infty)$ be a variable exponent function satisfying that there exists a constant $p_0\in(0,p_-)$, where $p_-:=\mathop{\mathrm {ess\,inf}}_{x\in \mathbb R^n}p(x)$, such that the Hardy-Littlewood maximal operator is bounded on the variable exponent Lebesgue space $L^{p(\cdot)/p_0}(\mathbb R^n)$. In this article, via investigating relations between boundary valued of harmonic functions on the upper half space and elements of variable exponent Hardy spaces $H^{p(\cdot)}(\mathbb R^n)$ introduced by E. Nakai and Y. Sawano and, independently, by D. Cruz-Uribe and L.-A…
In this paper we improve classical Hardy-Littlewood exponent $1/2$ by about $16.6\%$ 62 years after the original result. This result is the first step to prove the Selberg's hypothesis (1942). In order to reach our purpose we use discrete method. This paper is the English version of our paper \cite{4}.
Considering functions $ f $ on $ \R^n $ for which both $ f $ and $ \hat{f} $ are bounded by the Gaussian $ e^{-{1/2}a|x|^2}, 0 < a < 1 $ we show that their Fourier-Hermite coefficients have exponential decay. Optimal decay is obtained for $ O(n)-$finite functions thus extending the one dimensional result of Vemuri.
In this paper a weighted variable exponent Lebesgue spaces $L_{p(x), ω}$ for $0< p(x)< 1$ is investigated. We show that this spaces is a quasi-Banach spaces. Note that embedding theorem between weight variable Lebesgue spaces is proved. In particular, we show that $L_{p(x), ω}(Ω)$ for $0< p(x)< 1$ isn't locally convex. Also, in this paper a some two-weight estimates for Hardy operator are proved.
Let $p(\cdot):\ \mathbb R^n\to(0,\infty)$ be a measurable function satisfying some decay condition and some locally log-Hölder continuity. In this article, via first establishing characterizations of the variable exponent Hardy space $H^{p(\cdot)}(\mathbb R^n)$ in terms of the Littlewood-Paley $g$-function, the Lusin area function and the $g_λ^\ast$-function, the authors then obtain its intrinsic square function characterizations including the intrinsic Littlewood-Paley $g$-function, the intrinsic Lusin area function and the intrinsic $g_λ^\ast$-function. The $p(\cdot)$-Carleson measure charac…
Let $p\in(0,1]$, $q\in(0,\infty]$ and $A$ be a general expansive matrix on $\mathbb{R}^n$. The authors introduce the anisotropic Hardy-Lorentz space $H^{p,q}_A(\mathbb{R}^n)$ associated with $A$ via the non-tangential grand maximal function and then establish its various real-variable characterizations in terms of the atomic or the molecular decompositions, the radial or the non-tangential maximal functions, or the finite atomic decompositions. All these characterizations except the $\infty$-atomic characterization are new even for the classical isotropic Hardy-Lorentz spaces on $\mathbb{R}^n$…
Let G be the Lie group R^2\rtimes R^+ endowed with the Riemannian symmetric space structure. Let X_0, X_1, X_2 be a distinguished basis of left-invariant vector fields of the Lie algebra of G and define the Laplacian Δ=-(X_0^2+X_1^2+X_2^2). In this paper, we show that the maximal function associated with the heat kernel of the Laplacian Δis bounded from the Hardy space H^1 to L^1. We also prove that the heat maximal function does not provide a maximal characterization of the Hardy space H^1.
We investigate the class $\mathcal{B}^{loc}(\mathbb{R}^{n})$ of exponents $p(\cdot)$ for with local Hardy-Littlewood maximal operator is bounded in $L^{p(\cdot)}(\mathbb{R}^{n})$ space. Littlewood-Paley square-function characterization of $L^{p(\cdot)}(\mathbb{R}^{n})$ spaces with the above class of exponent are also obtained.
We extend Hardy's uncertainty principle for a square integrable function and its Fourier transform to the multidimensional case using a symplectic diagonalization. We use this extension to show that Hardy's uncertainty principle is equivalent to a statement on the Wigner distribution of the function. We give a geometric interpretation of our results in terms of the notion of symplectic capacity of an ellipsoid. Furthermore, we show that Hardy's uncertainty principle is valid for a general Lagrangian frame of the phase space. Finally, we discuss an extension of Hardy's theorem for the Wigner di…
Let $p(\cdot):\mathbb R^n\rightarrow(0,\infty)$ be a variable exponent function satisfying the globally log-Hölder continuous condition. In this paper, we obtain the boundedness of para-product operators $π_b$ on variable Hardy spaces $H^{p(\cdot)}(\mathbb R^n)$, where $b\in BMO(\mathbb R^n)$. As an application, we show that non-convolution type Calderón-Zygmund operators $T$ are bounded on $H^{p(\cdot)}(\mathbb R^n)$ if and only if $T^\ast1=0$, where $\frac{n}{n+ε}<\mbox{essinf}_{x\in\mathbb R^n} p\le \mbox{esssup}_{x\in\mathbb R^n} p\le 1$, $ε$ is the regular exponent of kernel of $T$. Our a…
We present a unified strategy to derive Hardy-Poincaré inequalities on bounded and unbounded domains. The approach allows proving a general Hardy-Poincaré inequality from which the classical Poincaré and Hardy inequalities immediately follow. The idea also applies to the more general context of variable exponent Sobolev spaces. The argument, concise and constructive, does not require a priori knowledge of compactness results and retrieves geometric information on the best constants.
Let $p(\cdot):\ \mathbb R^n\to(0,1]$ be a variable exponent function satisfying the globally $\log$-Hölder continuous condition and $L$ a non-negative self-adjoint operator on $L^2(\mathbb R^n)$ whose heat kernels satisfying the Gaussian upper bound estimates. Let $H_L^{p(\cdot)}(\mathbb R^n)$ be the variable exponent Hardy space defined via the Lusin area function associated with the heat kernels $\{e^{-t^2L}\}_{t\in (0,\infty)}$. In this article, the authors first establish the atomic characterization of $H_L^{p(\cdot)}(\mathbb R^n)$; using this, the authors then obtain its non-tangential ma…
In this work, we give new sufficient conditions for a Littlewood-Paley-Stein square function and necessary and sufficient conditions for a Calderón-Zygmund operator to be bounded on Hardy spaces $H^p$ with indices smaller than $1$. New Carleson measure type conditions are defined for Littlewood-Paley-Stein operators, and we show that they are sufficient for the associated square function to be bounded from $H^p$ into $L^p$. New polynomial growth $BMO$ conditions are also introduced for Calderón-Zygmund operators. These results are applied to prove that Bony paraproducts can be constructed such…
