We show that the quantum Berezinian which gives a generating function of the integrals of motions of XXX spin chains associated to super Yangian $\mathrm{Y}(\mathfrak{gl}_{m|n})$ can be written as a ratio of two difference operators of orders $m$ and $n$ whose coefficients are ratios of transfer matrices corresponding to explicit skew Young diagrams.
In the process, we develop several missing parts of the representation theory of $\mathrm{Y}(\mathfrak{gl}_{m|n})$ such as $q$-character theory, Jacobi-Trudi identity, Drinfeld functor, extended T-systems, Harish-Chandra map.
A general scheme of construction of Drinfeldians and Yangians from quantum non-twisted affine Kac-Moody algebras is presented. Explicit description of Drinfeldians and Yangians for all Lie algebras of the classical series A, B, C, D are given in terms of a Cavalley basis.
It is well-known that the Gauss decomposition of the generator matrix in the $R$-matrix presentation of the Yangian in type $A$ yields generators of its Drinfeld presentation. Defining relations between these generators are known in an explicit form thus providing an isomorphism between the presentations. It has been an open problem since the pioneering work of Drinfeld to extend this result to the remaining types. We give a solution for the classical types $B$, $C$ and $D$ by constructing an explicit isomorphism between the $R$-matrix and Drinfeld presentations of the Yangian. It is based on …
We present a quantization of a Lie coideal structure for twisted half-loop algebras of finite-dimensional simple complex Lie algebras. We obtain algebra closure relations of twisted Yangians in Drinfeld J presentation for all symmetric pairs of simple Lie algebras and for simple twisted even half-loop Lie algebras. We provide the explicit form of the closure relations for twisted Yangians in Drinfeld J presentation for the ${\mathfrak{sl}}_3$ Lie algebra.
We construct a minimalistic presentation of Drinfeld super Yangians in the case of special linear superalgebra associated with an arbitrary Dynkin diagram. This gives us a possibility to introduce Hopf superalgebra structure on Drinfeld super Yangians. Using complete Weyl group we classify Drinfeld super Yangians endowed with mentioned Hopf superalgebra structures. Also it is constructed an isomorphism between completions of Drinfeld super Yangians and quantum loop superalgebras.

We extend the results of Drinfeld on Drinfeld functor to the case l>n. We present the character of finite-dimensional representations of the Yangian Y(sl_n) in terms of the Kazhdan-Lusztig polynomials as a consequence.
Drinfeld Yangian of a queer Lie superalgebra is defined as the quantization of a Lie bisuperelgebra of twisted polynomial currents. An analogue of the new system of generators of Drinfeld is being constructed. It is proved for the partial case Lie superalgebra $sq_1$ that this so defined Yangian and the Yangian, introduced earlier by M. Nazarov using the Faddeev-Reshetikhin-Takhtadzhjan approach, are isomorphic.
We define the Drinfeld generators for $Y_3^+$, the twisted Yangian associated to the Lie algebra $\mathfrak{so}_3(\mathbb{C})$. This allows us to define shifted twisted Yangians, which are certain subalgebras of $Y_3^+$. We show that there are families of homomorphisms from the shifted twisted Yangians in $Y_3^+$ to the universal enveloping algebras of various orthogonal and symplectic Lie algebras, and we conjecture that the images of these homomorphisms are isomorphic to various finite $W$-algebras.
We construct Drinfeld's second realization of the Yangian based on psu(2|2)xR^3 symmetry. The second realization is traditionally more suitable for deriving the quantum double and the universal R matrix with respect to the first realization, originally obtained by Beisert, and it is generically more useful in order to study finite dimensional representations. We show that the two realization are isomorphic, where the isomorphism is almost the standard one given by Drinfeld for simple Lie algebras, but needs some crucial corrections to account for the central charges. We also evaluate the gener…
Starting from a finite-dimensional representation of the Yangian $Y(\mathfrak{g})$ for a simple Lie algebra $\mathfrak{g}$ in Drinfeld's original presentation, we construct a Hopf algebra $X_\mathcal{I}(\mathfrak{g})$, called the extended Yangian, whose defining relations are encoded in a ternary matrix relation built from a specific $R$-matrix $R(u)$. We prove that there is a surjective Hopf algebra morphism $X_\mathcal{I}(\mathfrak{g})\twoheadrightarrow Y(\mathfrak{g})$ whose kernel is generated as an ideal by the coefficients of a central matrix $\mathcal{Z}(u)$. When the underlying represe…
We construct a Hopf algebra cocycle in the Yangian double $DY(SL_{2})$, conjugating Drinfeld's coproduct to the usual one. To do that, we factorize the twist between two ``opposite'' versions of Drinfeld's coproduct, introduced in earlier work by V. Rubtsov and the first author, using the decomposition of the algebra in its negative and non-negative modes subalgebras.
We introduce an analogue of the composition of the Cherednik and Drinfeld functor for twisted Yangians. Our definition is based on the Howe duality, and originates from the centralizer construction of twisted Yangians due to Olshanski. Using our functor, we establish a correspondence between intertwining operators on the tensor products of certain modules over twisted Yangians, and the extremal cocycle on the hyperoctahedral group.
We introduce a skew analogue of the composition of the Cherednik and Drinfeld functors for twisted Yangians. Our definition is based on the skew Howe duality, and originates from the centralizer construction of twisted Yangians due to Olshanski. Using our functor, we establish a correspondence between intertwining operators on the tensor products of certain modules over twisted Yangians, and the extremal cocycle on the hyperoctahedral group.
The Yangian double $\text{DY}_{\hbar}(\mathfrak{g}_N)$ is introduced for the classical types of $\mathfrak{g}_N=\mathfrak{o}_{2n+1}$, $\mathfrak{sp}_{2n}$, $\mathfrak{o}_{2n}$. Via the Gauss decomposition of the generator matrix, the Yangian double is given the Drinfeld presentation. In addition, bosonization of level $1$ realizations for the Yangian double $\text{DY}_{\hbar}(\mathfrak{g}_N)$ of non-simply-laced types are explicitly constructed.
We construct highest-weight modules and a Yangian extension of the centrally extended sl(1|1)^2 superalgebra, that is a symmetry of the worldsheet scattering associated with the AdS3/CFT3 duality. We demonstrate that the R-matrix intertwining atypical modules is of a trigonometric type. We also consider a quantum deformation of this superalgebra, its modules, and obtain a quantum affine extension of the Drinfeld-Jimbo type that describes a deformed worldsheet scattering.
We introduce super Yangian double $DY_\hbar[gl(m|n)]$ and its central extension $\widehat{DY_\hbar[gl(m|n)]}$. We give their defining relations in terms of current generators and obtain Drinfeld comultiplication.
We use the super version of RS construction method and Gauss decomposition to obtain Drinfeld's currents realization of super Yangian double $DY(gl(1|1))$ with center extension
Applying the method of the paper [CT], we perform a quantum version of the Drinfeld-Sokolov reduction in Reflection Equation algebras and braided Yangians, associated with involutive and Hecke symmetries of general forms. This reduction is based on the Cayley-Hamilton identity valid for the generating matrices of these algebras.
We use the isomorphisms between the $R$-matrix and Drinfeld presentations of the quantum affine algebras in types $B$, $C$ and $D$ produced in our previous work to describe finite-dimensional irreducible representations in the $R$-matrix realization. We also review the isomorphisms for the Yangians of these types and use Gauss decomposition to establish an equivalence of the descriptions of the representations in the $R$-matrix and Drinfeld presentations of the Yangians.

We study the Yangians Y(a) associated with the simple Lie algebras a of type B, C or D. The algebra Y(a) can be regarded as a quotient of the extended Yangian X(a) whose defining relations are written in an R-matrix form. In this paper we are concerned with the algebraic structure and representations of the algebra X(a). We prove an analog of the Poincare-Birkhoff-Witt theorem for X(a) and show that the Yangian Y(a) can be realized as a subalgebra of X(a). Furthermore, we give an independent proof of the classification theorem for the finite-dimensional irreducible representations of X(a) whic…
The twisted q-Yangians are coideal subalgebras of the quantum affine algebra associated with gl(N). We prove a classification theorem for finite-dimensional irreducible representations of the twisted q-Yangians associated with the symplectic Lie algebras sp(2n). The representations are parameterized by their highest weights or by their Drinfeld polynomials. In the simplest case of sp(2) we give an explicit description of all the representations as tensor products of evaluation modules. We prove analogues of the Poincare-Birkhoff-Witt theorem for the quantum affine algebra and for the twisted q…
Based on Drinfeld realization of super Yangian Double DY(gl(1|1)), its pairing relations and universal R-matrix are given. By taking evaluation representation of universal R-matrix, another realization $L^{\pm}(u)$ of DY(gl(1|1)) is obtained. These two realizations of DY(gl(1|1)) are related by the supersymmetric extension of Ding-Frenkel map.
Let ${\mathfrak g}$ be a complex semisimple Lie algebra, and $Y_h({\mathfrak g})$, $U_q(L{\mathfrak g})$ the corresponding Yangian and quantum loop algebra, with deformation parameters related by $q=\exp(πi h)$. When $h$ is not a rational number, we constructed in arXiv:1310.7318 a faithful functor $Γ$ from the category of finite-dimensional representations of $Y_h ({\mathfrak g})$ to those of $U_q(L{\mathfrak g})$. The functor $Γ$ is governed by the additive difference equations defined by the commuting fields of the Yangian, and restricts to an equivalence on a subcategory of $Y_h({\mathfrak…
We study a composition of two functors. The first one, from the category of modules over the Lie algebra $\gl_m$ to the category of modules over the degenerate affine Hecke algebra of $GL_N$, was introduced by I. Cherednik. The second functor is a skew version of the functor from the latter category to the category of modules over the Yangian $\Y(\gl_n)$ due to V. Drinfeld. We give a representation theoretic explanation of a link between intertwining operators on tensor products of $\Y(\gl_n)$-modules, and the `extremal cocycle' on the Weyl group of $\gl_m$ introduced by D. Zhelobenko. We esta…
We study the composition of the functor from the category of modules over the Lie algebra gl_m to the category of modules over the degenerate affine Hecke algebra of GL_N introduced by I. Cherednik, with the functor from the latter category to the category of modules over the Yangian Y(gl_n) due to V. Drinfeld. We propose a representation theoretic explanation of a link between the intertwining operators on the tensor products of Y(gl_n)-modules, and the `extremal cocycle' on the Weyl group of gl_m defined by D. Zhelobenko. We also establish a connection between the composition of two functors…
We describe the realization of the super Reshetikhin-Semenov-Tian-Shansky (RS) algebra in quantum affine superalgebras, thus generalizing the approach of Frenkel-Reshetikhin to the supersymmetric (and twisted) case. The algebraic homomorphism between the super RS algebra and the Drinfeld current realization of quantum affine superalgebras is established by using the Gauss decomposition technique of Ding-Frenkel. As an application, we obtain Drinfeld realization of quantum affine superalgebra $U_q[osp(1|2)^{(1)}]$ and its degeneration -- central extended super Yangian double $DY_\hbar[osp(1|2)^…
Let g be a complex, semisimple Lie algebra. Drinfeld showed that the quantum loop algebra U_h(Lg) of g degenerates to the Yangian Y_h(g). We strengthen this result by constructing an explicit algebra homomorphism Phi defined over Q[[h]] from U_h(Lg) to the completion of Y_h(g) with respect to its grading. We show moreover that Phi becomes an isomorphism when the quantum loop algebra is completed with respect to its its evaluation ideal. We construct a similar homomorphism for g=gl_n and show that it intertwines the geometric actions of U_h(L gl_n) and Y(gl_n) on the equivariant K-theory and co…
We present a quantum version of the construction of the KZ system of equations as a flat connection on the spaces of coinvariants of representations of tensor products of Kac-Moody algebras. We consider here representations of a tensor product of Yangian doubles and compute the coinvariants of a deformation of the subalgebra generated by the regular functions of a rational curve with marked points. We observe that Drinfeld's quantum Casimir element can be viewed as a deformation of the zero-mode of the Sugawara tensor in the Yangian double. These ingredients serve to define a compatible system…
In this paper, we extend the Drinfeld current realization of quantum affine algebras $U_q(\hat {\gg})$ and of the Yangians in several directions: we construct current operators for non-simple roots of ${\gg}$, define a new braid group action in terms of the current operators and describe the universal R-matrix for the corresponding ``Drinfeld'' comultiplication in the form of infinite product and in the form of certain integrals over current operators.
We propose a rational quantum deformed nonlocal currents in the homogenous space $SU(2)_k/U(1)$, and in terms of it and a free boson field a representation for the Drinfeld currents of Yangian double at a general level $k=c$ is obtained. In the classical limit $\hbar \to 0$, the quantum nonlocal currents become $SU(2)_k$ parafermion, and the realization of Yangian double becomes the parafermion realization of $SU(2)_k$ current algebra.
The rational quantized Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov equation (qKZ equation) associated with the Lie algebra $sl_2$ is a system of linear difference equations with values in a tensor product of $sl_2$ Verma modules. We solve the equation in terms of multidimensional $q$-hypergeometric functions and define a natural isomorphism between the space of solutions and the tensor product of the corresponding quantum group $U_q(sl_2)$ Verma modules, where the parameter $q$ is related to the step $p$ of the qKZ equation via $q=e^{pi i/p}$. We construct asymptotic solutions associated with suitable asymptotic z…
