A functorial approach to regular homomorphisms

Classically, regular homomorphisms have been defined as a replacement for Abel--Jacobi maps for smooth varieties over an algebraically closed field. In this work, we interpret regular homomorphisms as morphisms from the functor of families of algebraically trivial cycles to abelian varieties and thereby define regular homomorphisms in the relative setting, e.g., families of schemes parameterized by a smooth variety over a given field. Codimension one regular foliations on rationally connected threefolds

In his work on birational classification of foliations on projective surfaces, Brunella showed that every regular foliation on a rational surface is algebraically integrable with rational leaves. This led Touzet to conjecture that every regular foliation on a rationally connected manifold is algebraically integrable with rationally connected leaves. Druel proved this conjecture for the case of weak Fano manifolds. In this paper, we extend this result showing that Touzet's conjecture is true for codimension one foliations on threefolds with nef anti-canonical bundle.

We show that the orbit closure of a directing module is regular in codimension one. In particular, this result gives information about a distinguished irreducible component of a module variety.

Detection by regular schemes in degree two

Fundamental groups of $F$-regular singularities via $F$-signature

We prove that the local etale fundamental group of a strongly $F$-regular singularity is finite (and likewise for the étale fundamental group of the complement of a codimension $\geq 2$ set), analogous to results of Xu and Greb-Kebekus-Peternell for KLT singularities in characteristic zero.
