Generalized Hydrodynamics is a recent theory that describes large scale transport properties of one dimensional integrable models. It is built on the (typically infinitely many) local conservation laws present in these systems, and leads to a generalized Euler type hydrodynamic equation. Despite the successes of the theory, one of its cornerstones, namely a conjectured expression for the currents of the conserved charges in local equilibrium has not yet been proven for interacting lattice models. Here we fill this gap, and compute an exact result for the mean values of current operators in Bethe Ansatz solvable systems, valid in arbitrary finite volume. Our exact formula has a simple semi-classical interpretation: the currents can be computed by summing over the charge eigenvalues carried by the individual bare particles, multiplied with an effective velocity describing their propagation in the presence of the other particles. Remarkably, the semi-classical formula remains exact in the interacting quantum theory, for any finite number of particles and also in the thermodynamic limit. Our proof is built on a form factor expansion and it is applicable to a large class of quantum integrable models.
The Algebraic Bethe ansatz for a supersymmetric nineteen vertex-model constructed from a three-dimensional representation of the twisted quantum affine Lie superalgebra $\mathcal{U}_{q}[\mathrm{osp}(2|2)^{(2)}]$ is presented in detail. The eigenvalues and eigenvectors of the row-to-row transfer matrix are calculated and the corresponding Bethe Ansatz equations are obtained and analyzed numerically.
We diagonalize Q-operators for rational homogeneous sl(2)-invariant Heisenberg spin chains using the algebraic Bethe ansatz. After deriving the fundamental commutation relations relevant for this case from the Yang-Baxter equation we demonstrate that the Q-operators act diagonally on the Bethe vectors if the Bethe equations are satisfied. In this way we provide a direct proof that the eigenvalues of the Q-operators studied here are given by Baxter's Q-functions.
In this note we construct Q-operators for the spin s open Heisenberg XXX chain with diagonal boundaries in the framework of the quantum inverse scattering method. Following the algebraic Bethe ansatz we diagonalise the introduced Q-operators using the fundamental commutation relations. By acting on Bethe off-shell states and explicitly evaluating the trace in the auxiliary space we compute the eigenvalues of the Q-operators in terms of Bethe roots and show that the unwanted terms vanish if the Bethe equations are satisfied.
In this paper we apply the nested algebraic Bethe ansatz to compute the eigenvalues and the Bethe equations of the transfer matrix of the new integrable Lindbladian found in [1]. We show that it can be written as an integrable spin chain consisting of two interacting XXZ spin chains. We numerically compute the Liouville gap and its dependence on the parameters in the system such as scaling with the system length and interaction strength.
The asymmetric simple exclusion process (ASEP) for N particles on a ring with L sites may be analyzed using the Bethe ansatz. In this paper, we provide a rigorous proof that the Bethe ansatz is complete for the periodic ASEP. More precisely, we show that for all but finitely many values of the hopping rate, the solutions of the Bethe ansatz equations do indeed yield all L choose N eigenstates. The proof follows ideas of Langlands and Saint-Aubin, which draw upon a range of techniques from algebraic geometry, topology and enumerative combinatorics.
In this text, we provide a detailed exposition of the Algebraic Bethe ansatz for square ice (or six vertex model), which allows the construction of candidate eigenvectors for the transfer matrices of this model. We also prove some formula of V.E. Korepin for these vectors, which leads to an identification, up to a non-zero complex factor, with the vector obtained by coordinate Bethe ansatz.
We show that the scalar products of on-shell and off-shell Bethe vectors in the algebra1ic Bethe ansatz solvable models satisfy a system of linear equations. We find solutions to this system for a wide class of integrable models. We also apply our method to the XXX spin chain with broken $U(1)$ symmetry.
We prove that physical solutions to the Heisenberg spin chain Bethe ansatz equations are exactly obtained by imposing two zero-remainder conditions. This bridges the gap between different criteria, yielding an alternative proof of a recently devised algorithm based on $QQ$ relations, and solving its minimality issue.
