The 5d iridates have been the subject of much recent attention due to the predictions of a large array of novel electronic phases driven by twisting strong spin-orbit coupling and Hubbard correlation. As a prototype, the single layered perovskite Sr2IrO4 was first revealed to host a Jeff=1/2 Mott insulating state. In this material, the approximate energy scale of a variety of interactions, involving spin-orbit coupling, magnetic exchange interaction, and the Mott gap, allows close coupling among the corresponding physical excitations, opening the possibility of cross control of the physical properties. Here, we experimentally demonstrate the effective gate control of both the transport and magnetism in a Sr2IrO4-based field effect transistor using an ionic liquid dielectric. This approach could go beyond the surface-limited field effect seen in conventional transistors, reflecting the unique aspect of the Jeff=1/2 state. The simultaneous modulation of conduction and magnetism confirms the proposed intimate coupling of charge, orbital, and spin degrees of freedom in this oxide. These phenomena are probably related to an enhanced deviation from the ideal Jeff=1/2 state due to the gate-promoted conduction. The present work would have important implications in modelling the unusual physics enabled by strong spin-orbit coupling, and provides a new route to explore those emergent quantum phases in iridates.
We study theoretically the RKKY interaction between magnetic impurities on the surface of three-dimensional topological insulators, mediated by the helical Dirac electrons. Exact analytical expression shows that the RKKY interaction consists of the Heisenberg-like, Ising-like and DM-like terms. It provides us a new way to control surface magnetism electrically. The gap opened by doped magnetic ions can lead to a short-range Bloembergen-Rowland interaction. The competition among the Heisenberg, Ising and DM terms leads to rich spin configurations and anomalous Hall effect on different lattices.
Breaking time reversal symmetry in a topological insulator may lead to quantum anomalous Hall effect and axion insulator phase. MnBi4Te7 is a recently discovered antiferromagnetic topological insulator with TN ~12.5 K, which is constituted of alternatively stacked magnetic layer (MnBi2Te4) and non-magnetic layer (Bi2Te3). By means of scanning tunneling spectroscopy, we clearly observe the electronic state present at a step edge of a magnetic MnBi2Te4 layer but absent at non-magnetic Bi2Te3 layers at 4.5 K. Furthermore, we find that as the temperature rises above TN, the edge state vanishes, wh…
This letter reports the modification of magnetism in a magnetic insulator Y3Fe5O12 thin film by topological surface states (TSS) in an adjacent topological insulator Bi2Se3 thin film. Ferromagnetic resonance measurements show that the TSS in Bi2Se3 produces a perpendicular magnetic anisotropy, results in a decrease in the gyromagnetic ratio, and enhances the damping in Y3Fe5O12. Such TSS-induced changes become more pronounced as the temperature decreases from 300 K to 50 K. These results suggest a completely new approach for control of magnetism in magnetic thin films.
The realization of long range and insulating ferromagnetic states in topological insulator (TI) has been a pressing issue since its discovery. Only recently, such state was achieved in Cr-doped Bi2-xSbxTe3, leading to the discovery of quantum anomalous Hall effect (QAHE). However, the effect is only observed at extremely low temperatures mainly due to the limited magnetism. To fully understand the mechanism of the ferromagnetic ordering whereby improving the ferromagnetism, we investigated 4f transition metal-doped Bi2Se3, using density-functional-theory approaches. We found that Eu and Sm pre…
Magnetic topological insulators (MnBi$_2$Te$_4$)(Bi$_2$Te$_3$)$_n$ were anticipated to exhibit magnetic energy gaps while recent spectroscopic studies did not observe them. Thus, magnetism on the surface is under debate. In this work, we propose another symmetry criterion to probe the surface magnetism. Because of both time-reversal symmetry-breaking and inversion symmetry-breaking, we demonstrate that the surface band structure violates momentum-inversion symmetry and leads to a three-fold rather than six-fold rotational symmetry on the Fermi surface if corresponding surface states couple str…
First-principles calculations to study the electronic and magnetic properties of bulk, oxygen-deficient SrTiO$_3$ (STO) under different doping conditions and densities have been conducted. The appearance of magnetism in oxygen-deficient STO is not determined solely by the presence of a single oxygen vacancy but by the density of free carriers and the relative proximity of the vacant sites. We find that while an isolated vacancy behaves as a non-magnetic double donor, manipulation of the doping conditions allows the stability of a single donor state, with emergent local moments coupled ferromag…
Dynamic manipulation of magnetism in topological materials is demonstrated here via a Floquet engineering approach using circularly polarized light. Increasing the strength of the laser field, besides the expected topological phase transition, the magnetically doped topological insulator thin film also undergoes a magnetic phase transition from ferromagnetism to paramagnetism, whose critical behavior strongly depends on the quantum quenching. In sharp contrast to the equilibrium case, the non-equilibrium Curie temperatures vary for different time scale and experimental setup, not all relying o…
Two-dimensional (2D) transition-metal oxide perovskites greatly expand the field of available 2D multifunctional material systems. Here, based on density functional theory calculations, we predicted the presence of ferromagnetism orders accompanying with an insulator-metal phase transition in bilayer $KNbO_{3}$ and $KTaO_{3}$ by applying strain engineering and/or external electric field. Our results will contribute to the applications of few-layer transition metal oxide perovskites in the emerging spintronics and straintronics.
Three-dimensional topological insulators (TIs) have emerged as a unique state of quantum matter and generated enormous interests in condensed matter physics. The surfaces of a three dimensional (3D) TI are composed of a massless Dirac cone, which is characterized by the Z2 topological invariant. Introduction of magnetism on the surface of TI is essential to realize the quantum anomalous Hall effect (QAHE) and other novel magneto-electric phenomena. Here, by using a combination of first principles calculations, magneto-transport, angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES), and time resol…
We use synchrotron x-ray diffraction and electrical transport under pressure to probe both the magnetism and the structure of single crystal NiS2 across its Mott-Hubbard transition. In the insulator, the low-temperature antiferromagnetic order results from superexchange among correlated electrons and couples to a (1/2, 1/2, 1/2) superlattice distortion. Applying pressure suppresses the insulating state, but enhances the magnetism as the superexchange increases with decreasing lattice constant. By comparing our results under pressure to previous studies of doped crystals we show that this depen…
Fermi level dependence of magnetism and magnetotransport in the magnetic topological insulators Bi$_{2}$Te$_{3}$ and BiSbTe$_{3}$ containing self-organized MnBi$_{2}$Te$_{4}$ septuple layers
In this work we show the presence of a magnetoelectric coupling in silicon-nitride gated Pt/Co/Pt heterostructures using X-ray photoemission electron microscopy (XPEEM). We observe a change in magnetic anisotropy in the form of domain wall nucleation and a change in the rate of domain wall fluctuation as a function of the applied electric field to the sample. We also observe the coexistence of in-plane and out of plane magnetization in Pt/Co/Pt heterostructures in a region around the spin reorientation transition whose formation is attributed to substrate surface roughness comparable to the fi…
The magnetic properties of the van der Waals magnetic topological insulators MnBi$_2$Te$_4$ and MnBi$_4$Te$_7$ are investigated by magneto-transport measurements. We evidence that the relative strength of the inter-layer exchange coupling J to the uniaxial anisotropy K controls a transition from an A-type antiferromagnetic order to a ferromagnetic-like metamagnetic state. A bi-layer Stoner-Wohlfarth model allows us to describe this evolution, as well as the typical angular dependence of specific signatures, such as the spin-flop transition of the uniaxial antiferromagnet and the switching fiel…
We explore spin dynamics in Cu(1,3-bdc), a quasi-2D topological magnon insulator. The results show that the thermal evolution of Landé $g$-factor ($g$) is anisotropic: $g_\textrm{in-plane}$ reduces while $g_\textrm{out-plane}$ increases with increasing temperature $T$. Moreover, the anisotropy of the $g$-factor ($Δg$) and the anisotropy of saturation magnetization ($ΔM_\textrm{s}$) are correlated below 4 K, but they diverge above 4 K. We show that the electronic orbital moment contributes to the $g$ anisotropy at lower $T$, while the topological orbital moment induced by thermally excited spin…
Magnetic insulators are a key resource for next-generation spintronic and topological devices. The family of layered metal halides promises ultrathin insulating multiferroics, spin liquids, and ferromagnets, but new characterization methods are required to unlock their potential. Here, we report tunneling through the layered magnetic insulator CrI3 as a function of temperature and applied magnetic field. We electrically detect the magnetic ground state and inter-layer coupling and observe a field-induced metamagnetic transition. The metamagnetic transition results in magnetoresistances of 95%,…
Yttrium iron garnet is a complex ferrimagnetic insulator with 20 magnon modes which is used extensively in fundamental experimental studies of magnetisation dynamics. As a transition metal oxide with moderate gap (2.8 eV), yttrium iron garnet requires a careful treatment of electronic correlation. We have applied quasiparticle self-consistent GW to provide a fully ab initio description of the electronic structure and resulting magnetic properties, including the parameterisation of a Heisenberg model for magnetic exchange interactions. Subsequent spin dynamical modelling with quantum statistics…
Inducing magnetism in graphene holds great promises, such as controlling the exchange interaction with a gate electrode and generating exotic magnetic phases. Coating graphene with magnetic molecules or atoms has so far mostly lead to decreased graphene mobility. In the present work, we show that Pt-porphyrins adsorbed on graphene lead to an enhanced mobility and to gate-dependent magnetism. We report that porphyrins can be donor or acceptor, depending on graphene s initial doping. The porphyrins transfer charge and ionize around the charged impurities on graphene, decreasing the graphene dopi…
In all printed OFETs with Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/ poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT/ PSS) gate, offset printing and gravure of electrically dense sub-$μ$ insulators from polyvinylphenol (PVPh), polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) and poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) as well as other organic and inorganic materials turned out to be problematic due to the most reactive part of the gate material- the negative sulfonate ions from PSS. The present paper investigates the nature of the interaction between PSS and PVOH sub-$μ$ insulator explored by infrared spectroscopy and electrical methods. Some evidenc…
Inducing long-range magnetic order in three-dimensional topological insulators can gap the Diraclike metallic surface states, leading to exotic new phases such as the quantum anomalous Hall effect or the axion insulator state. These magnetic topological phases can host robust, dissipationless charge and spin currents or unique magnetoelectric behavior, which can be exploited in low-energy electronics and spintronics applications. Although several different strategies have been successfully implemented to realize these states, to date these phenomena have been confined to temperatures below a f…
A recent report [Kiguchi {\it et al.}, Phys. Rev. B {\bf 68}, 115402 (2003)] that the (111) surface of 5 MgO layers grown epitaxially on Ag(111) becomes metallic to reduce the electric dipole moment raises a question of what will happen when we have fewer MgO layers. Here we have revealed, first experimentally with electron energy-loss spectroscopy, that MgO(111) remains metallic even when one-layer thick, and theoretically with the density functional theory that the metallization should depend on the nature of the substrate. We further show, with a spin-density functional calculation, that a …
Electrical control of magnetism is a long-standing goal in physics and technology, recently developed electrolyte gating techniques providing a promising route to realization. Validating a recent theoretical prediction, here we demonstrate large enhancement of electrostatic modulation of ferromagnetic order in ion-gel-gated ultrathin La$_{0.5}$Sr$_{0.5}$CoO$_{3-δ}$ by thickness-tuning to the brink of a magnetic percolation transition. Application of only 3-4 V then drives a transition from a short-range-ordered insulator to a robust long-range ferromagnetic metal, realizing giant electrostatic…
Crossed magnetic responses between spin and orbital angular momentum are studied in time-reversal symmetric topological insulators. Due to spin-orbit coupling in the quantum spin Hall systems and three-dimensional topological insulators, the magnetic susceptibility has crossed (intersectional) components between spin and orbital part of magnetism. In this study, the crossed susceptibility for the orbital magnetization is studied in two- and three-dimensional topological insulator models, in which an external magnetic field interacts with the electron spin by Zeeman coupling via distinct g-fact…
We report a comprehensive high-pressure study on the antiferromagnetic topological insulator EuSn2As2 up to 21.1 GPa through measurements of synchrotron x-ray diffraction, electrical resistance, magnetic resistance, and Hall transports combined with first-principles calculations. No evident trace of a structural phase transition is detected. The Neel temperatures determined from resistance are increased from 24 to 77 K under pressure, which is resulted from the enhanced magnetic exchange couplings between Eu2+ ions yielded by our first-principles calculations. The negative magnetoresistance of…
We report on the evolution of the thermal metal-insulator transition in polycrystalline samples of Nd$_2$Ir$_2$O$_7$ upon hole-doping via substitution of Ca$^{2+}$ for Nd$^{3+}$. Ca substitution mediates a filling-controlled Mott-like transition with minimal resolvable structural changes and without altering site symmetry. Local structure confirms that Ca substitution does not result in local chemical phase separation, and absorption spectroscopy establishes that Ir cations maintain a spin-orbit entangled electronic configuration. The metal-insulator transition coincides with antiferromagnetic…
Two-dimensional (2D) magnetic materials hosting nontrivial topological states are interesting for fundamental research as well as practical applications. Recently, the topological state of 2D Weyl half-semimetal (WHS) was proposed, which hosts fully spin polarized Weyl points robust against spin-orbit coupling in a 2D ferromagnetic system, and single-layer PtCl$_3$ was predicted as a platform for realizing this state. Here, we perform an extensive search of 2D PtCl$_3$ structures, by using the particle swarm optimization technique and density functional theory calculation. We show that the des…
To date, the most widely-studied quantum anomalous Hall insulator (QAHI) platform is achieved by dilute doping of magnetic ions into thin films of the alloyed tetradymite topological insulator (TI) (Bi$_{1-x}$Sb$_x$)$_2$Te$_3$ (BST). In these films, long-range magnetic ordering of the transition metal substituants opens an exchange gap $Δ$ in the topological surface states, stabilizing spin-polarized, dissipationless edge channels with a nonzero Chern number $\mathcal{C}$. The long-range ordering of the spatially separated magnetic ions is itself mediated by electronic states in the host TI, l…
In intrinsic magnetic topological insulators, Dirac surface state gaps are prerequisites for quantum anomalous Hall and axion insulating states. Unambiguous experimental identification of these gaps has proved to be a challenge, however. Here we use molecular beam epitaxy to grow intrinsic MnBi2Te4 thin films. Using scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy, we directly visualize the Dirac mass gap and its disappearance below and above the magnetic order temperature. We further reveal the interplay of Dirac mass gaps and local magnetic defects. We find that in high defect regions, the Dirac m…
We present a comprehensive theoretical study of the static spin response in HgTe quantum wells, revealing distinctive behavior for the topologically nontrivial inverted structure. Most strikingly, the q=0 (long-wave-length) spin susceptibility of the undoped topological-insulator system is constant and equal to the value found for the gapless Dirac-like structure, whereas the same quantity shows the typical decrease with increasing band gap in the normal-insulator regime. We discuss ramifications for the ordering of localized magnetic moments present in the quantum well, both in the insulating…
Understanding the controlling principles of band gaps trends in d electron perovskites is needed both for gauging metal-insulator transitions, as well as their application in catalysis and doping. The magnitude of this band gap is rather different for different magnetic spin configurations. We find via electronic structure theory that the factors that connect gapping magnitudes to magnetism depend on the nature of the band edge orbital character (BEOC) and surprisingly scale with the number of antiferromagnetic contacts z$_i$ between neighboring transition metal ions. The dependence is weak wh…
Interfaces between two topological insulators are of fundamental interest in condensed matter physics. Inspired by experimental efforts, we study interfacial processes between two slabs of BiSbTeSe2 (BSTS) via first principles calculations. Topological surface states are absent for the BSTS interface at its equilibrium separation, but our calculations show that they appear if the inter-slab distance is greater than 6 Ang. More importantly, we find that topological interface states can be preserved by inserting two or more layers of hexagonal boron nitride between the two BSTS slabs. In experim…
Magnetism is a prototypical phenomenon of quantum collective state, and has found ubiquitous applications in semiconductor technologies such as dynamic random access memory (DRAM). In conventional materials, it typically arises from the strong exchange interaction among the magnetic moments of d- or f-shell electrons. Magnetism, however, can also emerge in perfect lattices from non-magnetic elements. For instance, flat band systems with high density of states (DOS) may develop spontaneous magnetic ordering, as exemplified by the Stoner criterion. Here we report tunable magnetism in rhombohedra…
Ab initio calculations show an antiferromagnetic-ferromagnetic phase transition around 9-10 GPa and a magnetic anomaly at 12 GPa in BiFeO3. The magnetic phase transition also involves a structural and insulator-metal transition. The G-type AFM configuration under pressure leads to an increase of the y component and decrease of the z component of the magnetization, which is caused by the splitting of the dz2 orbital from doubly degenerate eg states. Our results agree with recent experimental results.
We identify topological aspects of the subextensive magnetic moment contributed by the surfaces of a three-dimensional crystallite -- assumed to be insulating in the bulk as well as on all surface facets, with trivial Chern invariants in the bulk. The geometric component of this subextensive moment is given by its derivative with respect to the chemical potential, at zero temperature and zero field, per unit surface area, and hence corresponds to the surface magnetic compressibility. The sum of the surface compressibilities contributed by two opposite facets of a cube-shaped crystallite is qua…

The relativistic Dirac equation covers the fundamentals of electronic phenomena in solids and as such it effectively describes the electronic states of the topological insulators like Bi$_2$Se$_3$ and Bi$_2$Te$_3$. Topological insulators feature gapless surface states and, moreover, magnetic doping and resultant ferromagnetic ordering break time-reversal symmetry to realize quantum anomalous Hall and Chern insulators. Here we focus on the bulk and investigate the mutual coupling of electronic and magnetic properties of Dirac electrons. Without carrier doping, spiral magnetic orders cause a fer…
Ferromagnetic insulator thin films can convey information by spin waves, avoiding charge displacement and Eddy current losses. The sparsity of high-temperature insulating ferromagnetic materials hinders the development of spin wave based devices. Stoichiometric magnesium titanate, MgTiO$_3$, has an electronic-energy-band structure in which all bands are either full or empty, being a paramagnetic insulator. The MgTiO$_3$ ilmenite consists of ordered octahedra and cation network in which one third of the octahedra are vacant, one third host magnesium and one third titanium. By giving up these ch…
We demonstrate an electrically induced, non-volatile, metal-insulator phase transition in a MoS$_2$ transistor. A single crystalline, epitaxially grown, PbZr$_{0.2}$Ti$_{0.8}$O$_3$ (PZT) was placed in the gate of a field effect transistor made of thin film MoS$_2$. When a gate voltage is applied to this ferroelectric gated transistor, a clear transition from insulator to metal and vice versa is observed. Importantly, when the gate voltage is turned off, the remnant polarization in the ferroelectric can keep the MoS$_2$ in its original phase, thereby providing a non-volatile state. Thus a metal…
Proximity-induced magnetic effects on the surface Dirac spectra of topological insulators are investigated by scanning tunneling spectroscopic (STS) studies of bilayer structures consisting of undoped Bi2Se3 thin films on top of Cr-doped Bi2Se3 layers. For thickness of the top Bi2Se3 layer equal to or smaller than 3 quintuple layers (QL), a spatially inhomogeneous surface spectral gap Δopens up below T_c^{2D}, which is much higher than the bulk Curie temperature T_c^{3D}. The mean value and spatial homogeneity of the gap Δgenerally increase with increasing c-axis magnetic field (H) and increas…
Introducing magnetism into topological insulators breaks time-reversal symmetry, and the magnetic exchange interaction can open a gap in the otherwise gapless topological surface states. This allows various novel topological quantum states to be generated, including the quantum anomalous Hall effect (QAHE) and axion insulator states. Magnetic doping and magnetic proximity are viewed as being useful means of exploring the interaction between topology and magnetism. However, the inhomogeneity of magnetic doping leads to complicated magnetic ordering and small exchange gaps, and consequently the …
We report a novel fabrication method of graphene Al2O3 gate insulators based on sputtering. Electrical performance of dual-gated mono- and bilayer exfoliated graphene devices is presented. Sputtered Al2O3 layers possess comparable quality to oxides obtained by atomic layer deposition (ALD) with respect to a high relative dielectric constant of about 8, as well as low-hysteresis performance and high breakdown voltage. We observe a moderate carrier mobility of about 1000 cm2/Vs in graphene and 350 cm2/Vs in its bilayer due to increased resonant scattering on atomic scale defects. Most likely thi…

A field-effect transistor that employs a perovskite-type SrTiO3 single crystal as the semiconducting channel is revealed to function as n-type accumulation-mode device with characteristics similar to that of organic FET's. The device was fabricated at room temperature by sputter-deposition of amorphous Al2O3 films as a gate insulator on the SrTiO3 substrate. The field-effect(FE) mobility is 0.1cm2/Vs and on-off ratio exceeds 100 at room temperature. The temperature dependence of the FE mobility down to 2K shows a thermal-activation-type behavior with an activation energy of 0.6eV.
We predict twisted double bilayer graphene to be a versatile platform for the realization of fractional Chern insulators readily targeted by tuning the gate potential and the twist angle. Remarkably, these topologically ordered states of matter, including spin singlet Halperin states and spin polarized states in Chern number $\mathcal C=1$ and $\mathcal{C}= 2$ bands, occur at high temperatures and without the need for an external magnetic field.
Electrical field control of the carrier density of topological insulators (TI) has greatly expanded the possible practical use of these materials. However, the combination of low temperature local probe studies and a gate tunable TI device remains challenging. We have overcome this limitation by scanning tunneling microscopy and spectroscopy measurements on in-situ molecular beam epitaxy growth of Bi2Se3 films on SrTiO3 substrates with pre-patterned electrodes. Using this gating method, we are able to shift the Fermi level of the top surface states by 250 meV on a 3 nm thick Bi2Se3 device. We …
Graphene-based vertical heterostructures, particularly stacks incorporated with other layered materials, are promising for nanoelectronics. The stacking of two model Dirac materials, graphene and topological insulator, can considerably enlarge the family of van der Waals heterostructures. Despite well understanding of the two individual materials, the electron transport properties of a combined vertical heterojunction are still unknown. Here we show the experimental realization of a vertical heterojunction between Bi2Se3 nanoplate and monolayer graphene. At low temperatures, the electron trans…
We explore the scattering of Dirac electrons in a double-gated topological insulator in the presence of magnetic proximity effects and warped surface states. It is found that a magnetic field can shift the Dirac cone in momentum space and deform the constant-energy contour, or opens up a band gap at the Dirac point, depending on the magnetization orientation. The double gate voltage induces quantum wells and/or quantum barriers on the surface of topological insulators, generating surface resonant tunnelling states. It is found that the hexagonal warping effect can increase the electronic trans…
We report dual-gate modulation of topological insulator field-effect transistors (TI FETs) made on Bi2Te3 thin flakes with integration of atomic-layer-deposited (ALD) Al2O3 high-k dielectric. Atomic force microscopy study shows that ALD Al2O3 is uniformly grown on this layer-structured channel material. Electrical characterization reveals that the right selection of ALD precursors and the related surface chemistry play a critical role in device performance of Bi2Te3 based TI FETs. We realize both top-gate and bottom-gate control on these devices, and the highest modulation rate of 76.1% is ach…
Deploying an analytical atomistic model of the bulk band structure of the IV-VI semiconductors we connect the spin structure of the topological surface state to the crystal field and spin orbit coupling parameters of the bulk material. While the Dirac-Weyl (or equivalently, Rashba) type topological surface state is often assumed universal, we show that the physics of the surface state is strikingly non-universal. To see this explicitly we calculate the RKKY interaction, which may be viewed as a probe of this surface state spin structure, finding its \emph{qualitative form} depends on the value…
The gap opening mechanism of a topological insulator, the quantum anomalous Hall effect and the axion physics are still pressing open questions and a microscopic viewpoint to further understand the role of magnetism in topology is highly desirable. In this work we have performed a microscopic investigation, by means of electron spin resonance (ESR) along with complementary bulk measurements, on the chalcogenide (Bi$_{1-x}$Gd$_{x}$)$_{2}$Se$_{3}$ ($x$ = 0, 0.001, 0.002 and 0.006). Our analysis of the Gd$^{3+}$ spin dynamics reveal no significant change of the Fermi surface as a function of Gd$^…
The intricate interplay between nontrivial topology and magnetism in two-dimensional (2D) materials has led to the emergence of many novel phenomena and functionalities. An outstanding example is the quantum anomalous Hall (QAH) effect, which was realized in magnetically doped topological insulators (TIs) in the absence of magnetic field. Recently, the layered van der Waals compound MnBi2Te4 has been theoretically predicted and experimentally verified to be a TI with interlayer antiferromagnetic (AFM) order. It is a rare stoichiometric material with coexisting topology and magnetism, thus repr…
