We have investigated the reality of exact bound states of complex and/or PT-symmetric non-Hermitian exponential-type generalized Hulthen potential. The Klein-Gordon equation has been solved by using the Nikiforov-Uvarov method which is based on solving the second-order linear differential equations by reduction to a generalized equation of hypergeometric type. In many cases of interest, negative and positive energy states have been discussed for different types of complex potentials.
The radial part of the effective mass Klein-Gordon equation for the Hulthen potential is solved by making an approximation to the centrifugal potential. The Nikiforov-Uvarov method is used in the calculations. Energy spectra and the corresponding eigenfunctions are computed. Results are also given for the case of constant mass.
The Klein-Gordon equation in the presence of a spatially one-dimensional Hulthén potential is solved exactly and the scattering solutions are obtained in terms of hypergeometric functions. The transmission coefficient is derived by the matching conditions on the wavefunctions and the condition for the existence of transmission resonances are investigated. It is shown how the zero-reflection condition depends on the shape of the potential.
In this article we used supersymmetry quantum mechanics and factorization methods to study the bound and scattering state of Klein-Gordon equation with deformed Hulthen plus deformed hyperbolical potential for arbitrary state in D-dimensions. The analytic relativistic bound state eigenvalues and the scattering phase factor are found in closed form. We reported on the numerical results for the bound state energy in D-dimensions.

We solve the Klein-Gordon equation in any $D$-dimension for the scalar and vector general Hulthén-type potentials with any $l$ by using an approximation scheme for the centrifugal potential. In this article, we investigate the bound state solution of the Klein Gordon equation under mixed vector and scalar coupling of an energy-dependent deformed Hulthén potential in D-dimensions. The Dirac equation is compared with the Klein-Gordon one. Unlike the Dirac case, it is proved that the Klein-Gordon equation has problems with the Hamiltonian operator of the Schroedinger picture. A special discussion of the Pauli-Weisskopf article and that of Feshbach-Villars proves that their theories of a charged Klein-Gordon particle lack a self consistent expression for this Hamiltonian. Relying on the variational principle, it is proved that new contradictions emerge from an analysis of the Lagrangian density of the Klein-Gordon field: normalization problems arise and interaction with external electromagnetic fields cannot take place. The dynamical symmetries are considered in the plane and the sphere respectively. In this work, we study the generalized Klein-Gordon oscillator with interactions on a curved background within the Kaluza-Klein theory. By introducing the scalar potential as modification in the mass term of the Klein-Gordon equation, the influence of a Coulomb-type potential on the Klein-Gordon oscillator is investigated. Relativistic bound states solutions are achieved to both attractive and repulsive Coulomb-type potentials and the arising of a quantum effect characterized by the dependence of angular frequency of the Klein-Gordon oscillator on the quantum numbers of the system is shown.
