Assuming the existence of the perfect crystal bases of Kirillov-Reshetikhin modules over simply-laced quantum affine algebras, we construct certain perfect crystals for twisted quantum affine algebras, and also provide compelling evidence that the constructed crystals are isomorphic to the conjectural crystal bases of Kirillov-Reshetikhin modules over twisted quantum affine algebras.

Under some assumptions we show that the classical isomorphism from the Demazure crystal to the KR crystal, sends zero arrows to zero arrows. We give a proof of the periodicity of quantum $T$-systems of type $A_n\times A_\ell$ with certain spiral boundary conditions. We prove the Kirillov-Reshetikhin conjecture for all untwisted quantum affine algebras : we prove that the character of Kirillov-Reshetikhin modules solve the Q-system and we give an explicit formula for the character of their tensor products. In this article, we show in the ADE case that the fusion product of Kirillov-Reshetikhin modules for a current algebra, whose character is expressed in terms of fermionic forms, can be constructed from one-dimensional modules by using Joseph functors. As a consequence, we obtain some identity between fermionic forms and Demazure operators. We prove that, in types $E_{6,7,8}^{(1)}$, $F_4^{(1)}$ and $E_6^{(2)}$, every Kirillov--Reshetikhin module associated with the node adjacent to the adjoint one (near adjoint node) has a crystal pseudobase, by applying the criterion introduced by Kang et.al. In order to apply the criterion, we need to prove some statements concerning values of a bilinear form. We achieve this by using the global bases of extremal weight modules.

We show, by using the Stembridge axioms, that this crystal is isomorphic to the one obtained from Kashiwara's crystal bases theory. Further we define on this polytope a bijective map and show that this map satisfies the properties of a weak promotion operator. We study the graded limits of simple $U_q(\tilde{\mathfrak{sl}}_{n+1})$-modules which are isomorphic to tensor products of Kirillov-Reshetikhin modules associated to a fix fundamental weight. We prove that every such module admits a graded limit which is isomorphic to the fusion product of the graded limits of its tensor factors. We present a uniform construction of tensor products of one-column Kirillov-Reshetikhin (KR) crystals in all untwisted affine types, which uses a generalization of the Lakshmibai-Seshadri paths (in the theory of the Littelmann path model). In this paper, we study a tensor product of perfect Kirillov-Reshetikhin crystals (KR crystals for short) whose levels are not necessarily equal. The Kerov-Kirillov-Reshetikhin (KKR) bijection is the crux in proving fermionic formulas. It is defined by a combinatorial algorithm on rigged configurations and highest paths. We reformulate the KKR bijection as a vertex operator by purely using combinatorial R in crystal base theory. The result is viewed as a nested Bethe ansatz at q=0 as well as the direct and the inverse scattering (Gel'fand-Levitan) map in the associated soliton cellular automaton.

In proving the Fermionic formulae, combinatorial bijection called the Kerov--Kirillov--Reshetikhin (KKR) bijection plays the central role. It is a bijection between the set of highest paths and the set of rigged configurations. In this paper, we give a proof of crystal theoretic reformulation of the KKR bijection. It is the main claim of Part I (math.QA/0601630) written by A. Kuniba, M. Okado, T. Takagi, Y. Yamada, and the author. The proof is given by introducing a structure of affine combinatorial $R$ matrices on rigged configurations.

Extending the work arXiv:math/0508107, we introduce the affine crystal action on rigged configurations which is isomorphic to the Kirillov-Reshetikhin crystal B^{r,s} of type D_n^(1) for any r,s. We also introduce a representation of B^{r,s} (r not equal to n-1,n) in terms of tableaux of rectangular shape r x s, which we coin Kirillov-Reshetikhin tableaux (using a non-trivial analogue of the type A column splitting procedure) to construct a bijection between elements of a tensor product of Kirillov-Reshetikhin crystals and rigged configurations.
In this paper, we extend work of the first author on a crystal structure on rigged configurations of simply-laced type to all non-exceptional affine types using the technology of virtual rigged configurations and crystals. Under the bijection between rigged configurations and tensor products of Kirillov-Reshetikhin crystals specialized to a single tensor factor, we obtain a new tableaux model for Kirillov-Reshetikhin crystals. A perfect crystal of any level is constructed for the Kirillov-Reshetikhin module of $U_q(D_4^{(3)})$ corresponding to the middle vertex of the Dynkin diagram. The actions of Kashiwara operators are given explicitly. It is also shown that this family of perfect crystals is coherent. A uniqueness problem solved in this paper can be applied to other quantum affine algebras.
Naoi showed that tensor products of perfect Kirillov-Reshetikhin crystals are isomorphic to certain generalized Demazure crystals. The generalized quantum group $\mathcal{U}(ε)$ of type $A$ is an affine analogue of quantum group associated to a general linear Lie superalgebra $\mathfrak{gl}_{M|N}$. We prove that there exists a unique $R$ matrix on tensor product of fundamental type representations of $\mathcal{U}(ε)$ for arbitrary parameter sequence $ε$ corresponding to a non-conjugate Borel subalgebra of $\mathfrak{gl}_{M|N}$.
