There is a commutative algebra of differential-difference operators, acting on polynomials on R_2, associated with the reflection group B2. This paper presents an integral transform which intertwines this algebra, allowing one free parameter, with the algebra of partial derivatives. The method of proof depends on properties of a certain class of balanced terminating hypergeometric series of 4F3-type. These properties are in the form of recurrence and contiguity relations and are proved herein.

Dunkl intertwining operator for symmetric groups

In this note, we express explicitly the Dunkl kernel and generalized Bessel functions of type $A_{n-1}$ by the Humbert's function $Φ_{2}^{(n)}$, with one variable specified. Intertwining operators associated to dihedral groups

The Dunkl operators associated to a dihedral group are a pair of differential-difference operators that generate a commutative algebra acting on differentiable functions in $\mathbb{R}^2$. Intertwining operator associated to symmetric groups and summability on the unit sphere

An integral representation of the intertwining operator for the Dunkl operators associated with symmetric groups is derived for the class of functions of a single component. The expression provides a closed form formula for the reproducing kernels of $h$-harmonics associated with symmetric groups when one of the components is a coordinate vector. The latter allows us to establish a sharp result for the Cesàro summability of $h$-harmonic series on the unit sphere.

Positivity of Dunkl's intertwining operator via the trigonometric setting

In this note, a new proof for the positivity of Dunkl's intertwining operator in the crystallographic case is given. It is based on an asymptotic relationship between the Opdam-Cherednik kernel and the Dunkl kernel as recently observed by M. de Jeu, and on positivity results of S. Sahi for the Heckman-Opdam polynomials and their non-symmetric counterparts.

Free boson realization of the Dunkl intertwining operator in one dimension

The operator that intertwines between the $\mathbb{Z}_2$ - Dunkl operator and the derivative is shown to have a realization in terms of the oscillator operators in one dimension. Multidimensional Hahn polynomials, intertwining functions on the symmetric group and Clebsch-Gordan coefficients

We generalize a construction of Dunkl, obtaining a wide class intertwining functions on the symmetric group and a related family of multidimensional Hahn polynomials. Following a suggestion of Vilenkin and Klymik, we develop a tree-method approach for those intertwining functions. We also give a group theoretic proof of the relation between Hahn polynomials and Clebesh-Gordan coefficients, given analytically by Koornwinder and by Nikiforov, Smorodinskiĭ and Suslov. Such relation is also extended to the multidimensional case.

On a family of differential-reflection operators: intertwining operators and Fourier transform of rapidly decreasing functions

We introduce a family of differential-reflection operators $Λ_{A, \varepsilon}$ acting on smooth functions defined on $\mathbb R.$ Here $A$ is a Strum-Liouville function with additional hypotheses and $\varepsilon\in \mathbb R.$ For special pairs $(A,\varepsilon),$ we recover Dunkl's, Heckman's and Cherednik's operators (in one dimension).
