Almost Split Morphisms, Preprojective Algebras and Multiplication Maps of Maximal Rank

With a grading previously introduced by the second-named author, the multiplication maps in the preprojective algebra satisfy a maximal rank property that is similar to the maximal rank property proven by Hochster and Laksov for the multiplication maps in the commutative polynomial ring. The result follows from a more general theorem about the maximal rank property of a minimal almost split morphism, which also yields a quadratic inequality for the dimensions of indecomposable modules involved.

Semicanonical bases and preprojective algebras II: A multiplication formula

Let $n$ be a maximal nilpotent subalgebra of a complex symmetric Kac-Moody Lie algebra. Lusztig has introduced a basis of U(n) called the semicanonical basis, whose elements can be seen as certain constructible functions on varieties of nilpotent modules over a preprojective algebra of the same type as $n$. Cluster characters II: A multiplication formula

Let $\mathcal{C}$ be a Hom-finite triangulated 2-Calabi-Yau category with a cluster tilting object. Preprojective algebras of tree-type quivers

Let $Q$ be a tree-type quiver, $\mathbf{k} Q$ its path algebra, and $λ$ a nonzero element in the field $\mathbf{k}$. We construct irreducible morphisms in the Auslander-Reiten quiver of the transjective component of the bounded derived category of $\mathbf{k} Q$ that satisfy what we call the $λ$-relations. A multiplication formula for module subcategories of Ext-symmetry

We define evaluation forms associated to objects in a module subcategory of Ext-symmetry generated by finitely many simple modules over a path algebra with relations and prove a multiplication formula for the product of two evaluation forms. It is analogous to a multiplication formula for the product of two evaluation forms associated to modules over a preprojective algebra given by Geiss, Leclerc and Schröer in \cite{GLS2006}.

Deformations of Loday-type algebras and their morphisms

We study formal deformations of multiplication in an operad. This closely resembles Gerstenhaber's deformation theory for associative algebras. However, this applies to various algebras of Loday-type and their twisted analogs. We explicitly describe the cohomology of these algebras with coefficients in a representation. Finally, deformation of morphisms between algebras of the same Loday-type is also considered.

A functorial approach to monomorphism categories for species I

We introduce a very general extension of the monomorphism category as studied by Ringel and Schmidmeier which in particular covers generalised species over locally bounded quivers. We prove that analogues of the kernel and cokernel functor send almost split sequences over the path algebra and the preprojective algebra to split or almost split sequences in the monomorphism category. Quantum cluster characters of Hall algebras revisited

Let $Q$ be a finite acyclic valued quiver. We define a bialgebra structure and an integration map on the Hall algebra associated to the morphism category of projective representations of $Q$. As an application, we recover the surjective homomorphism defined in \cite{DXZ}, which realizes the principal coefficient quantum cluster algebra $\A_q(Q)$ as a sub-quotient of the Hall algebra of morphisms. Moreover, we also recover the quantum Caldero--Chapoton formula, as well as some multiplication formulas between quantum Caldero--Chapoton characters.
