We define 2-gerbes bound by complexes of braided group-like stacks. We prove a classification result in terms of hypercohomology groups with values in abelian crossed squares and cones of morphisms of complexes of length 3. We give an application to the geometric construction of certain elements in Hermitian Deligne cohomology groups.

We define a tricategory T of length 3 complexes of abelian sheaves, whose hom-bigroupoids consist of weak morphisms of such complexes. We also define a 3-category 2PIC(S) of Picard 2-stacks, whose hom-2-groupoids consist of additive 2-functors. We prove that these categories are triequivalent as tricategories. As a consequence we obtain a generalization of Deligne's analogous result about Picard stacks in SGA4, Exp. XVIII.

We study torsors over 2-groups and their morphisms. In particular, we study the first non-abelian cohomology group with values in a 2-group. We study fppf descent for enhanced derived categories. We revisit the work of [HS] and [TV08] in a lax context. More precisely, we construct a Cartesian and coCartesian fibration ${}^{\mathrm{op}}\mathscr D^+_S\rightarrow N(\mathop{\mathrm{Sch}}_S)$ whose fibre over an $S$-scheme $T$ is the opposite $\mathscr D^+(T)^{\mathrm{op}}$ of the quasicategory of bounded below complexes of $\mathscr O_T$-modules. We present a full description of the weak morphisms in terms of diagrams we call butterflies.
