A smash product construction of nonlocal vertex algebras

A notion of vertex bialgebra and a notion of module nonlocal vertex algebra for a vertex bialgebra are studied and then a smash product construction of nonlocal vertex algebras is presented. For every nonlocal vertex algebra $V$ satisfying a suitable condition, a canonical bialgebra $B(V)$ is constructed such that primitive elements of $B(V)$ are essentially pseudo derivations and group-like elements are essentially pseudo endomorphisms. Furthermore, vertex algebras associated with Heisenberg Lie algebras as well as those associated with nondegenerate even lattices are reconstructed through smash products.

Twisted tensor products of nonlocal vertex algebras

In this paper we introduce and study a twisted tensor product construction of nonlocal vertex algebras. Among the main results, we establish a universal property and give a characterization of a twisted tensor product. Furthermore, we give a construction of modules for a twisted tensor product. We also show that smash products studied by one of us before can be realized as twisted tensor products.

$(G,χ_ϕ)$-equivariant $ϕ$-coordinated quasi modules for nonlocal vertex algebras

In this paper, we study $(G,χ_ϕ)$-equivariant $ϕ$-coordinated quasi modules for nonlocal vertex algebras. Among the main results, we establish several conceptual results, including a generalized commutator formula and a general construction of weak quantum vertex algebras and their $(G,χ_ϕ)$-equivariant $ϕ$-coordinated quasi modules. As an application, we also construct (equivariant) $ϕ$-coordinated quasi modules for lattice vertex algebras by using Lepowsky's work on twisted vertex operators.

Nonlocal vertex algebras generated by formal vertex operators

This is the first paper in a series to study vertex algebra-like objects arising from infinite-dimensional quantum groups (quantum affine algebras and Yangians). In this paper we lay the foundation for this study. Quantum vertex algebras and their phi-coordinated quasi modules

We develop a theory of $ϕ$-coordinated (quasi) modules for a nonlocal vertex algebra and we establish a conceptual construction of nonlocal vertex algebras and their $ϕ$-coordinated (quasi) modules, where $ϕ$ is what we call an associate of the one-dimensional additive formal group. Higher level vertex operators for $U_q (\hat{\mathfrak{sl}}_2)$

We study graded nonlocal $\underline{\mathsf{q}}$-vertex algebras and we prove that they can be generated by certain sets of vertex operators. As an application, we consider the family of graded nonlocal $\underline{\mathsf{q}}$-vertex algebras $V_{c,1}$, $c\geq 1$, associated with the principal subspaces $W(cΛ_0)$ of the integrable highest weight $U_q (\hat{\mathfrak{sl}}_2)$-modules $L(cΛ_0)$. Using quantum integrability, we derive combinatorial bases for $V_{c,1}$ and compute the corresponding character formulae.

Constructing quantum vertex algebras

This is a sequel to \cite{li-qva}. In this paper, we focus on the construction of quantum vertex algebras over $\C$, whose notion was formulated in \cite{li-qva} with Etingof and Kazhdan's notion of quantum vertex operator algebra (over $\C[[h]]$) as one of the main motivations. Vertex operators and principal subspaces of level one for $U_q (\widehat{\mathfrak{sl}}_2)$

We consider two different methods of associating vertex algebraic structures with the level $1$ principal subspaces for $U_q (\widehat{\mathfrak{sl}}_2)$. Axiomatic $G_{1}$-vertex algebras

Inspired by the Borcherds' work on ``$G$-vertex algebras,'' we formulate and study an axiomatic counterpart of Borcherds' notion of $G$-vertex algebra for the simplest nontrivial elementary vertex group, which we denote by $G_{1}$. Nonlocal Games and Quantum Permutation Groups

We present a strong connection between quantum information and quantum permutation groups. Specifically, we define a notion of quantum isomorphisms of graphs based on quantum automorphisms from the theory of quantum groups, and then show that this is equivalent to the previously defined notion of quantum isomorphism corresponding to perfect quantum strategies to the isomorphism game.
