Pluripolar hulls and fine analytic structure

We discuss the relation between pluripolar hulls and fine analytic structure. Our main result is the following. For each non polar subset $S$ of the complex plane $\mathbb C$ we prove that there exists a pluripolar set $E \subset (S \times \mathbb C)$ with the property that the pluripolar hull of $E$ relative to $\mathbb C^2$ contains no fine analytic structure and its projection onto the first coordinate plane equals $\mathbb C$.

The pluripolar hull of the graph of a holomorphic function with polar singularities

We study the pluripolar hull of the graph of a holomorphic function f, defined on a domain D in the complex plane outside a polar set A of D. This leads to a theorem that describes under what conditions f is nowhere extendable over A, while the graph of f over D \ A is NOT complete pluripolar.

Characterizations of boundary pluripolar Hulls

We present some basic properties of the boundary relative extremal function and discuss so called boundary pluripolar sets and boundary pluripolar hulls. We show that for B-regular domains the boundary pluripolar hull is always trivial on the boundary of the domain and present a "boundary version" of Zeriahi's theorem on the completeness of pluripolar sets.

The Pluripolar Hull of a Graph and Fine Analytic Continuation

We show that if the graph of a bounded analytic function in the unit disk $\mathbb D$ is not complete pluripolar in $\mathbb C^2$ then the projection of the closure of its pluripolar hull contains a fine neighborhood of a point $p \in \partial \mathbb D$. Determination of the pluripolar hull of graphs of certain holomorphic functions

Let A be a closed polar subset of a domain D in the complex plane C. We give a complete description of the pluripolar hull in D X C of the graph of a holomorphic function defined on D A. To achieve this, we prove for pluriharmonic measure certain semi-continuity properties and a localization principle.

Pluripolar hulls and convergence sets

The pluripolar hull of a pluripolar set E in $\mathbb{P}^n$ is the intersection of all complete pluripolar sets in $\mathbb{P}^n$ that contain $E$. Pluripolar Hulls and Fine Holomorphy

Examples by Poletsky and the author and by Zwonek show the existence nowhere extendable holomorphic functions with the property that the pluripolar hull of their graphs is much larger than the graph of the respective functions and contains multiple sheets. We will explain this phenomenon by fine analytic continuation of the function over part of a Cantor-type set involved. This gives more information on the hull, and allows for weakening and effectiveness of the conditions in the original examples.

Polynomial hull of a torus fibered over the circle

Given a 2-sheeted torus over the circle with winding number 1, we prove that its polynomial hull is a union of 2-sheeted holomorphic discs. Moreover when the hull is non degenerate its boundary is a Levi-flat solid torus foliated by such discs.

Plurisubharmonic geodesics and interpolating sets

We apply a notion of geodesics of plurisubharmonic functions to interpolation of compact subsets of $C^n$. Namely, two non-pluripolar, polynomially closed, compact subsets of $C^n$ are interpolated as level sets $L_t=\{z: u_t(z)=-1\}$ for the geodesic $u_t$ between their relative extremal functions with respect to any ambient bounded domain. The sets $L_t$ are described in terms of certain holomorphic hulls. In the toric case, it is shown that the relative Monge-Ampère capacities of $L_t$ satisfy a dual Brunn-Minkowski inequality.
