Coactions of Hopf-$C^*$-algebras and equivariant $E$-theory

We define and study an equivariant $E$-theory with respect to coactions of Hopf $C^*$-algebras; we prove the Baaj-Skandalis duality in this setting. We show that the corresponding equivariant $KK$-theory of Baaj and Skandalis enjoys an universal property. In the appendix, we look at the different ways of expressing equivariant stability for a functor, and prove an equivariant Brown-Green-Rieffel stabilization result.

Coactions on Hochschild Homology of Hopf-Galois Extensions and Their Coinvariants

Let A be an H-Galois extension of B. If M is a Hopf bimodule then HH.(A,M), the Hochschild homology of A with coefficients in M, is a right comodule over the coalgebra C:=H/[H,H]. Given an injective left C-comodule V, we denote the cotensor product of M and V by N. A New Cyclic Module for Hopf Algebras

We define a new cyclic module, dual to the Connes-Moscovici cyclic module, for Hopf algebras, and give a characteristric map for the coaction of Hopf algebras. We also compute the resulting cyclic homology for cocommutative Hopf algebras, and some quantum groups.

Equivariant Cyclic Cohomology of H-Algebras

We define an equivariant $K_0$-theory for \textit{Yetter-Drinfeld} algebras over a Hopf algebra with an invertible antipode. We then show that this definition can be generalized to all Hopf-module algebras. We show that there exists a pairing, generalizing Connes' pairing, between this theory and a suitably defined Hopf algebra equivariant cyclic cohomology theory.

We introduce the cylindrical module $A \natural \mathcal{H}$, where $\mathcal{H}$ is a Hopf algebra and $A$ is a Hopf module algebra over $\mathcal{H}$. Cup products in Hopf cyclic cohomology via cyclic modules I

This is the first one in a series of two papers on the continuation of our study in cup products in Hopf cyclic cohomology. In this note we construct cyclic cocycles of algebras out of Hopf cyclic cocycles of algebras and coalgebras. In the next paper we consider producing Hopf cyclic cocycle from "equivariant" Hopf cyclic cocycles. Our approach in both situations is based on (co)cyclic modules and bi(co)cyclic modules together with Eilenberg-Zilber theorem which is different from the old definition of cup products defined via traces and cotraces on DG algebras and coalgebras.

Cuntz semigroups of compact-type Hopf C*-algebras

The classical Cuntz semigroup has an important role in the study of C*-algebras, being one of the main invariants used to classify recalcitrant C*-algebras up to isomorphism. We consider C*-algebras that have Hopf algebra structure, and find additional structure in their Cuntz semigroups, thus generalizing the equivariant Cuntz semigroup. We develop various aspects of the theory of such semigroups, and in particular, we give general results allowing classification results of the Elliott classification program to be extended to classification results for C*-algebraic quantum groups.

Hopf cyclic cohomology and transverse characteristic classes

We refine the cyclic cohomological apparatus for computing the Hopf cyclic cohomology of the Hopf algebras associated to infinite primitive Cartan-Lie pseudogroups, and for the transfer of their characteristic classes to foliations. Characteristic classes of foliations via SAYD-twisted cocycles

We have previously shown that the truncated Weil algebra of any Lie algebra is a Hopf-cyclic type complex with nontrivial coefficients. In this paper we apply this result to transfer the characteristic classes of transversely orientable foliations into the cyclic cohomology of the groupoid action algebra.
