We characterize Hopf spaces with finitely generated cohomology as an algebra over the Steenrod algebra. We "deconstruct" the original space into an H-space Y with finite mod p cohomology and a finite number of p-torsion Eilenberg-Mac Lane spaces. We give a precise description of homotopy commutative H-spaces in this setting.

We define a simplicial enrichment on the category of differential graded Hopf cooperads (the category of dg Hopf cooperads for short). For an arbitrary topological space $X$, the loop space homology $H_*(ΩΣX; \coefZ)$ is a Hopf algebra. We introduce a new homotopy invariant of a topological space $X$ taking for its value the isomorphism class (over the integers) of the Hopf algebra $H_*(ΩΣX; \coefZ)$. An affine Hopf fibration is a fibration of n-dimensional real affine space by p-dimensional pairwise skew affine subspaces. An example is a fibration of 3-space by pairwise skew lines, the result of the central projection of the classical Hopf fibration of 3-sphere. In this expository article, we describe the solution of the following problem: for which values of n and p does an affine Hopf fibration exist? The answer is given in terms of the Hurwitz-Radon function.
In this paper we will define an invariant $mc_{\infty}(f)$ of maps $f:X \rightarrow Y_{\mathbb{Q}}$ between a finite CW-complex and a rational space $Y_{\mathbb{Q}}$. We prove that this invariant is complete, i.e. $mc_{\infty}(f)=mc_{\infty}(g)$ if an only if $f$ and $g$ are homotopic. We compute the mod two homology Hopf rings of the spectra KO and KU. Various concepts and constructions in homotopy theory have been defined in the digital setting. Although there have been several attempts at a definition of a fibration in the digital setting, robust examples of these digital fibrations are few and far between. In this paper, we develop a digital Hopf fibration within the category of tolerance spaces. By widening our category to that of tolerance spaces, we are able to give a construction of this digital Hopf fibration which mimics the smooth setting.
The operads of Poisson and Gerstenhaber algebras are generated by a single binary element if we consider them as Hopf operads (i.e. as operads in the category of cocommutative coalgebras). In this note we discuss in details the Hopf operads generated by a single element of arbitrary arity. We explain why the dual space to the space of $n$-ary operations in this operads are quadratic and Koszul algebras. We give the detailed description of generators, relations and a certain monomial basis in these algebras.
